We have been welcomed to this community. It's inexpensive compared to some.

I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Toured the community for my mom and everything/everyone was top notch!!!! Stayed after our tour and had lunch and the food was amazing. Every resident and staff member we talked to made mom feel at home. The decision was an easy yes!!! My mom could not be happier.

For the first 3 months things have been fine. People are friendly. She's has friends now. They feed her three times a day which she enjoys the meals and everything seem to be very delightful for her.

We put my mother at Golden Oaks because it was close to our home. The facility was clean and the employees friendly. I visited twice a day until her passing. I spoke to many of the residents and everyone loved it.

The staff is very kind and responsive. The chef is very good and meals are like a nice dining experience. There are many activities provided to the residents from themed activities to live music from a talented guitarist. We're happy with our decision to move my mom to Bluewater Lodge.

The place is great. The apartment is just beautiful and everything you need is here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The activities are good and the food is excellent. Above all, they make the transition from home or rehabilitation center to here seamless and easy. Highly recommend.

I've noticed that many here seem better suited for assisted living-probably around 75% use walkers, and quite a few have aides. It's a caring and friendly community overall, but it feels more like a home for older adults than an independent living setting. I'm here because of some changing circumstances and at the encouragement of family who wanted me nearby. Many others seem to have come for similar reasons

Dinning good. Activities good. Staff great!

The staff was very understanding, pleasant and great with my mom. Never mean or rude to her. Having different activities to do everyday my mom loved that. Especially the outings whether to the store or field trip. The apartment was the perfect size for her. She loved having to option to eat in her place or going to the dining room. Uffelman was the perfect place for her. I'm glad her last 3 months of her life were happy and enjoyable. She was always saying how wonderful and friendly the staff was. Esp [name removed]and [name removed]. They treated her with dignity.

I am quite happy here frankly. this was in the top tier of senior facilities that I visited before I made my decision to move here. I am very happy that I can come and go as I please. The freedom that I have while living here has been amazing. This feels more like an apartment for me instead of senior living.

I moved in to Holiday birch heights only a few weeks ago. The meals and activities have helped me to socialize with other residents. So far they have all been friendly and welcoming. I was living alone before and as the sociable person that I am this is a superior living situation for me. I extremely happy living here!

Great community, the move in was so easy. The staff were super to help set mom up for success. They are now working with a caregiver company that will be on-site 24 hours a day for assistance. They have the best pricing in town.

Cleaning staff does a great job as do the servers. Food is very good, especially considering that the cooks have to restrict the menu to accommodate people with restricted diets. If I have a complaint, it's that, sometimes communication between the management and residents is not as timely as it could be.

The Woods at Canco has been lovely! The transition for our father was super difficult. He wouldn't come out of his room. The people that work there check on him lots, asked him to deal cards on their "pretend Casino" night because they know he enjoys playing cards. They were not pushy but very attentive.

The staff and residents were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and they did a great job cleaning rooms for those who couldn't. It is also I a fantastic location.

Really as far as the start to finish it was/is amazing. Knowing how daunting the task can be it was a big mental block going in. My quick answer for both you and holiday is 5 on everything. I have referred both multiple times already

Has been good food, friendly people. Transportation is really lacking. I would recommend to others.

Recently visited and I have to say the staff is very kind and they keep the facility very clean. I visited around lunch time and can say I wish I had some of the food that the resident had. Seen some of the activities and it seemed the residents really enjoyed them. Great place to live for your loved ones.

Definitely a 5 you were absolutely amazing. This biggest challenge I'm having right now is dealing with heath care if your family is changing states.

Well kept, organized, very supportive friendly staff (like family) and other residents friendly. Definitely recommend to others. Located close to airport, hospital, shopping, main street. Local transportation available.
