Everyone is thoughtful, kind, and will to help in anyway they can. It is like an extended family. We were so fortunate to have chosen for mom to stay to stay there The staff treated mom like family. Anything we needed they made sure they could help with. We were there for her final days and staff was 1000% supportive. There is not one negative thing I could ever say about Uffelman and there staff

We had an amazing visit , can not say enough about the facilities and the staff they made you feel right at home . The apart and surrounding areas were immaculate. We were so hopeful mom would go there but mom decided she was not ready to move . The residents were so friendly and so happy.

After almost a year I would say consistency. Alan has made friends and is happy with his situation. Service has remained the same. Cleanliness of the facility, food and service provided by the facility. He also has in house care provided by an independent care organization located in the facility at an extra cost. It is very convenient, helps with personal care and other things as needed. Overall we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend Alexis Gardens

Plenty of activities, food is ok but the soups are great always with fresh ingredients, staff is accommodating and friendly, good housekeeping department, we have 2 bedrooms so plenty of room. We use one for storage.

My mother says the chef is awesome. He prepares healthy and tasty meals and also checks in with the residents for feedback regularly. There are activities daily and the other residents are extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff has also been very responsive for any need she has. The woman that cleans her room and is also a server in the dining room has shared that she loves working there.

Excellent staff. Super clean. Good food. Very attentive to the needs of the residents. The other residents are very nice. Cool activities. Everyone has been great, always asking how they can help.

I haven't visually been in the space at discovery center. My husband is currently there this weekend helping my in-laws move. I will share that [Name Removed] was such a great help. Getting the lease started from start to finish and providing us with amazing tours and information about the property. She was friendly, kind, engaging, and had a great understanding about what a move of this nature is like for somebody in their 80s.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spent a lot of time explaining everything about the complex. Everything was spotless and clean and was even invited to lunch. Sat with one of the residents during lunch and he explained his view of the of the complex, which was very positive.

Fleming Point was beautiful. From the welcoming hellos to the clean and spacious areas, it had it all. It definitely had the feeling of being home.

Keri was wonderful…did a virtual tour from Alabama. Very informed, answered all questions, and very comfortable and knowledgeable about the facility.

The experience with Holiday Rancho Village has been wonderful!!

The staff was caring, helpful, and asked how it was going. I had just had triple bypass surgery. I did not try any of the activities, but they always had something going on. The apartment size was great, more than i needed. I would recommend Holiday to anyone needing a place to stay. The staff cared about everyone

I have lived at Blair House for several years and let me tell you things have NEVER been better. The staff here genuinely care about us as people. I’m not just an apartment number or some person to them. I can’t say enough great things about the improvements that have been made recently.

Honestly, I give Holiday The Springs of Escondido a 5 in all of those categories. My mom is very happy there. The whole staff goes out of their way to make it a great experience for the residents. I guess the food would be a 4.5, but it hard to serve that many seniors and keep it interesting but workable for everyone.

Since I do not live in the area, I had an opportunity to do a FaceTime tour of the facility. The day prior to my call, I spoke with the representative and she was able to answer the questions that I had about the care of the residents, meals, activities for them, and what their day might look like. The Assisted Living Center looked very nice and appeared to be well-taken care of. I was impressed with my tour guide as they seemed to know some of the residents by name and knew where their rooms were located. They also took some time away from me (which was quite okay) to help the resident needing assistance. Holiday Niagara seemed to be more of an Independent Living Center with limited medical staff on site. I would highly recommend an in-person tour so that you could get more of an accurate “feel” of the property.

5 stars for sure. [Names Removed] are all great. They do such a good job and the entertainment girl my gosh, I forget her name now but I really like her and she really does a great job as well. The cleaning staff are all good that I've had so far. I have no problem with anyone here that works here lots of activities which I haven't done a lot of lately because of my own house and had to have some surgery, but we'll get into it as soon as I am feeling better and allowed to get back to normal activities. The food is good. The variety is good so I have no complaints in that area as well. no one should go hungry if they live here. My apartment itself is a one bedroom apartment very very roomy bathroom and bedroom and a cosy living room and kitchen, which has everything that I need for my comfort. What more can I say except I have only been here five weeks I think and I am thoroughly enjoying it and Love the staff love the entertainment Love happy hour and all the activities that I haven't got around to yet, but it will certainly do so when I am able just need to wait a couple more weeks for my surgery to improve and then I'll be out there joining in on the activities as well.

The residence and staff couldn't be friendlier, and the place is spotlessly clean. There are a good amount of activities, and there is frequently live music to listen to. The apartments are a good size for one person, and the fact that pets are allowed is a plus.

Toured a couple of Assisted Living facilities with my Mom this past [date removed]. Although every Assisted Living facility we visited was fantastic my Mom found an immediate connection with several residents at Montara. The easygoing pace of the facility, the staff friendliness and the food pretty much sealed the search. My Mom found new friends and a clean and well staff facility. The General Manager, [name removed], made my Mom and my siblings comfortable knowing she is being taken care of.

The staff is amazing all of them. The manager Greg is so kind and caring he asked all the right questions and I happily complied. The head chef is awesome. He took time to learn favorite foods and works a few in the menu's. Wait staff is equally kind they all asked my name and my apartment number. And remember from day to day and have my drink waiting for me when I sit down. I feel welcome and at home. I would recommend Holiday Illihee Hills highly.
