It is a very warm environment. Top notch management staff. Very welcoming. Residents are all very helpful and kind to each other. Excellent activities director who plans a wide variety of activities. Apartments are perfect size. Food is good with many choices. Nice outdoor seating areas.

I really like the activities, the setting and the compassion. I would recommend this community to others who are searching for a place.

Five for all of them. We went to different places to check them out. We picked your place because of all the people seem so happy that we're living there. That was key for us. How happy everyone is in from the office the staff everyone is so helpful. It is an awesome place.

From the very beginning everyone was super helpful in making the process easy, [name removed] really made me feel at ease and that my dad was in good hands. I live in NC and dad in CT, so I was able to do everything by phone. I saw everything by pictures and was very impressed, but when my dad went to visit the facility in person he loved it ! And everything was as the pictures shown. He says the community of people and staff he's come in contact with have been friendly and helpful. He loves to eat , and says the food it great and how there is plenty of it . So I feel at ease knowing that even though I'm in another state that he is safe and happy with his new community. Not one complaint from me or him. We would recommend Holiday White Oaks. Thank you

Holiday Montara Meadows definitely gets 5 stars from us! I love that the medical personnel checks on the residents. A Place for Mom was also excellent help in finding this great facility for my brother. I highly recommend both.

It's been a pretty easy transfer. The room is a studio room so it's rolled to the small bit is laid out efficiently. The staff here is amazing. The first day I was here. They were calling me by my first name and I have not even met them yet. They are very attentive, no matter what their job is. Who is better than average. Overall, the move here has been a pleasant experience. Everyone here has made me feel quite comfortable.

They were a little busy with new residents near the first of the month but my sister is very happy there. I was unfamiliar with Senior all inclusive living facilities. What a great idea. If there was one this reasonable in cost near Concord/Kannapolis, I may have considered bringing her closer to me. I just needed a place within her budget that she could be warm, safe, fed, and still have her privacy but with a sense of community. It is perfect for her.

It's a great place and I'm glad I'm here. I would recommend to others.

It is a beautiful place, the amenities are a nice touch, especially the library, where my Mama hangs out all day (though recently discovered the fireplace as a nice to hang out. The staff are friendly & the place is clean. The exercise& drumming are my Mama's favorite, though also enjoys most of the entertainment. The food can be lackluster @ times, though breakfast, especially Sundays is good. Many people stick to their rooms, but are friendly when together. Knowing my Mama is safe & happy is worth a lot. She just celebrated 96 years - we all packed in for a party

5+ for [name removed] help. She is an exceptional human being. We could not have done the without her. The sense of community that the Property Manager [name removed] and her team promote is INCREDIBLE. [name removed] and her team make EVERYONE feel like they belong and are loved. She is one of the most incredible human beings I have ever been around. [name removed] was also very accommodating, friendly, informative, and just an overall great person. My father has embraced the community and is thriving for the first time in a long time. He feels like he is finally HOME! Feel free to use any of my comments on your socials.

Without a doubt the nicest place I have ever visited. Very clean, friendly staff and seemed very helpful in making the transfer there go smoothly. My only issue is have is the still haven't refunded the money I paid after they denied him staying there. I'm going to check again once I get back in town. But they shouldn't have taken payment before they completed the application process

I had a fast, accommodating, and smooth transition getting my client into placement. He was thrilled and absolutely loved the environment. The staff had great communication and worked collaboratively to make this happen.

5 for all. How to open the common areas are. How attentive all the staff is. So far that's what I noticed the most. My mom hasn't moved in yet. She will arrive from out of state the week of Christmas.

I have been living at Holiday at south hill for about a month now and so far I am totally satisfied. I would recommend

Absolutely loved this facility from walking through the doors. I was greeted by Samantha and the rest had been history. My Cousin and his caregiver love the meals, activities and amenities. 5's across the board.

I would give them a 5 on everything. My brother is very happy there. They know each person and what their needs are. They really try to emphasize that you are a part of their community. Even the family members. If you have any questions, they have an answer and ready to help you. When my brother first moved there, they made sure that other residents knew he was coming and they all welcomed him.

My dad just moved in. They were very helpful throughout the whole process. The location is great and the cost is reasonable.

They are welcoming, efficient, helpful if you are running late and need after hours access. I only know how big my 1 bedroom apt is. What is different is there is not a hall closet for coats etc and there is no pantry. Granted the bedroom closet is roomie and accessible to my wheelchair; I just may have a lot of stuff and that is my problem.

Rancho is a very nice place to stay I enjoy staying here meals are wonderful staff is wonderful it's clean I enjoy staying here I just love being here my room is spacious the people here listen to what I have to say I just love it

We would give everything a 5 except for the food. The food could use some variation according to a few residents. However, my loved one loves it there and he has made several acquaintances since he began his stay on [date removed] of this year.
