I applied for my brother and was assisted by [name removed]. She was very professional. She showed me available apts., processed my application and documents I provided. She explained the lease. Highly recommended.

My mother recently moved in and is absolutely thrilled to live here. She moved here from her home in Napa of 60 years. She was reluctant to move, but has made new friends, loves the activities and appreciates the chefs. The location is perfect to meet all her needs. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

It was a great location for us and the staff was really nice and accommodating.

Hartland Hills has a beautiful clean facility and a very caring staff. The location is perfect. Set in a Hartland neighborhood so it has nice sidewalks to walk and get outside. Inside you will find a beautiful dining room room and lots of space for reading, relaxing, and enjoying your retirement.

I was very impressed with holiday Fleming point. The staff are wonderful, the facility is clean and full of amenities. I enjoy that pets are part of the experience. Due to my financial changes, I will have to for for March to get a better idea of my financial options. I definitely would highly recommend this facility and hope to be able to afford moving in.

We were looking for a place for my 92-year-old mother who wanted an Independent Living facility with the ability to hire in-home care services. [name removed] and the staff were friendly, upbeat and informative. We enjoyed our tour so much that at the end of it, we signed up for the last room available.

This community is so welcoming. You feel just like family in a very short amount of time. This is very important when your whole life has been turned upside down and you no longer have your old group of friends right there with you to prop you up.

Our children came on the tour with us, and we were all favorably impressed with the people, the apartments, and the general aura of family in the place. We have now been residents of Willow Grove for 11 months and really enjoy the place and the friends we've made here.

What we like the most about the community is how friendly and very helpful the staff are! Yes, we would recommend Holiday Montara Meadows to other families based on the experience so far.

Excellent and always on time in attending my needs. always helpful . The community is friendly and welcoming. The management always takes time to listen with our feedback. Housekeeping is great and my caregiver is wonderful too.

The Woods at Canco has been lovely! The transition for our father was super difficult. He wouldn't come out of his room. The people that work there check on him lots, asked him to deal cards on their "pretend Casino" night because they know he enjoys playing cards. They were not pushy but very attentive.

We loved living there and would still be at Holiday Thorton Place except for the physical needs that both my wife and I are needing at this time. She has Parkinson's and I have kidney failure. We are living in assisted living at [community removed].

It's a great place for my in laws. We picked them because of the cost. I would recommend to others

What we like the most about the community is the Staff, comfort and security of the facility. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Establishing a relationship of consistent communication along with accepting realistic expectations. The residents and staff being concerned and helpful even during crisis moments.

Staff quickly learns your name. Caring attitude. One seems to have freedom to do as they wish. Plus they have many activities to help keep busy. I got a good size bed room. The living room/dinning room has good room. The bathroom has fair space as well

I have not seen my mother this alert and happy in years. Holiday Lone Oak has been a gem. Mom is safe, active and happy. I’m sure being here will add years to her life. I smile every time I call her and she’s too busy to talk. She’s started to exercise. She loves her bingo. She loves her new friends. The Helping Hands staff are wonderful. I go to bed at night with a feeling of ease because she is so well cared for and happy.

I overall loved Edgewood Downs, and I know she would've been happy there for a long time if she had the time/had not passed. I would definitely recommend it in the future. My one qualm was the two newer people who took over in management when we got there... maybe, [name removed]was one of the names? They were very rude and kept messing up payments and blaming us.[name removed] however, are amazing, and we made friends with the chef teams as well ([name removed] et al). Overall, would recommend highly! Beautiful place and location with lots of activities. I would've loved if she could've lived out a longer time there, and I would happily bring someone I love to live there again.
