Its a great place for someone looking for Independent living options.

After a long and lonely winter after my husband died I decided to check residential facilities in my area. My son and I toured several and Rancho Village was our top choice. After six months I am convinced I made the right decision. The staff and residents made me and my two dogs feel welcome from day one and now have become family who care deeply about each other. I truly feel like I belong.

We moved my great grandma in about 4 months ago and she loves it there, she calls me everyday to tell me how much fun she had with her new friends! Thank you so much Aspen View for helping with my grandma!

We were concerned when my Mom began showing signs of not being able to live completely on her own. She gave up her car three years ago and depended on the RTC paratransit service to get to appointments, the grocery store, doctor visits, etc. While this worked, it was time consuming. When we began to create a list of what she wanted in a new living environment several things became very important. Meals so she did have to cook anymore, activities so she would not be isolated in her apartment, transportation, and a nice sized apartment. Montara Meadows met all our criteria. My Mom visited several times on her own, after we initially toured the facility, and decided it was what she wanted. She has moved to a 1st floor apartment with a patio. After four weeks it is amazing how well she is doing. She loves the meals and activities, and because they have their own transportation she is able to schedule her shopping and usually goes with other people! Excellent choice for us!

Independent living gives us our own space and freedom and the security of a community. We have found friends and opportunities that fit our abilities. We like the new city of Billings and the countryside of Montana. The amenities are just enough to make life easier and not overwhelming. We are here to enjoy these days. The staff is amazing.

The staff is kind and trust worthy, they're always willing to communicate. The housekeeping is very good and their course meals are very healthy and balanced. I would recommend this facility to others.

I toured last week at Aspen View Retirement Community. I have toured lots of places however Aspen View took extra special care of my mom making sure she felt comfortable and all her questions were answered. The place is so warm and cozy. My mom signed a lease and is moving in this month. What a weight off my shoulders knowing she is going to be in such a wonderful community.

I went on 2 tours, one on my own and another with my parents. [name removed] was super helpful. He was attentive, not pushy, and patiently answered all of our questions. The facility was lovely, clean, no smells, and residents seemed happy and well taken care of. It was the most affordable place I found in the area for what felt like a very nice hotel with amenities and activities. Unfortunately my parents were still unable to afford it. They ended up being approved for Medicaid so we are now looking for a place that accepts that. Otherwise I would recommend this as a contender to be considered.

It's a wonderful place. Clean, bright, and friendly! My mom and dad stayed there for several years until my dad needed more care. My mom likes it so much she wanted to return after he passed away.

Staff is always helpful very kind always clean & smell great. Consider them part of my family even tho I am separate outside services.

Orchid Terrace has proven to be one of a kind with warm welcomes, helpful employees and a wonderful admissions/sales liaison. [name removed] is consistently patient, a good listener & willing to go the extra step to meet the needs of the residents.

The staff are attentive, friendly and thoughtful. I have had only good experiences in dealing with any of them from the dining service to the director. There are many offerings and excellent service. My mother does not participate, but there are many activities going on. They do an excellent job all around.

I am part of a couple local groups and Blue Water Lodge has so graciously offered their Library and Activity Room space on numerous occasions. There have even been residents that have chosen to join in on these groups! They have built strong relationships with many of the people involved. It has been a friendly, warm environment for us to gather. We are forever thankful for everything they do to accommodate our needs. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - to all the staff and residents of Blue Water Lodge!

Have been into Blue Water Lodge on many occasions for events. The staff and residents are always very kind and inviting. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time and feels included. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone I know looking for a senior living community.

I appreciate the caring staff and residents at this friendly place! My dad is in good company here with conscientious caregivers, wonderful meals prepared three times daily, and a full schedule of fun activities throughout each week. I enjoy visiting my dad regularly here since I feel I always feel welcome even though I am a guest.

You really need to visit Birch Heights to appreciate it!

What I like the most about the community is the atmosphere here. The staff members re great as are the residents. The food is also good. Based on the experience I have had so far I would recommend the Holiday Echo Ridge community to others

My aunt was struggling to maintain her home and the stairs were getting harder for her to maneuver. The nieces and nephews were getting burnt out from trying to manage our own families and trying to keep our aunt in her home. We did some research and found Birch Heights for her. She was really pushing back but we had a calm and constructive talk with her and convinced her that if she wanted to remain independent longer that her home was doing her (and her family) a disservice. She reluctantly agreed to move to Birch Heights, but within a couple of weeks she settled in, had new friends and was socializing...which she was lacking being isolated in her home. She needed to stop driving and now she can just hop on the shuttle bus for errands and field trips. We also like that all meals and housekeeping are included and if things change with her health we can hire private homecare aides to support her as well.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday The Springs and her experience at this facility was great. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The facility was very clean. The admin had good communication and they were extremely accommodating with moving my loved one in. I would recommend this facility to others.
