I toured this community for my mom. I was very skeptical when going in but after meeting with staff and touring the community I have to say all of my worries disappeared. I was able to talk to a few residents while there and everything I received was positive. The community was absolutely beautiful and the apartment was perfect for mom. Unfortunately mom's health declined and she passed away before she was able to move in. I will highly recommend Blue Water Lodge to anyone looking for senior living options.

Woman in charge of sales is beyond awesome. She's worth her price in gold.

Palmer Hills is a great place for independent seniors. Their rooms are comfortable and the is good. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and helpful with questions.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Pinegate and overall everything has been very good for me here at this facility so far. The staff are all very helpful. The meals are mostly good quality. No place is perfect, but I am happy here. I would definitely recommend Holiday Pinegate to family and friends. It's a great place.

My Grandma recently moved into Country Squire and our family is very happy with her decision. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure my grandma feels welcomed while she is adjusting to making the move.

I have lived here with my little dog Maddie for 3 years and I love it. Staff is very nice and always give Maddie treats after coming in from outside. My favorite part about living here is that I dont have to cook or clean and there is always nice people to visit with.

[name removed] in sales was great - she answered all my questions, didn't pressure me, educated me on the various aspects of this beautiful community. The residents and employees were welcoming, seemed happy to be there!

My 92 year-old mother and her dog, Annie just moved in yesterday. Mom was concerned about moving from a big house to a one bedroom. The wonderful staff and residents have made her feel so welcome that she is already feeling at home and she is really happy for the first time in a couple of years! The building is bright and well decorated and it’s in-house amenities are great. The food is really good and the many programs that are run are interesting and varied. Mom was worried that Annie would not like the apartment, but she is a hit with everyone and gets treats with every walk outside. I will definitely consider The Court when it comes my time to move to a residence! The Court and staff . . . you ROCK!!

My experience at Simi Hills has lived up to my expectations. I moved here for the companionship and security. The residents were very welcoming, and the staff is exceptional. My every need has been met. I recommend Simi Hills to my friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Forest Pines and everything is going well for him at this facility so far! My loved one really likes his just enough space! He is also glad about the remodel. He would like a little bit larger portions of food for the meals. Other than that, this facility is a good fit. I would recommend Holiday Forest Pines to family and friends.

What I like the most about the Holiday by Atria community is the staff members that work here and the other residents that live here. I would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones.

I really liked the fact that every person that I talked to was positive, reassuring, and excited for me and my mom. They were all welcoming. I made sure to talk to people that currently reside there. [name removed] is really nice and explained everything in detail. She was patient and answered all of my questions. The tour and brochure were very detailed. The staff, [names removed] were extremely professional and helpful. Sorry to ramble, but I truly love everything about the place. Glad that renovations are being done. The carpet in the front entrance really needs to be replaced. I would encourage anyone looking for a place for them or their aging family member to stop by for a visit. Talk to the residents. Eat the food. Take a tour. The staff is so friendly and always remembers my name and my mom's name and even her room number.

We picked this community because of the cost. My sibling was only there for a few days but it was a good fit for him. I would reocmmend to others.

I would say that the staff is very nice and caring. We do not worry about our mom here because she feels safe and happy. Was a huge change for her and she is adjusting very well. We chose the Quail Run Estates because the assistant general manager, [name removed] was very helpful and informative. We appreciated her knowledge and help. The place seemed a good fit for our mother. Also, the location is close to my home and easily accessible.

I have lived here for 6 months and have been very happy with activities as I have learned a lot of new games and made friends. The food is delicious. This is a great value and I love living here. I highly recommend! I have gained 5 pounds!!!

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Orchid Terrace and most everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. The only problem that I have with this facility is the meals. I wish the food selection and quantity could be much better. The meals are the only negative, everything else is perfect. I would highly recommend Holiday Orchid Terrace to others.

My mother has lived at Holiday Simi Hills for over 2 years. Part of that time was during Covid which made staffing difficult. However, better housekeeping & engage life department heads are now in place. We are extremely happy with these changes. I find that The Management Team is always attentive and responsive to any issue that arises. The team genuinely cares about all residents and reaches out to me personally if there are any challenges. With the holidays right around the corner I know that my mom and her best friends will be well taken care of this season.

From my first meeting with [name removed] at Indigo Pines to signing the apartment lease, I felt well taken care of, well informed and comfortable. The facility is neat, very clean and the residents were eager to talk about their experience at Indigo Pines. This search was for a dear friend of mine and I believe she will flourish in this environment. [name removed] did an amazing job for me and has my total appreciation.
