Management staff are pleasant and friendly, always ready to answer questions, and try to facilitate the concern, the ancillary staff are very nice and kind well trained at their jobs.helpful to residents when needed( in dining room) I would and have recommended this facility to others.

I checked out seven places that took care of seniors. I only found one that I really really liked and that was Valencia Commons in Rancho Cucamonga. I know we’re not supposed to say names but [name removed] were very accommodating and friendly. In fact, the entire staff felt like family was with a smile on her face and that meant a lot to my dad. They would always pass by and say hello [name removed] how you doing And my dad always felt special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for family.

Briarcrest Estates is a mature, senior independent community. When I moved in a month ago I was greeted as a member of the community. I met and knew almost everybody in my residence wing within three days. I joined the bridge club and hope to soon learn enough to start playing. On likr e resident ate with me that first week and gave a terrific orientation to activities and the neighborhood surrounding Briarcrest Estates. After a conversation with one of the dining room employees she gave me a book on New York City when she learned I had lived there. The meals are locally prepared and to me are very tasty. Little containers of fruits and jellos are available fre all day. The same is true for fresh fruit like bananas and green apples. Not only do you not pay for utilities you also get free cable television that includes The Classic Movie channel, many sports channels including MLB Network. Golden Oaks was a good choice for my mother. Her apartment is spacious and the facility, overall, is kept very clean. The staff treat my mother as if she's their own. I appreciate knowing she is well cared for. She has flourished since being there!

My Mom is very happy at Orchid Terrace. The staff is great. They offer quite a few fun activities. There is a nice walking path outside. During inclement weather, the hallways make for a nice walk. It’s nice having meals and light housekeeping included. There are several gathering places- an activity room, small gym, atrium for concerts, billiards/card room, nice outdoor spaces. The bus driver, [name removed], is great!!

Wonderful staff, very friendly. The facility is also very clean and the food is always good. Organized activities daily. They are also pet friendly as well. All of the residents are also very friendly and everyone is very helpful. I was welcomed with open arms and was made to feel at home immediately. I go to physical therapy at least 3 times a week so I'm not here that much, but when I am , it's always very quiet.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We picked this community because of the prices.

I have lived Illahee for a year. It is a small community. 85 residents. Because of the smallness we are more like a neighborhood. We know and look after each other. We have lots of varied activities and a bus for field trips, grocery rums, dr. appointments. Lots of Holiday parties. Excellent cooks. 3 meals a day, Our general and assistance, Mangers are the BEST! We have a PT and OT in house. Laundry and beauty shop too. Living at Illahee is a great independent living home!

The location is great, close to all amenities like shopping, and the safety of being neighbours of the St. Albert RCMP & Fire Hall. My mother’s friend has lived there for over 16 years and has always loved walking the beautiful trails that surround the community. My mother is no longer with us, but I still enjoy viewing their Facebook page, to see what my mother’s friend is up to. It always brings a smile.

I enjoy all the outings, specially the picnic outings. And Trishaw ride. Friendly and caring staff. I love that this place pet friendly, cuz I love my two fur-babies! I enjoy the food as well. I love the music & entertainment as well as the vendors that come in. Security and being pet friendly are the highlights for me.

Like everywhere else they are understaffed. I would recommend it. They have a bus that goes to stores a few times a week and if you sign up for it the bus will take you to drs appointments within 5 miles. The only downside is they don't have a beauty shop or nail tech right now. They haven't for a while. They say they can't find anyone. If you know anyone interested.

Independent senior living at its finest, when I moved into The Victorian. Appealing to me were the spaciously, well planned living quarters to meet residents' preferences, be it a Studio or a one or two-bedroom unit. I have found the diverse staff is stellar and second to none in their caring of and availability to the needs and interests of every individual living here. Services include health, fitness, art and culture, spirituality, as well as full-service dining, housekeeping, maintenance, driving to medical appointments and shopping, with the addition of drives to scenic outings. All amenities made for a seamless transition from my former home to now, my new home. My days are filled with activities, be it inside or out. I'm so grateful that The Victorian has such well groomed gardens that flourish with bountiful florals, trees, shrubs and hanging baskets along with a goldfish pond to be envied.

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and it has been a great place to live. We love watching the goings and comings of the community. The food is good and we can always find people to converse with while dinning. Really enjoy our weekly Happy Hour and karaoke sing-along. My wife and I enjoy the entertainment as well and try not to miss it.

Everyone here is so helpful and polite to the residents. Just love [name removed] who does all the activities - she is an inspiration to us all. Love that pets are allowed - we old folks need a pet. Only thing I can see needs to be changed is to have a tuck shop.

My mother has been living at Victoria Park for over a year now and we have nothing but good things to say about Victoria Park. Strongly encourage people to come and learn about what Victoria Park has to offer.All the staff are very hard working and go above to satisfy the residents.It feels like family as everyone cares about eachother and helps eachother out when needed. Always lots of activities going on as well , lots of great food options.It has been a great fit for my mom.

I very much enjoy living here, good food and great activities. I love the Activity Director, she is so good at what she does. Love our planned outings and the fantastic entertainment that is brought to us.

Living here is really good. Love the entertainment and the friends I have made here, there are many connections. I really enjoy and appreciate all of the activities that are organized by our Engage Coordinator.

She loved the activities. Food was very good. She was at Sky Peaks from seven years and made so many friends.

I have visited Ironwood Estates and found the facility to be so beautiful, and the staff to be so welcoming and caring. The residents seem to have so much fun, with a variety of different entertainment and activities!
