I really enjoy living here at Palmer Hills. The Staff and the management team treat each and everyone of us like family. I enjoy going down to the meals in our big beautiful dining room. I would like to recommend palmer to all.

We've had a really great experience with Pinegate. The staff have bent over backwards to help us out and get my mom situated. I would definitely recommend Pinegate!

I would tell a friend. It is a good place to live. When I did my research, it was the best fit for my parents.

We have had an excellent experience placing my mom here. The property manager is great - he gave us the initial tour, answered all our questions, and shared the great promotion they had going on . We went back the next day and signed the papers and moved her in the following day . It’s a friendly community that looks out for one another and welcomes new residents .

Churchill Manor has provided us with an oasis! The Manor’s lease specifically lists in detail every amenity we were offered during our initial visit. Laundry equipment is kept in good order. Our in house chef-prepared delicious meals are nutritious, following guidelines very similar to those of the Canadian Diabetic Association. The meals are exactly what the weekly menu plans promise. The Manor’s staff are caring and skilled. Every activity is carefully planned and enjoyable. There is always something to participate in. Management follows an open door policy. Our concerns are handled quickly and courteously. Our pet was welcomed and is well-treated by housekeeping staff. Our home care staff are helpful, courteous and arrive on schedule. Transport with the Manor’s bus is easy to book. We are most gruntled with our decision to move here!

Living here at Palmer Hills is wonderful. We have a really great staff that treats us like family, they really are wonderful. I also enjoy going to the activities, and the food is really good, we have a lot of options to choose from. Moving to Palmer Hills was one of the best decisions I have made. I would like to recommend Palmer to all.

I was so unexpectedly blown away with the ease and seemingly effortless gracefulness that was the level of resident interactions the team delivered ,I felt so strongly about how positive and genuine the community’s team had created and fostered such a memorble atmosphere that could only be described as not just a place to live but a real community not just an apartment complex a place that one felt was a real home .

I enjoy living here at Palmer Hills. The staff and management are really nice. I really enjoy the exercise program and all the outings we do here. I would recommend all my friends to come live here at Palmer Hills.

The staff are extremely kind and animated. They communicate in a way that makes the residents smile. The food is good and on special occasions/holidays residents are made to feel extra special. The move in process was easy and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone that wants to continue with an active independent lifestyle while feeling free from tedious chores like cooking and cleaning.

I would like to see more variety in the menu - perhaps a vegetarian option. Also, a call light so the resident could contact help, if needed. You can call on the phone, but if the person can't use the phone easily a call light would be beneficial.

I think the staff at Palmer Hills are very friendly. I like that we can still be independent without the worries. I enjoy the musical entertainment and I really like Movie Night. I would recommend Palmer Hills to my friends.

I moved here after my husband passed away. This was a very good move. Friendly people,and everyone is so nice. They have lots of activities snd very good entertainment. If you are looking for a place for your last years,this is it.

It's a nice place for loved ones looking for independence and some additional support! The employees are friendly and are very welcoming to individuals needs They could improve on the food by providing warm deliveries and options for all food preferences.

We are very happy with everything at Blue Water Lodge and the care from Homestead. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The daily/ weekly activities are wonderful. My mom likes having the hair salon in the the building. We like the fact that we can join her for meals for a small fee.

Regular interval cleaning did not occur due to staffing shortages. However, quality work was preformed when room cleaning occurred. Otherwise it would be a 5. [name removed] is the best!

I have lived at Palmer Hills with my wife for about 2 months. We love the staff, they are so caring, always offering to help you. The food is really good, you get so many choices. We feel safe and we would recommend Palmer Hills to all of our friends and family.

My loved one was a resident at Holiday Valencia Commons and the overall experience was great. I would recommend this facility to others.

I like the fact that everyone seems very friendly, upbeat and happy - staff and residents alike. There always seems to be activity in the place - some other homes we looked at seemed very quiet. The staff knows everyone's names and seems to genuinely care. About the only negative thing a have to say is the handicapped door switch on the outside entrance doesn't work and hasn't for a year now. I really wish they would fix this.
