Our loved one has since passed, but Holiday Aspen View had good people and good services. Our loved one liked it very much - he liked the staff, they were all friendly and he had good quality care. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend Holiday Aspen View Senior Living to other families.

So I called A Place for Mom and [name removed] from Grizzly Peak called me right away and told me what they had to offer I did not know at that time if my mom was ready to move to a facility. Within two weeks my Mom voiced that she wanted to move. I called [name removed] and she had us over for a tour and showed us a variety of rooms. [name removed] was very informative and helpful. Mom chose what room she thought she would like and we started the process. It only took a couple days and we had mom moved in, somewhat. Mom has enjoyed the food very much and has slowly acclimated to getting to know some new people. Grizzly Peak made this process so easy, mom is comfortable and even has been able to have her cat. My sisters and I are very happy with Grizzly Peak and we can see a positive change in mom since she has been there.

Excellent staff and very responsive to our needs The scope of the facility along with the appropriate equipment and excellent staff gives me confidence that my brother will be taken care of He’s very happy there.

The staff at Holiday Illahee Hills is absolutely awesome, I wanted to live there so I could hang out with them all day. The housekeeping is great. There is therapy on site, it is really pricey but Illahee doesn't make those prices. They have a great dining area and food, it felt like a restaurant. I would 10/10 recommend this facility to others.

I have met the most wonderful group.of people there. The staff is amazing. Every staff member calls you by your first name. The building is like a luxury hotel. The grounds are well.maintained. The meals are fabulous. All.in all its a great place to live.

Quail Run is a clean, bright friendly community that has great activities, a quality food /dining program and caring staff. The apartments are spacious with good closet space. The grounds are well kept and residents are encouraged to do activities and dine together -overall a great place for my Mom.

When I first started thinking about moving to independent living I toured three separate facilities. The first one didn't have enough sidewalks. Because I used a power chair that was not satisfactory. Holiday Forsyth Court was the second facility I toured. They impressed me very much and I was determined from that point to move here. I have not been disappointed.

Vista de la Montana offers independent living with amenities that help residents to be able to live independently. With prepared meals, transportation and light housekeeping, the residents don't have to worry about the basics. The caring staff helps the residents navigate their daily needs, include them in group functions and help them plan for transportation to appointments and shopping. The property is well kept with nice landscaping and walking paths. The interior is in process of a face-lift so that the residents can enjoy the spacious and welcoming dining and community areas. Both single and couples can call this place home, and even bring their four legged companions. Truly a comfortable and accommodating place to call Home.

An excellent facility - they went out of their way to provide pictures of the room I was considering to help me in my decision making. Very friendly and welcoming. I’ve had to delay my move-in and they’ve been very helpful in answering any of my questions.

I really enjoy living at Sky Peaks. The staff are great and the sales manager is very energetic & empathetic. I would recommend Sky Peaks to anyone.

The staff are very kind and pay attention to him when he goes to meals & activities! The food is good portions & mostly all good. The lettuce salads are very good. It would be nice to have cheeseburgers, chicken breasts, and hot turkey and roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy also served. After being here 11 months, the rent is going up [fee removed] , however understand with the costs of food & remodeling. Dad & I are very happy with his last year living here.

We were looking for a Retirement Home for the future. A friend told us about Chrysal View, so we went to look. We were amazed when we saw it. It stretched over so much land and it was beautiful. We met the Marketing Manager and set off with her to see all of Chrystal View. We met happy seniors in the afternoon bar, lovely, large dining room, .a library that stole my heart and a gym. Next, we went to see some rooms where we would live.We wanted a one bedroom with a den and found it on the 4th floor. It was carpeted in beige and it was so clean and the staff so friendly. There was activities galore and movies too. .ISo, if you are looking for a place to retire, look at Chrystal View I bet that you will love it..

Visiting the facility was easy and the staff was very helpful during the visit and with the process for getting approved etc. I would recommend prospective residents try out all 3 meal services, breakfast lunch and dinner. Not all the housecleaning crew clean as throughly as others. Maintenance repairs are slow. The comfy lounge chairs in the alcoves were replaced with table and chairs - not pleased with that. There's a lovely deck and seating area next to the lake however any resident who uses a walker scooter or wheelchair cannot access it as there are multiple steps to the deck. This is a retirement community and a vast majority of residents cannot navigate steps. It's a pity that there is no ramp which would allow everyone to enjoy this outdoor space.

It's a very comfortable and inviting environment for the value...easy to interact and make new friends with so many different types of age levels and abilities of residents there. Core management & activity staff is amazing and works very hard to ensure residents are welcomed and encouraged to interact and participate in various fun activities. Food service could use some help as they become short handed but this is always an area of need in long term care...the management never hesitates to pitch in and help in the dining room to get meals out as quickly as possible. Also if my uncle needs additional help with individual care or cleaning there are a few very wonderful ladies who are available in the building nearly every day seeing other residents, it's an extra fee, but not unreasonable. Also they have Fox Rehab who has an office onsite to assist folks coming out of hospital who may need additional help to get stronger without even having to leave Birch Heights!

Since living here, I've found the entire staff to be helpful and friendly, the meals very good, and my fellow residents quality adults.
