This is truly a fantastic facility ... they do take such good care of their seniors .. just like they were family! From the front door sales person to the advanced care from Home Instead ... they are so kind and so very caring!!

Greenwood Terrace by Holiday is a nice place to live it's very clean there are lots of activities the people are happy and friendly especially the people who work there like [name removed] and [name removed] the room is a nice size for my father the meals are delicious he is enjoying his time there And is starting to interact with other people the people have been helpful in getting him acclimated to his new home and showing him the ropes he enjoys the meals and some of the activities I presume he will get more involved the longer he is there The transportation that they have has been very good in getting him out and about and the ability to get his own groceries is very nice the trails have been a good thing for him to walk on he enjoys walking around outside when the weather permits

The staff have been great at helping my mom get acclimated. Mom said food can be good & not so good. Meeting alot of new people & doing activities. She is really enjoying her new home. Glad we picked this place!

The staff are all excellent and there are a variety of apartment sizes and prices. I like that everything is included in rent (power heat cable 1x week cleaning and 3x a day food).

When it's time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food is always quick and made well. If you are planning to live here, just so you know the food is good and ready for you! Every table is set nice and the chairs are comfortable. Great job, chefs!

The environment among the staff is very welcoming and vibrant. They are very kind to the residents, and they do a phenomenal job preparing everything for the day. I admire them everything they do, and I hope it always stays that way.

The GM, AGM, and staff are very hard working and very welcoming to residents and also guests! Its a neat and clean environment for everyone. Theres also good entertainment for the residents. I highly reccomend if anyone was thinking about living here. Keep up the excellent work!

I'm a musician from The Escapade Trio. We perform at The COR quite often. The people are friendly and welcoming. The activity director [name removed] is a beautiful lady that is on top of her game. Always pleasant, welcoming and organized!! Bravo

Everybody at Holiday Essex House is very helpful and caring. A special big thank you to manager [name removed] who goes out of his way to help our friend there. He’s just a call away, and always eager to help with any problem. Our friend is very happy there.

Mom's unit was plentiful, spacious, and well tailored.. Maintenance was on point if the need arose!! Wash rooms, dining, parking, office, mailboxes, hairdresser, and gathering halls were all great!! Ms T and Staff are awesome, helpful, and welcoming!! They are poised and ready to assist Mom passed away in July 2023.. Many thanks to the in home health care nurse [name removed].

It's very nice and friendly. I would recommend to others. I really love this place.

I only moved my brother in a few days ago but so far so good! It gives me a great sense of relief knowing that he is getting 3 healthy meals a day & has people to socialize with! I am seeing a positive change from him living on his own! My husband & I had a meal there! I only had a sandwich but my husband loved his fish! My brother is pleased with his new situation!

Hi. I have been here 4 years [date removed]. Love the residents and staff here. Staff professional efficient and effective Always there ready to help. Estates bus is awesome. Takes u 2 your medical appointment and pick up. Weekly outings plus necessary runs to bank etc. all well coordinated by knowledgeable driver. Dining great get together to meet and eat. I have no problem with menu choices always offer alternatives. Activities coffee chat good idea for bringing residents together. Best part your own choice of whatever you wish. Independent living at its best best location and best part if you need extra help the estates encourages allows personal in care resources even brings in different personal care organisations for u 2 choose from. Best move I have made coming here.

Birch Heights gets all 5 stars! We have been very pleased with the experience. I have heard nothing but great things about the place and the employees from my loved one. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking for independent living.

Our tour of the facility was positive, and when we needed a place unexpectedly, there was room available. I would recommend. I wish I could afford to live in an Atria facility.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Durham Regent. The staff are friendly and keep me posted. Everything has been great so far! I would recommend this facility to others.

Everything was a 5 except for housekeeping. From [date removed] housekeeping did not come in. Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed getting to know them.

The facilities are old, but they are in the process of remodeling. The new chef is fantastic and has changed up the entire menu and it's so much better. The staff is seriously incredible! They have everything that my mom needs and it's so comforting knowing that she's in amazing hands.

All of the staff at Birch Heights were wonderful and patient. Sometimes the cleaning ladies did not show and there were no substitutes Overall I would recommend this facility to others.

For all categories, I give them a 10!! Any person considering such a move needs to realize that nothing is perfect. At Rock Creek the staff works hard to make it as close to perfect as they can. They are friendly and genuinely helpful.
