Everything is going great. So far so good. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have weekly activities but my cousin doesn't participate in. Meals he says are very good. His only complaint Is that if our not on time they get fussy if you are late. The place could use new carpet this is because the place is a older complex. He has house keeping every week which is great and helps my cousin out a lot. So far the the price is good however his lease is coming up so not sure if his rent price will go up. Overall he will stay as long as the rent doesn't increase dramatically. Its fits within his budget .

Our experience transitioning our dad from living at home to independent senior living has been a pleasant experience. The sales director [name removed] will go over and beyond to make your loved one adjust and feel welcomed and right at home.

What a wonderful place. The staff are all fantastic, the apartments are beautiful. My parents really love it there. It is a great place. They have adjusted well to leaving their home, because Sherbrooke Heights were very helpful with their transition.

My elderly mother is completely satisfied with this place. She moved in [date removed] All areas are good for her. Too many issues at the last place. The care promised and provided was not up to standard.

This gem of a place is a wonderful place to live if you’re not certain which retirement community you should choose. The people living within the community are very warm & welcoming! The food served in the dining room is great! And they always have snacks on hand if you get a craving for one in the middle of the night! There’s lots of different types of activities & art projects to do! Games like bingo & puzzles seem to always be happening! Great entertainment comes in periodically. The crew helping us out is very helpful & caring!

First home away from home. It was a big change but I adjusted well. Everyone was very welcoming from staff to residents. Only thing is I wish my late husband can experience this great place with me. He would have loved it.

First meeting Community Sales Manager & touring we were sold on Durham Regent. This community is so friendly & kind Very helpful over all. The food is good & have a variety of entrees. My studio apt is very accommodating especially the shower with shower bars to assist. Legacy Physical Therapy is in house to assist so I will be utilizing the service soon glad it is here.

I felt alone in the previous place that I lived at. I have lived at Orchid Terrace for almost a year and I love it here! I have made two very close friends that I bird watch daily with. All of the staff is so friendly my housekeeper [name removed] is very kind. She does a great job when she cleans my room and I consider her to be a friend now!

Staff is very kind and servers are very smart and knowledgeable. The staff does a great job. Plesant atmosphere and that is what is most important to me. This is my home and it feels like home. The community is clean. Everyone in the community is friendly and helpful. I have lived here 9 years and there is definitely a reason for that! I try to stay busy so that I don't get bored and there are a lot of things here to keep busy.

I moved in on [date removed] and I have really enjoyed my time here so far, I didn't think I would like so much done for me. It was so hard putting the house up for sale and getting ready to move but I'm glad I did. Everyone is so helpful and concerned that you are comfortable and you are okay. My apartment is just 700sq ft, but big enough for what I need, others are bigger and some are smaller just depends upon what you need.

Very friendly staff, residents and living environment. My friend is very pleased and happy living here. The living quarters are quite large and comfortable and the facilities are clean, comfortable and well maintained, organized and equipped.

This has been a pleasant experience, the people are friendly & treat you like a family member. I like very much I get 3 hot meals a day. I love the special movie night & to night is my favorite Gladiator. First we moved in a one bedroom cottage @ 616 square feet Now we are preparing to move in a larger one bedroom cottage square feet is 855 square feet what a pleasant experience to move one door down. We enjoy Happy Hour with a variety of music & we share different stories & speak of our past lives & enjoy special spirits.

Great facility for those that need a little care or none at all without that large price. The food is great and you can tell the staff cares about their residents. They are remodeling/upgrading and it looks great so far.sometimes they are short staff but I think a lot of places are. I love to going to Redbud to visit,
