This facility is extremely poorly managed. Turnover is high. And neither safety or privacy is given much consideration. We deeply regret not moving our Mom out sooner.

Getting what she was told she would get for the money she's paying would be sufficient. Her lease includes weekly housekeeping. That's never happened. I cannot even begin to express how unhappy we have been with this place. My mother has been there since [date removed] , and it has been nothing but disappointments since the first day. No matter how many requests, emails, or complaints we send out her room has never been properly cleaned including PRiOR to her move in. The food is so horrible it is unrecognizable. I know this firsthand because I have been there for several meals. I tried to tolerate it myself. It was disgusting and I could not even finish the meal. I feel this place is borderline elderly abuse because I feel that they are doing whatever they can get away with since most of the people there have no one else watching out for them. It has gone terribly downhill since my father lived there several years ago. I regret ever putting my mother there for one day. A huge disappointment! There were four employees total that were nice and did their best but three of them are gone now due to how they were treated by the company and literally working to death for Pennies. The fourth is still there but I'm sure it won't be long.

I lived here a short time. When I first moved here it was a pretty good place to live. Soon a new company, Atria, took over. Things went downhill fast. While I was there I had permission to paint two accent walls in my apartment. I paid [fee removed]to have it professionally painted. While I was there I had my rent withdrawn automatically. The last month I was there, which was only two weeks. I was told by the Vice President of Operations that I would get the remainder of my rent back when the two walls were repainted. I kept calling to see when the painting was done and when to expect a refund. Finally, I was told the cost was [fee removed] . I’m sure what they did was legal and according to their policies. However, is it ethical to charge an elderly widowed woman this amount who only lived there for 4 months? Food was inedible and I only received housekeeping three times when I lived there, which, by contract is supposed to be weekly. Would not recommend this place.

They did not have cable. The food did not look appetizing. People were just sitting, and weren't very active. Not as clean. The impression seemed much more institutional. It seemed very depressing. Dimmer and less active.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a terrible experience, there was barely a lobby area to sit in. It was dirty and smelled like smoke in the hallways and nobody was really that friendly

They have the most dishonest management staff here. I gave them 30 days notice and they lied regarding my $1000 refund. Now they are denying me that and stopped answering calls or returning my emails. I witnessed a woman fall backwards and hit her head. I had to help her, no staff did. She ended up dying. Someone needs to look into this place. Some of the residents were using their ovens as storage. Some of these residents belong in assisted living, not in a retirement home. They can barely get around and having accidents. The spa doesn't work, the jets don't work right. The people are stuck without a bus transportation during the weekends. They can't get maintenance people. The dining room staff and housekeeping staff as well are great. Management staff is terrible.

I did not like this community and the environment, it just did not feel right. Someone was smoking in a room and just did not have the feel good feeling I needed felt more like a nursing home than anything.

I would not recommend Rolling Hills Ranch to anyone. When we went to visit they were very friendly and offered us everything that they knew we wanted. When my brother moved in they could not provide transportation like they said. I live out of state so when I would try to call them, no one would return any of my phone calls. We have been very disappointed and he is moving out.

Long Lake Chateau - "Atria Senior Living: helping people live better together. We create caring, connected senior living communities where older people can live comfortably, eat well, explore their interests and enjoy the company of good neighbors." Further from the truth. Propaganda. If you see anything more than a 1-star rating, they are all for prior to this pandemic. They appear to be always short staff, the staff in the management office are extremely rude and not helpful (after [dates removed] - family member removed from this dump). Prior to this COVID nonsense this place was great. The staff including office staff appeared to truly care for the residents, it had a family atmosphere. Now they could care less about the health and welfare of the residents. Services have dramatically decreased.. I have spoken to other residents recently who are there, and they too are looking at leaving, once they find a suitable affordable alternative.

My mom said she would not go here. It was a very dark place and not inviting at all.

My mom lived in the Regent, Corvallis, for eleven years. After suffering a stroke which required a move to a assisted living center I cannot get them to refund her "security Deposit". Contract clearly states "deposit may only be used by the landlord for non-payment". She was current in all payments. After a time period of six months I cannot get my mom's refund, calls locally and emails are to no avail and rarely returned. I wonder how many families deposits they financially keep capitalizing on their senior residents. Tremendously disappointed and recommend you considering another facility.

My mother lives at Bridge Park. Atria Retirement took over management in 2020 and the quality of life has plummeted ever since. The budget conscious new management has either fired or driven away most of a well-loved staff. Currently there is no maintenance person and housekeeping is sporadic. As of this morning Mom’s toilet hadn’t been cleaned in two weeks. Food is generally well prepared but it seems like the kitchen isn’t given the budget it needs to provide healthy and balanced meals for the community. Portion sizes have been reduced and many dinners are a choice of cold sandwiches. A snack refrigerator that used to be well-stocked isn’t anymore. Several residents have moved out, changing the community. Many apartments are vacant. Mom doesn’t want to move. She has a comfortable apartment and good friends here. It’s sad to see this once vibrant community succumb to poor management. Mom feels that management does not respect her as a person. Only a rent check.

My friend made a deposit but due to knee surgery was unable to move in immediately. She was told they would work with her on rent to hold her apt until she could move-in. After 2 months in a physical rehab facility she moved in and was subsequently charged full amount for 2 months even though she didn't live there and ate none of their food.

Unfortunately we chose Bridge Park as the home for our mother in June of 2021. We were met by cheerful optimistic salespeople who made promises about rent control and amenities, like food service delivered to apartments during the pandemic. Here's what has happened at Bridge Park sine June 2021: 1. Food delivery eliminated within a month of residency. Additional charges applied if food service required 2. Complete turn over of staff 3. Despite paying a [fee removed] move in fee they have raised the rent by [amount removed] after only 5 months of being a resident 4. The food is frozen pizza night treat and 1950s bologna sandwich and chips for lunch 5. They are short staffed and are unable to make basic repairs on time 6. We pay [fee removed] per month for a small apartment with limited support and amenities. This is a for profit business that operates on high margins.

Food not healthy or balanced (fried-lots of carbs). Residents are not listened to or followed up on for needs. They run out of food before everyone is served and are given substitutes. Gutters stopped up and heavy rains pour off the three story roof.

I would tell others this is a good place for loved ones who are 85 and older. I was looking for something that was 55 and older and this was on the list. They need to have automatic door openers installed. It would be nice to have more able-bodied residents on the upper floors and keep those less abled on the lower floors.

The biggest problem is that we don't know if these scores are because of covid, because when we looked a few years ago we really liked it. When my loved ones signed their lease they got a move in date They did not move in until recently and the apartment is still not finished and ready. For example the toilet is still not bolted to the ground, their closet door track is not on the bottom, and nothing was cleaned at all. They do seem to be very understaffed. The residents they have met here are very nice. A new director did start this week and things seem to be getting done now, so we are hoping that things will continue to improve.

My grandma has been staying here for multiple years and she maintains that [names removed] (managers of the care facility) are inconsiderate dictators. They deny her water when she is thirsty, the food is rotten, and there are roaches roaming the halls (and no, I’m not referring to [names removed]). Overall the management is completely lacking in basic human empathy and my grandma is miserable. If I had the power to take my grandma out of here, I would in a heartbeat. I will not be disclosing my name out of fear they will torment my grandma even further.

Our experience was terrible at The Woods at Canco. No one followed through with what they said they would and we ended up paying even though she was not staying here. The staff did not follow through on any promises that were made either, I would not recommend to anybody who is looking.
