Beautiful. Cheerful. Only one elevator. Not associated with assisted living or nursing facilities for later.

Over all it seems to be a good place for my Mom. The food quality and the time it takes to get served is a disappointment.

The staff is good and my parents like it. Well mom more so then dad because they do not have enough activities for the men.The meals are "hit or miss" from a quality standpoint (both taste and warmth of the food) and that the time to be served frequently took more than an hour. I also wasn’t happy about the fact the price of the apartment was increased by over $300 before my parents signed the lease. It went from $3,150 to $3,475!”

We were looking for a community for my mom and when we checked it out we had a nice tour. The gentlemen was very kind. On the tour we felt that they do not come close to the care we were looking for.

I toured this community for my mom. The staff seems to be nice and friendly. The community was very big and not what was needed for my mom. They did have activities for those who wanted to participate. I think other families might want to see this community to make a decision for the care needed for a friend or family member.

Residence is, in my opinion, not high class. Met with Jackie, she was wonderful, very helpful. Lunch was quite good and plentiful, with some choice available. Met a couple who shared our table and found them to be very friendly, they would make very good acquaintances, they provide very helpful information and were very honest. They love the place and are very happy. They showed us their unit which gave us a good perspective of what a unit looks like with furniture. Overall reasonably nice but way too far for us and for our daughter for visiting purposes as she does not own a car. Bus service in front of the residence. Amenities and activities are plentiful. THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR US.

They are going through a transition with the management. The food was delicious my first week here, however since the transition the food has declined. They have removed the pull cords and we now have a Life Alert system. They have activity and reading rooms on each floor. The community is clean and I feel well taken care of.

My mother has lived here one year. They couldn't talk enough about the food when she first moved in. The menus looked awesome. After 6 months, the food changed. Constantly running out of the items on the menu, substituions were low quality. It is taking longer and longer to get served. The original chef was wonderful. When he left, things went downhill. It is a shame that such a fine facility can't fix the one area that needs serious improvement.

This is a good community, but unfortunately my mother in law needed more care. It was a bit over whelming for her, and we had to move her out. Overall this is a lovely community, everything looks great. The staff was kind and friendly. It is a great community for the right person.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Delicious roast beef dinner last Sunday. However I am hearing a LOT of complaints about the meals.....very greasy, chewy fried fish for lunch yesterday, for example and sweet, lumpy squares of cake for dessert (could be fruit salad)

My mother has lived there just over a year now. Very comfortable, great location and well-kept grounds. Meals are good, but take 75-90 minutes. Staff is friendly, but there seems to be quite a bit of turnover in housekeeping...my mother's place is not cleaned very well each week. Beware of the annual rent increase! My mother moved in on [Removed], and her rent was raised by 6.7% the following September 1st! She will not be able to take that hit every year as she (like most residents) are on a limited fixed income with depleting resources. They even raised the rent before the full year was up without pro-rating for the partial month. Overall a good place to live, just read the rental agreement and try to negotiate annual increases!

My tour of this was a nice one, I enjoyed. The community looked great, everything was very well-kept. The staff was friendly and courteous. They have nice resources available for the residents. This is a nice community, but a but expensive for my taste. It is a lovely community.

This is where Ron was living. It doesn't fit. They use GPS units and have no one on premises at night

My father is doing well here, but I do have to stay on top of them to get things done. The cleanliness of the community could use some improvements. My father takes it upon himself to clean outside, but we are paying a nice amount of money he should not have to do that. I do have micromanage the staff at times. It isn't bad community, but it is still a work in progress for us here. I would recommend it, but with some warnings.

This is a nice community, but we are still working out some things with them. The community looks great, they do a very good job with the cleaning. One of our concerns has been the height of the tub, they are trying to work something out with us. There are nice activities offered. She is pleased with the meals, but they do take a while to serve the residents. They are willing to work with us with any problems we have. I would recommend this community, but with some precaution.

The Westmont is decently sized. We came for our tour around lunch time and they asked us to come back. This community was a little to far away for our family. The community seemed clean and the person I met during the tour was nice but it felt like they were a salesperson.

All inclusive, 3 meals with options & snacks and transport. Apts and studio smaller but good layout. Not new carpet for each resident. Less $ but apts smaller. All in 1 building. Lots of activities. Meal tickets provided but did not eat & did not see food. Guide seemed rushed and didn't really listen to things I mentioned. Claims no cleaning fee when leave and buy in varies with apt size. Nice residential area.

Our experiences in this community have not been good. For the amount of money my mother is paying you would think her room has a/c in it, but it doesn't. They are not really doing anything to fix the problem. Although the staff is really nice, they could be better at responding to my concerns. The food is horrible quality, I've tried some of the meals and they taste terrible. It is a nice and clean community, but there are things they need to improve on.

My mom is living at this retirement community. It seems like she is doing good here. It has not been easy but I'm sure she is transitioning into this community. Everything seems okay and it seems that she will have good days.

The exterior of the building is beautiful but the interior is showing major signs of wear and tear. I visit a unit that was ready for a new occupant and one of the doors had a huge gouge in it that went through to the door core. The room sizes are great but overall it wasn't a good fit for us.
