Mom hates it and wants to leave. The food is okay she doesn't always like it, but it's okay. The people are friendly and it's a really nice place, clean and everything. She just doesn't like spending the money it costs. I think it's nice and I would recommend it.

Overall things seem to be going well at Alexis Gardens! It's a nice looking place and everyone seems very friendly. My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself, and I haven't heard any complaints from her!

So far it's going well, and I am really happy with it. The staff is friendly, and it's always clean. I don't have any complaints. They treat me well here.

The people at Rock Creek have been very welcoming of my dad and making him feel comfortable and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and it has really been just a wonderfully positive experience. I really can't even think of anything they can improve on. They have been great!

Mom is really loving that she doesn't have to cook, clean or change the bedding. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Her apartment is small, but clean and bright and the facility is cheerful and pleasant. Food is adequate, but not great. Mom commented that food could be more heart-friendly with a more varied menu. Also, transportation is limited. Van only runs four days a week. Three of these days it only runs until noon. Consequently, this limits some of my mother's outside activity. Overall, she is happy and I'm satisfied with her quality of living.

Their meals are exceptionally well. They have their own chef, and the meals are fantastic. The dining facility is awesome, very nice atmosphere. It's a wonderfully friendly social happy atmosphere, more than any other place I've seen. A couple of critiques and recommendations: Copley Place has separate care companies that come in to provide the care services. The first one we went with for healthcare (advantage) seemed to be awesome at first, but then we realized they were not really doing the services that we had hired them to do (such as picking up my father and bringing him to the meals - we actually heard from other residents that he missed a few meals.) We would visit dad 2-3 times a week and noticed little things like that his nails were not being clipped, as another example. We then switched from advantage to another company (angels of care I think the name was?) which seems to be doing much better. Dad has Alzheimer and due to that does not always make it to the activities. It would help to have an activity director that could reach out and help him along in that regard.

The facility is very clean, and the manager there was very very helpful.

I really like that it is all in house, with the doors locked at night, and people checking regularly on the residents. We have not had any problems, and the people there have been very helpful.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking community, and everyone seemed very friendly, but I didn't feel like it would have been somewhere my loved one would be comfortable living. It was nice, but it felt more like a hotel than a home.

They do a great job at Birch Heights. I was really impressed by the amount of effort they put in to introducing new residents to the community. They do a great job helping new people get settled in, acclimated, and introduced to all of the activities and amenities they offer. They seem to have a very busy activity schedule! The food is also very good.

We liked this place and all the people very nice community, nice staff and management the apartments at The Madison were considerably larger which was a big factor in our decision

I helped a friend move into here, and it's going pretty well. He seems to be happy there. It's clean, and the people are friendly. His only compliant would be that he doesn't really like that people can go into his room when he isn't there, that bugs him. Other than that it's working out well.

I'm completely satisfied with Greenwood Terrace. They have been very, very helpful with my grandmother. The staff is real genuine, helpful, and very patient. They offer many activities. My grandmother goes to the exercise classes, and does a lot of the other different activities as well. The food they provide is real good, and she gets plenty of food to eat. They also have a homecare team that comes out once a week to take blood pressure.

Visited to day and had dinner with them. It is beautiful, but too much mone for us at this time.

I really like this place, but would like a better parking situation. So, I'm still looking.

We toured here while we were considering a place. We realized that you need to have a lot of cash on hand to live here. It's nice but expensive, and doesn't take elderly wavier, medicare, or medicaid.

They do a great job overall at Hartland Hills! They were incredibly helpful during the whole move in process, and went out of their way to get everything set up and help get her introduced to the community.The management and administrative staff are awesome, very communicative and easy to work with. They appear to have a lot to offer in terms of activities as well, although our loved one unfortunately doesn't participate much.

Great place but doesn't offer 'assisted living' services enough. More of an independent living place

White Oaks has done a great job so far, I like them very much. The staff could not be friendlier, and they do a great job keeping the facility looking clean and well kept. I've had the chance to try the meal service a few times myself, and the food is fine. One issue I've heard my loved ones complain about is that sometimes the laundry facilities will be in use by the staff and not available for the residents, which can be inconvenient.
