I am happy with the proper care. The staff are friendly and helpful. My mom's room is a nice size with a fridge and a sink. We had to purchase a microwave for her and she gets weekly cleaning for her room. She seems to be happy with the service. The meals are not as good as before since they got a new cook. My mom has mentioned this to the manager and hopefully they will improve the meals.

These are early days for Mom settling in and we are very happy with the support the whole family is receiving. The staff is warm and helpful, the food of high quality and Mom instinctively feels safe in the building and on the grounds.

I gave this community this rating as I do not have a lot to reference this community against. My parents are still settling in and this has been a great place for them. The community seems to be well maintained and very tidy. I did get the opportunity to try a few meals there and while the service may sometimes be slow the food is good. My parents like the live music when it is there and they have started to participate in the arm chair exercises. There apartment was remodeled before they moved in and it looks like new.

I see no problems with the assistance I receive here. My dinners are prompt& hot, the staff are very uplifting and Im glad I choose to live here.

One thing I can say is that I had visited John at Canyon Meadows and was quite pleased with the accommodations and their meals. The chef's and all staff are excellent. John is quite content there and next time I visit, I will be staying in their guest suite.

Continual turnover of management is a problem. Healthcare aides are available but are contracted with an outside service, but aides are caring and professional. if more care is needed for your loved one, use an outside to help you, as charges can add up to point of unreasonableness. Price increases are made without notice, so keep an eyes on costs. White Oaks is a beautiful building, residents seem happy but turnover is of residents is also noticeable. Not sure how patients could be evacuated in case of fire as there is one elevator and most cannot use stairs. Overall, if your loved one is healthy, has funds to pay for private residential senior living, it is a nice community to live in. The food is good and portions are reasonable for elderly.

Mom moved in and she got to the point where she couldn't stay there anymore because she needed assisted living She had to go to rehab and ended up at the hospital and tried to be refunded for the month of October and they refused to give it back. Because they did not hand over all the property they wouldn't give the money back. She was only there for a week. The stairway had not been vacuum the entire time. There is a little deception in the contract. They make it sound wonderful and when you have issues they don't cooperate. The food was okay. There is only 1 elevator and it's a problem when everyone decides to eat or moving in.

I didn't have a lot of experience. My dad lived there for 2 months. He was needing a lot more care and we had to chose a different facility because the price was going to go up. The price went up for his stay because he needed a lot of care. so we changed the location.

The Lodge at Cold Spring is okay. In the beginning we had a problem with the former tenant being a smoker. There was a major smell and had to have them change the carpet. We also had to have the heating and air conditioner changed. They did what we asked but there is still a smell in there and it was like pulling teeth to get it done. When we first moved in that should have been done. My aunt loves the food. The residents are nice. The assisted living is giving her great help. We are happy with the place now. I just think that things should have been done before she moved in.

The Springs is a nice facility and has a great staff, very helpful and friendly. For what you get it is a good value. I would not hesitate to recommend The Springs.

By most part this is a fairly decent community...though the biggest complaint from the residence is the quality and sometimes quantity of the food and the ever changing staff that 'run' the place. Also, the location is great, but the building is getting dated.

Nice and friendly people. The carpet in hallways and rooms need a good cleaning, otherwise all the common areas are clean. There is only 1 elevator which could use an update. The staff and residents are very nice and my parents are very happy to be at Burlington Gardens.

Since I don't actually live there it's hard to review with accuracy but from an outside point of view Anchor Pointe offers a very pleasing environment and amenities. Compared to others I have seen it is good value.

It's very clean. They are pretty friendly. I think communication could be improved between the staff and the office. There has been a little bit of a lack of outings in the last few weeks. They can't seem to keep a chef there, and the dining hasn't been consistent. Meals sometimes come late. I think we she is getting her money's worth. My mom is the one who picked this, she liked the location, and the shuttle buses.

From what I've seen they had good activities, and the quality of the food is pretty good.

Friendly helpful staff and caregivers

My Mother has an apartment with Uffelman Estates since May 2015. So far she has enjoyed the apartment, food and activities. She has met and made friends. I was not happy to hear the van that that takes them on road trips has not been repaired and not sure when it will be repaired. The food is great. Our family has enjoyed several meals with our Mother. She is very happy and enjoys each day's activities.

i would not recommend it its more like a nuring home its many many wheel chair and walkers not too many good mind here its for a mentally disable older people over all i rate a 3.5 the friendliness of the staff is a 5 star rating they are nice the cleanliness of the property is a 4

Food is marginal for Diabetics. Must accept items that are questionable for diabetics. Choices are not always good substitutes for Diabetics. Suggest that menus be reviewed by certified Diabetic dietitian trainer or councilor . Often have to pass on meal items and use items that are personally purchased at local markets to keep within acceptable Blood Sugar levels. Thank you for your serious consideration.

It was a rough start, but things have improved. There were some inconsistencies about pricing when we spoke with different people. The staff and everyone there has been great. Even when dealing with the inconsistencies, they were very good about it. Mom just loves the place.
