Great Place!!

I like Valencia Commons. The staff is nice. The food isn't good. The service isn't good either. If someone wants jelly with their meal the staff will say that it's only for breakfast. Or if someone is late they wont get served. They are very strict with their times. They just aren't very accommodating with the dining service. They have a lot of activities and things going on here. He really likes it better than where he was before. They do have more for them to do there. The residents are younger at this facility and dad likes that.

My friend is very happy here. The whole experience has been a positive one.

I wish they had a better integration process for new residents and families at Cedar Ridge. With all of the confusion of getting new people in and doctors getting set up it can get overwhelming. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly.

So far so good. We are very happy with Bluebird Estates. I think it's fantastic here. We heard there were a lot of women here so he was a little reluctant. The women there are really with it and our loved one actually is enjoying their company. He loves to play scrabble and likes opera and classical music. I would like to see them have some more activities that are intellectually stimulating. The managers are amazing. I really feel bad for them because they work so hard. They do everything, pour the coffee, help the residents, etc. They really jump to help me any time we need it. They do seem burnt out. I do hear the residents say that the food is not as good with the new management. This facility itself is beautifully manicured. It feels very homey.

Whey mother took ill she could no longer live alone so A Place for Mom recommended I tour Victoria Park. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness and friendly/homey atmosphere. My mother moved in a week later and has been very happy there. The meal selections and food are very tasty and nutritious. Her suite is clean and bright. I have only one complaint about the building which I am sure is common from anyone residing there. The place only has one small elevator. This is most inefficient and cumbersome given 3/4 of the residents use walkers and only 5 or 6 people can get on at one time. Given there are around 130 residents I can't imagine this is even to building code. I noticed the EMS can barely fit their stretcher in the elevator when transporting a patient.

I think it would be great if the dining room at The Springs of Escondido was open all day. I think it would also be better if they provided more activities there. Overall things have been good at this facility.

Things have been going good so far. I haven't heard any complaints. It looks nice and the staff is friendly. It's working out well enough.

Very friendly atmosphere. Move in day went smoothly. Bathroom was not the cleanest, but was taken care of immediately. A couple corners high corners in the room had cob/dust webs. Dad brought his own sheets. They were not there when he moved in and we wanted to get room set. It was the weekend. Still, he's been there just a week and i'n sure it will all straighten out.

I think it's great. Mom loves it there. She loves the food. I was impressed with how quickly they responded when I first called, and Mom liked it right away. They weren't really any more expensive than the other places, and might have even been less. We are pretty happy with it.

It's great. The food could be better here, as with many other places. Both the quality and the variety could be improved. However it's clean and the staff is friendly, there is plenty to do. We haven't found any hidden charges or extra fees either.

Hartland Hills is doing a great job. The people are friendly, and the place always looks clean and nice. My loved one has settled in very well here and seems to really enjoy it. We're entirely satisfied with our choice!

The staff who provide care I would give a five the administration would get a four. We have been having difficulty with administration getting things figured out with the automatic debit for the rent. I think the food is really good. Really other than the billing issues things have worked out pretty well.

My in-laws moved here 3 months ago. The managers have been really good with a very difficult move. The other staff have been good as well. My in-laws enjoy the trips and have made new friends.

The value is fine at Edgewood Downs. But when were were looking for my parents we knew they had a bus to transport the residents and I assumed this bus would have a lift because mom uses a walker. Once we got them into the facility we realized they could not use the bus for transportation to go anywhere since there is no lift. This was really upsetting to me. The activities there aren't great either, all of them are kind of the same. The dinners are kind of light my dad doesn't seem to get enough to eat!

I think they have done a good job here. There are a lot of residents with walkers and only one small elevator. It would be nice to have an extra one or a bigger one. We liked that it seemed brighter, and we liked the dining room, and the windows in the back look out to some really nice greenery.

Overall I think they do a pretty good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. A second elevator installed would be nice. I have been pretty impressed with the residents themselves. They have been friendly and welcoming, which I have loved to watch. They have been easy to work with when it comes to billing and the financial department.

Very nice place, needs some updates in regards to the carpets, interior of the elevator, hallway carpets. Otherwise it's nice and friendly with quality staff.

We just had a short respite stay here. They were very nice. They were very hospitable. I would, and have recommend them to others. The food was amazing here. The people were excellent. It was clean. We did have some issues with the billing, but we had an unusual situation.

I think it's been fine. I haven't had any complaints so far. The food here is great! It's clean and the staff is friendly. The residents are all pretty friendly too. There are plenty of activities, and social opportunities. It's working out well.
