Made the transition easy. Very helpful and friendly.

The food is awful and none of them eat it. The air conditioner has been out for a week or two in the dining room. The bus is broke down. The activities are great they constantly have something going on. They were also the least expensive place we could find.

Small and intimate feel. Apartments are spacious with a balcony/patio on most of them. Clean and neat with a full staff of housekeeping and cooks. On the premise Home Care program - at whatever level you need. Although this service is extra, it is very reasonable. House managers are engaging and truly care about residents. There is someone on staff 24 hours a day.

They set a nice table and have options available if you don't want to eat the main entree. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Nice, community feeling, easy access to home medical care, staff and residents are very friendly with each other (Nate knows every resident by name), lovely park with community center and bee garden just across the street, spacious apartments, most with a deck or patio, pet-friendly. Nice schedule of activities, transportation to most areas in south Seattle and around the downtown core. Affordable options. I can see Mom being happy here!

The facility is very nice and residence seems to be very friendly but the price is way more higher than I expected.

The place is clean and friend.y. The facilities are well maintained. Great food service and generally a friendly staff. While there are many activities, I felt that the efforts to welcome a newcomer were marginal. I expected a more active community integration.

Clean, modern, and well-maintained facility with friendly, patient, and accomodating staff. I have had no negative experiences to date. Of course, my dad is fairly self-sufficient and currently requires very minimal care.

My Mother enjoys living at the Springs. The staff are attentive and caring, the facility is very clean and neat, and the food is very good and well balanced. This is a fairly active community and it has gotten my Mother out doing things again. There have been 3 manager changes since Mom moved in in May of 2013, 1 year. While I was on vacation Mom became ill and had to push her emergency button. The managers responded immediately and called an ambulance for her and she was taken to the hospital. I had left contact numbers and instructions should anything happen and I WAS NOT called. When I asked the managers on duty that evening why I wasn't called they said they didn't want to bother me on vacation. AS far as I can tell this problem has been corrected.

The main areas seem to be fine, but the cleaning that comes with the rent for the rooms could be better. Things aren’t perfect, but she’s very happy there. The maintenance could be better. It’s convenient to shopping and has a beautiful location – the biggest drawback is the maintenance

Westmont appears to be a good value for the price. In this area Units under $3,000 a month that include meals is appealing. Lots of common areas. Other residence very friendly. Elevators are slow and both are not always working. With apartments on 4 floors this can be an issue as most residents can not take stairs. Apartments are ok but some have floor plan with odd angels. Since by design they are small the Angeles short walls makes furniture arrange tricky. Staff have been friendly but seem very busy with business. My friend just moved on so long term my opinion may change.

The management team and staff were friendly. I took my mom for a tour. It was clean and well kept.

They do a pretty good job. They respond very quickly to minor concerns, but some things take a little longer. The activities, could use some more variety. The food has improved over the last couple of a weeks, I would give it a four now. When I visited, I just felt at home, everyone was extremely friendly, that's why I chose them.

So far they are doing a good job. The staff is very friendly and they are a great value. They have an average amount of activities. The food has been pretty good, I would say a 4 out of 5. It hasn't been very long, but so far, we haven't had any problems or concerns. It seemed to be the best value, that we saw.

We’re not the ones that live there, but when we have visited, the community is clean and the staff has been friendly to us. The care services and activities are working out okay. We’re satisfied with the value they represent.

Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Food was excellent. We did not feel rushed and all questions were answered. We are only beginning our search at this time

It’s an independent living place, but there is an emergency call button in each room and they come right away when called. I recommend it highly for anyone who is ready to move and ready to live in an independent living community. It takes some adapting - any move takes some adapting.

I think the only complaint, mom has had, is that there could be more variety on the menus. When she sees stuff she likes it has been good. She has been very pleased and the staff has been very nice and helpful. All in all it's going pretty well.
