It's a safe environment. It's a beautiful place. The staff here is unbelievable, they are the greatest people I have ever met. The caretakers are just amazing. The food is not gourmet, but it's fine, I have eaten it before.

My mother moved to Hartland Hills from another, more expensive, independent living facility in Lexington. In the short time she has been there, she has found HH to be a friendlier, less institutional place. Rather than two meals a day, she has the option of three. Managers are on site at all times, so it is much easier to get repairs made or ask for assistance--no forms to be filled out or waiting forever. On the con side, the only transportation provided is a bus which is not handicap-friendly. There are no cars to take residents to appointments if they do not drive. Mother is much happier in her apartment here which has the light she has been missing. I know once she gets everything in place and her pictures on the wall, she will be overjoyed and glad she made the move--which when you are 94 years old can be very stressful!

The Staff is excellent! Pls keep them satisfied, as that is possibly the most important factor in a retirement facility. Thx! There have been a few instances when Mom needed a little extra TLC. Your staff has shine brightly on the occasions. Thank you again! One surprise at move in Was the the toilet. It was not appropriate for a senior ( too low). It is one of those immediately- needed retrofits that is hard to perform on moving day. For the price, it should be provided With the room. Thus far, the meals get excellent reviews. That is a very smart market ring, PR and retention decision. Nice job! Perhap the only dissappointment thus far was the original quote for rooms at Niagara. Our room was significantly higher when it became available. I think that needs to be more transparent for new prospects.

It was a great place. We really liked it because it was a smaller environment. It was more personal. The environment was very clean and well kept. The value was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and nice. They seemed to be very accommodating. I would say they could improve a little more on the care services. My loved one had fell and they didn't handle the situation as easy as I thought they would.

I just wish they had a more variety of foods and little bit more activities. It has been a very good experience. The facility is always really clean. There are no messes. Everyone is very nice. The staff is friendly and seem very accommodating. The care services are good. The Redbud Hills is a nice community. I would recommend it. The value is good as well. This is a pretty good place with a nice atmosphere.

Susan did a great job touring us around the property and sharing with us all the exciting things my mother could do. The facility and guests were friendly and this was our second choice of which could easily have been our first choice. For us the smaller kitchen space, high plush carpet that could be a tripping hazard for my mom and the three meals a day which my mom would probably not attend the breakfast were the only things that changed our minds. These were our thoughts and do not reflect that of the majority.

All residents that I spoke with seem happy here. Residents very friendly and engaging. Liked the management and apartment. Affordable. Definitely want mom to tour.

They have been wonderful. We don't have any concerns. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is pretty good, we've eaten there, and I haven't gotten any complaints. There really isn't anything that needs to be improved or done better. We are pretty happy with them.

It is a very clean facility and the staff has been very nice, but the meal time is very inconvenient. The care services are not what I thought they were going to be. There is not many activities for the residents. It's an okay place overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I liked the facility. The staff was very helpful and curteous. Compared to my expectations, I felt it to be extremely pricey. I was disappointed in what the rooms offered. I thought there could have been more closet and cabinet space.

They are very welcoming. My dad is enjoying the food there, especially the breakfast. I would recommend The Lodge at Cold Spring. It is a nice community. I am glad that my dad is comfortable and happy here. It has been a good experience.

Overall I think they do a very good job at Forsyth Court. It is a nice looking, clean, well run facility, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. I think they do a great job looking after my loved one! However, I would really like to see them work on their meal service. Every time I have eaten here the food has been disappointing.

Very nice place, and the staff was friendly. The food was very good. The apartments were roomy, and the one we liked has a great view, nice bathroom that would be very easy to get in and out of with a wheelchair. This place is now on our short list for choice to move into.

We are still pretty new at Montara Meadows, but so far it has been a pretty good experience overall. Everyone there has been extremely friendly and willing to work with us on any issues when they arise. So far so good!

excellent...problem we saw was lack of a long term financial plan. rate increases could be ongoing at no controlled rate for the patron.

We visited this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. The Woods at Canco seemed like a nice place overall, the people were very friendly and the community was attractive and clean. I would have liked to have seen them offer more cottage style apartments, they only had a few.

We're pleased with how things have gone at Rock Creek, overall. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend it to others looking into senior living in the area!

Overall things are going well with Alexis Gardens! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. The only issue we're having are the restrictive meal times, they are not working well with my loved one's schedule and ability to get to and from the dining room. They are working with us on it, but we have no reached a solution yet.

The place was nice and bright. The room was a little on the small size from others we have seen. The place was not very busy not alot of people around. There was a sit dancing session going on... the person leading it did not seem very enthusiastic and the people did not seem to be smiling and enjoying it. The resident that I talk to said he would have perfered staying in his own home. So overall I am not sure about it. I was supposed to take Mom to see it Saturday but I just realized this is easter weekend, so will have to cancel the appointment.
