Everything seems ok the meals could use improvement give them about 2 stars.. Offer activities and staff is friendly.

Tour for Churchill manor will be at the end of August

Kelsey gave us our tour and treated us to lunch. The tour kept pace with my Mom and we were treated like we were valued. All questions were answered to our satisfaction and we were very impressed with everything we saw and heard.

I was in a hurry to find an appropriate place for my uncle to move from another state. He had been living independently but struggling alone. Vista de la Montana offered a clean, bright, friendly, conveniently located and affordable option with excellent food and accommodating management & staff. This is a great property for individuals looking for a transition home that allows flexibility & add-on services when and if needed. I recommend it to those seeking this type of home in the Surprise AZ area.

This is going to be a great fit for us financially, at least not on a long term basis. The facility is very nice, and is ideal for us, especially in terms of location. Our loved one has everything she needs here. I don't like that the deposit is non refundable no matter how immaculate we leave the room. We really like the place, and it's disappointing it won't work long term for us.

I like Bridge Park. I have asked Nate to contact me again next Fall. Meanwhile he is keeping in touch with me. My daughter doesn't like the neighborhood.

Overall this facility is very nice. Not a lot of outdoor space but what they have is pleasant. A lot of amenities and activities. Ample parking. The care givers are "a la carte" by a contracted company that is on site, so billing is separate per your needs.

I visited this facility in Oct. I have talked about moving there with my dad. This winter is particularly harsh in Syracuse. My dad is suppose to go to lunch there today 2/26 if the weather is decent. If he were to consent to moving there he could still see his current friends and not be house bound in bad weather. I would like to see him be there. If he were to need assisted living he would have to move closer to me in Virginia. Ann

We had a very enjoyable stay. It wasn't like they were trying to sell us a package, we were treated the same as everyone else. It would be a very good choice for us to move there.

My sister, Julie, my parents George and Betty and myself visited the home as planned. We arrive a few minutes early and James was there to greet us. We were impressed with the home on many fronts. Clean, modern, bright, inviting. Friendly staff and tenants seemed happy. Menu was more flexible than existing homes menu. Negatives were smaller rooms or suites than existing and expensive costs to deliver medication 5 times daily to my parents. At $10 per visit = $1500 extra per month which made this more expensive than their existing home.

We toured this community when while looking into care options for a loved one. This is our second choice of the communities we visited, but the fact that it was only independent living was a concern. The other concern is that the community was on the large side, and the length of the walk could change depending on which unit she was put in.

My brother and I moved my 95 yr. old diabetic and legally blind mom into Quail Run about a month or so ago. So far, it's been great. The food is delicious and has lots of sugar-free entrees. The staff are very friendly. Mom's yet to tap into the activities, but her blindness is a big challenge for doing so (that's why I rated activities as fair.

Overall I think they do a good job at Sheldon Oaks. It unfortunately did not end up being a good fit for our loved one, but I don't think that was the fault of the facility. The staff here are friendly and professional, and the facility itself is well kept and has a lot to provide for the people who live here.

Maple Downs is being managed by caring people who genuinely want the best for their residents. In addition they are proactive and creative in with the availability of extra services such as visiting nurse practitioners, Physical Therapist, Podiatrist and other care providers. If you are in the Syracuse area Maple Downs is a great location for the supervision and comfort of your active loved one.

Nice place, friendly staff.

They have been really good at trying to acclimate my mom to feel really comfortable being there. She will call and request anything she needs and they are happy to accommodate. The food is ok. Not that great, but ok. A couple of small areas for improvement: They have thick carpet throughout the whole facility except in the bathrooms, and for seniors with walkers that does not always work out well. Also, the washing machine that they have is hard to figure out and takes a very long time. Overall though we've very pleased.

Was interested in a studio apartment. The smallest studio seemed too small and recently had a big price increase, $1649 to $2049. There was a larger studio, $2149, but did not see. One bedroom was a comfortable size, but was significantly more, $2549. Outside of the dining room, there were few common areas, for folks to gather. Seems lacking in this regard. Caring Solutions was spot on and was an impressive addition. Independent living for studio and 1 bedroom were at @2550 & $2750. The studio pricing seemed quite steep as compared to the 1 bedroom considering the difference in square footage. Seems this done to force the 1 bedroom choice.

Mom hates it and wants to leave. The food is okay she doesn't always like it, but it's okay. The people are friendly and it's a really nice place, clean and everything. She just doesn't like spending the money it costs. I think it's nice and I would recommend it.

Overall things seem to be going well at Alexis Gardens! It's a nice looking place and everyone seems very friendly. My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself, and I haven't heard any complaints from her!

So far it's going well, and I am really happy with it. The staff is friendly, and it's always clean. I don't have any complaints. They treat me well here.
