I am still living at Montara Meadows. I do like my apartment and housekeeping service. New management isn't quite as accommodating as the previous one was. The regular office staff is still great as ever. Food could be better. Some days it is excellent and then??? I guess everyone can't be satisfied but I do not like fast food type meals at any time, Too much pasta and rice. Not what a senior should have.

It's a nice place to live, the residence are friendly and the food is ok. There is shopping in the area and there is a shuttle bus operating 5 days a week. I would recommend this community to others

I looked at 9 different places and chose Bridge Park because it made me feel the most compfortable. The rooms are nice, and the food is good considering covid. We get them delivered to our rooms. I would recommend this community to others.

Sheldon Oaks is independent living, and it was a wonderful experience for our loved one. The marketing coordinator/tour lady was absolutely wonderful towards us. Sheldon Parks is located about 500 feet away from Sheldon Oaks, and due to our loved ones condition we applied for him to move there. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience when it came to the evaluation process for our loved one, with the nursing staff. Our loved one had Parkinson's and they did not want someone with tremors eating in the dining room.

We do like the other residents that are at The Spring community. The rooms at this community are functional and the food they serve is about average. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

We chose Indigo Pines Hilton Head at the time because of the affordability and the cleanliness of the facility. The apartment sizes were ample compared to others we looked. The best part about the community was the commendatory of the staff and residents, people always looked after each other. I would recommend.

They had a library and I loved it. They have a shuttle that could take us places also. I enjoyed having a nurse there to check my blood pressure. I didn't like that they would knock only once and come in. They are also pet friendly. Overall the place is great!

Before COVID they had arts and crafts, movie nights, and live entertainment. Overall our first impression was good, and the rooms are very nice. We were able to eat some meals before COVID and the food is very good.

We chose Blue Water Lodge Fort Gratiot because she liked after she toured it. My mom is in a studio and it is perfect for her needs. I have seen some of the other apartments and they look pretty big. The best part about her living in this community is peace of mind for me knowing she is not alone. I would recommend.

Our first impression of Briarcrest Estates was that the community itself was very clean. It has a good value, and is reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this community to a family or friend

The meals are up and down, and the seating they had was not the best. They have to wait almost an hour sometime to eat. The room sizes were good and laid out well. They had activities every day and posted everywhere. my father passed from heart failue while removing snow from his car what is thier policy on snow removeal I would recommend this community but make sure the dining situation is improved

I would tell people that their parents would need to actively participate. During the tour, they had promised that the community would take my loved ones down to the dining room and introduce them to the rest of the community. In addition they would take my loved ones to activities, and other areas in the first two weeks. The food was average for my loved ones.

Our review is since COVID. We chose Golden Oaks because it was recommended and when we went to tour we really liked the facility. The apartment sizes are great. Before COVID, the food was very good, it was chef prepared and very fresh meals. Since COVID, it is being delivered and is cold and the quality has gone way down. The best part about the community so far has been the social interaction she is able to have with the other residents here and feel part of a community. I would recommend to others.

Crescent Heights is a lot like home. I love my housekeeper, she is so nice and loving and always goes out of her way. Before covid, I was able to utilize transportation to still work at the hospital, and hope to get back there one day. I like being able to talk and socialize with other residents and the employees.

Attractive and clean venue with kind, friendly, and efficient staff and management. Covid issue is handled with care. Daily Bulletin as helpful and entertaining.

We're a lovely country setting with fresh air, birds and a bear and cub in the woods… – there are compassionate and caring employees. – the management is experienced, efficient and responsive to our needs. – the most important, they have kept us safe during this difficult pandemic episode!! Thank you!!

I've lived here for over nine years. I can only say good things about my residence here. The people are friendly, the managers helpful and there are many, many activities to keep us busy and happy. I am now 95 years old and have slowed down a lot. The virus has been disturbing, but management has done a great job keeping us well!

I've lived in Village Gate for 15 years and found the community very convenient, safe and friendly – in spite of bordering Hartford which entertains frequent shootings, stabbings and fighting now the way. It was much more peaceful when I moved in 15 years ago. "Society" has moved in which was not residing here previously.

The community is very pleasant. The only thing negative is the food. I've lived here for 5 years and very rarely is the food anything to brag about. Covid-19 has magnified the issue with the food.
