I would say the responsiveness to my contact during the signing and move in phase was great. I always have a number to text and even now, if I have a question the response is quick. The facility is nice inside. Plenty of options for sitting/gathering. Inside offers a beauty salon, which is nice. The food options offer a variety, my dad has said all the meals have been good.

My mother and her husband moved here due to Home became too much to deal with as Health issues with her husband started impacting her overall well being. They made connections with neighbors here and were supported when things changed for her husband and then when he passed her 'friends' helped her still feel connected. She loves her view of the woods and talks of the deer that visited them, seeing her neighbors when they walk the 'quarter mile' sidewalk around the facility. Yes, she grumbles about the amount of time spent in the dining room for each meal, every day; but, she's thriving.

What we like the most about the community are the people and the area. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Briarcrest Estates to other families based on the experience so far.

Meals are good with a lot of choices. Yes I would recommend it!

Staff very friendly and caring. They watch out for your loved one. Good size apartments, lots of amenities. Free cable, wifi, life alarm, light housekeeping.

The staff is good. I like the food . I am okay with things around here. I just gave it a four because no one is perfect its a good place.

Place is kept up with for the most part. My grandmother says that the food is not always the best or is repetitive. Room size is perfect she has the studio. She loves most of the staff.

Lovely place, beautiful, large two bedroom apartment with a very pretty view, served a tasty lunch with friendly residents all around, personnel who greeted us were very personable, (friendly) and answered all questions. Our recently widowed daughter lives nearby and decided to invite us to move in with her and our two high school grandchildren. We decided to give it a try and are enjoying it very much, but we did ask for them to keep us on their list of interested prospects for a while because we liked it ... a very nice place!!

The staff is very good at what they do lots of activities for the community. Food looks very good. The community is nice and clean . A good place to be

Light housekeeping is promised but rarely happens. Staff is great, warm and friendly and they encourage joining in with various activities. Inviting, safe, comfortable and the living units are beautiful

[name removed] who we met with before we brought mom to visit was fantastic. She understood the challenges and answered all our questions. When we visited with mom, [name removed] again was awesome. She really listened and connected with us and mom. The food was so-so but since have renovated the kitchen. When I ask mom how dinner was she has high praise. That is significant coming from my mother! Mom is happy and safe. She made connections with neighbors and we could not have asked for anything better.

I haven't had much interaction with staff other than when my mom first moved in in the spring. I know my mom participates in some daily activities. She does, however, say she would prefer a better variety at meal time as she can only eat fish and chicken as a protein, no red meat allowed in her diet. Maybe big salads for lunch and veggies. Soup is ok but the salt needs to be controlled as she cannot use or have salt in her diet. Also would like more communication with the staff, monthly meetings either in person or zoom on All in all a great place.

My mom likes the place, but I am told by her and several others that the food is not good. It is in a great location and is a good size apartment.

All great... but food = dinner = terrible. Breakfast and lunch = good

Atmosphere, the people who work there, cleanliness, price etc is why we chose them.

Food is very good. Billing needs work. I would recommend to others.

The staff rep was very upbeat while showing the rooms, amenities & options. Also she provided lunch. Seemed like a nice place so I put down a deposit. However I didn't take into account my true emotional state - my wife of 20 years passing, moving so far away from neighborhood we'd lived in all that time. I thought about it overnight & called them back first thing Saturday morning. I left a message about my concerns and asking for my deposit of $[removed]be refunded. I didn't think there'd be a problem because they hadn't deposited my check because rep told me bank was closed weekends. But they wouldn't return the check even after I talked to a more senior manager. Something about they'd already committed the room. Overnight? Anyway I was too emotionally spent to fight. Probably should have anyway. Bad experience

The staff had been going above and beyond working multiple jobs. Always courteous and smiling. Even through the staffing shortage and other events in the building. Please put the activities on the back of the menu's.

There were things that those of us who have been here long term loved that are now gone. For example.. the library we had was full beautiful, now it is only 4 book shelves. The Chapele we had with the beautiful cathedral ceiling is now a puzzle room... the artwork that was remakes of classics have been replaced with abstract modern art. Before the building had a warmer feeling. Now the building is so cold. I still enjoy the residents and staff even though this no longer feels like home. I am happy living here and not about to leave, just wish they had not made so many drastic changes.

I came from a different facility that was very classy. This was a more comfortable, cozy and warm facility to me which is why I chose to move here. The staff goes above and beyond there required duties. The servers are all cheerfull, polite and friendly.
