It seemed closer to a hotel and being on vacations. The price was more affordable we were able to contract with nursing services as well. I would recommend it. All staff is very friendly and helpful

They have no security at night for those people living there. The front door is open. They really need a security guard at night. I know that they are on a strict budget but safety is important. It is not a secure place at night

The staff are amazing, and the apartment size is good. The food is good, with some room for more variety in alternate options. There are activities available, and adding a few more could make it even better especially on weekends.

I enjoyed my visit and the staff was friendly. My brother has been there for five days and I think he is very pleased with his apartment or just pleased to get away from me. Only complaint I have is if a resident can’t make it to the dining to eat there is a $8.00 charge for staff to deliver food inside of the building.

Food is good but not great. Main building lobby always clean as is dining room. Units are kept clean by friendly staff. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Cottage unit is quite spacious with lots of light. Welcoming of pets and supportive of those who need a pet. Countless activities available for any who want to participate. Participation is encouraged but not forced.

The staff is all very nice and available to answer questions and help with the residences needs. The one bedroom is very spacious with a large walk in closet in the hall and a regular one on the bedroom. With a balcony as well.

Mom has macular degeneration and can't see good and really no help with it, can't do a lot of activities. I don't agree with if a person falls that no one can help them up, my brother fell and finally made it to his feet, but no one even checked on him later or next day. I understand they don't want smoking in the apartment, but your paying rent with a patio, should be able to outside. Seems they really sell the place, until you move in, then it changes. Good thing is she made a friend or 2, but she still feels lonely and far from family, so I still drive down quite a bit.

Best I like the grounds the scenery 2nd the price. Would recommend. Nice people nice place. They do not cater to special diets but there is usually a number of items to choose from

There are always some little things that are not like home. The safe here is top notch and always friendly. We have care teams on site that are available if someone needs extra care and attention. They have several chefs here, and the food preparation is excellent with a great deal of variety. The facility is extremely clean and housekeeping cleans our apartments on a weekly basis. Additionally, there're are variety of activities here that one can participate in, a very good library as well as small trips that are made on occasion.

My mom loves her apartment. A few issues happened but were resolved quickly. Freezer did not work so they replaced the refrigerator. The common areas are always clean. Dining has had some small issues but it is just a learning curve.

The apartment I have has been remodeled and is very nice. What brings my rating down are two items housekeeping and maintenance What keeps my rating high is the quality and attentiveness of their employees. Specifically [Names Removed]; all 5 star.

The food is great, the staff is wonderful. The location is central to shopping, doctors, just about anything you want. I feel the studio's are too small for the money.

The facility was very nice. Everyone was kind and professional. At this time it's just not what I'm looking for. Thank You Very Much.

Everyone is different. I'm not sociable so I don't engage in activities much, and that's my choice. But there are daily things happening. Pets are allowed, which is nice. There's an organization of home aides who have an office here. A PT is here frequently to check BP and run short exercise classes. A podiatrist comes monthly. There is limited bus service Tues thru Tuesday.

Beautiful, well kept up apartments. Can work on better food and help.

Staff is friendly, but can sometimes come across terse. The dining is nice, but the food quality has decreased since September when my mother-in-law moved in. Activities are good but MIL would like off campus group outings. Overall cleaning, this is good, but she says her room is not clean twice a week like was explained when she moved in. Overall, she's had a good experience.

The community is clean and friendly, with a homey design to the buildings. Residents enjoy three meals a day, a beautiful courtyard, and outdoor deck areas in most rooms. There are plenty of activities, as well as transportation for errands. All of this is offered at an affordable price.

Lots of music and special events. The activity director is very outgoing. My mom loves all the social gatherings and she's made so many friends. When she went to the hospital, her friends called to check on her and they welcomed her back with big smiles when she returned. It's a great community.

Wonderful for seniors who need some assistance. But we were looking for independent living where we could transition into senior care later in life. The apartments offered have virtually no kitchen and are very small. Super friendly staff, food is fairly good, but my diet would require my own food prep. Not pleased being on Linden Rd. Nice and clean, lots of activities.
