Good community, too far from family.

An amazing community of very special people and a garden like outdoors with a beautiful take is a great situation for peaceful living.

We've been quite happy with the experience. Their coordinator is fantastic, and he goes way beyond to make sure everyone is okay. The staff know everyone by name, and they're very familiar with each of the people they have there. It's not a huge facility, so with my brother being a little confused sometimes, it's been nice to have him in a place that's more manageable. They can only have about 135 clients or so. Right now they're under construction and remodeling. But they do a good job with cleaning. The bathrooms always look good. I think the staff are great. My brother enjoys the food, and there's usually about three different options at each meal. It's not super fancy, but it's well made, tasty, and there's a lot of variation. I think once they finish the remodeling, they're going to have a bar and more social activities. Covid has kind of put a dent in activities. But they've had several trips, and he's been involved in different games. Overall he's very happy there.

This community is very friendly. The people in the community mingle well and care about each other. The staff are fabulous and really care about the residents. We have a lot of activities like games, dance night, music, movies worship services and exercise classes for residents to participate in.

We toured this community and it was nice. They answered our questions and showed us around. It was what I expected.

This is a good community and meets the needs of someone looking for independent living. The layout is good and very spacious. I think the community could improve the transition process and provide more info to new residents. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

For the value and cost this is a decent place. The staff are great and we have had no issues.

The staff, without a doubt, is really outstanding. Everyone is very competent and helpful and making sure everyone's needs are met. The Activities Director is doing a great job in returning to more activities and social meetings, which were curtailed due to Covid-19 pandemic. Our bus driver is truly extraordinary in performing her job in trying to get everyone where they need to go. Food is improving.

This is a nice community for elder people who do not need a lot of medical care. If they have memory issues this is not a good community for your loved ones. The facility is very clean and very nice. The majority of the staff are very accommodating and very friendly, there are a few that are not.

Our loved one will say they are not a fan of the food, but we have had meals there ourselves and we think they taste just fine. Our loved one will also tell us they don't participate in the activities, but we know from the staff that they enjoy playing bingo and socializing with the people at the front desk. We also think the apartments are nice and spacious.

This is an okay community. The in house staff are very good. The food is okay.

It depends on your health situation; however, it is independent living. The community tries to accommodate the best they can. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. There are quite a few activities available for the residents to participate in. The only issue is they sometimes have problems with staffing, and there can be an odor in the hallway when doors are left opened.

I had a hard time getting around and needed to rest. The people I spoke to on the tour were professional. The facility was adequate, but I wasn’t overly impressed.

The only complaint that they have had is that the food is bland, but they said Sunday is a great day to eat there. The staff have been very helpful if they ever have any problems, they really take care of their residents. It has just gotten too expensive for them but I would recommend to others looking as long as you can afford it.

The accommodations are very nice here. I enjoy my apartment. I feel I may be a little on the younger side for this retirement community or any retirement community. The food is getting better. Some of the activities available are road trips to the coast, shopping, doctor appointments, happy hours, entertainment, and more to choose from. The activities director is great! The manager and the assistant manager are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel is outstanding and respond quickly to requests. The van driver is extremely nice and kind.

The tour with Court at Brooklin was very good. The apartment sizes were big and the food seemed like it would be good. We chose another facility that had more care because we would have had to pay extra for care here since it is independent living.

We had a very good tour with Court at Pringle Creek. The apartments here were bigger and the food menu seemed to be better. There was no nursing care so I would have had to pay extra for that, it is more for independent individuals.

I would tell others this is a good place for mobile elderly residents. It can be hard for those with sight difficulties. They are having difficulty getting supplies in for the food and dietary. Most of the activities are arts and crafts, music, and more for the residents to participate in.

The community is kept neat and clean and the food is very good. Some of the staff are really nice and others are not very nice. They offer a good value for the money compared to others in the community. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
