We went with Sheldon Oaks because my friend just really liked lot when I took him to tour and also I knew someone who lived here previously. The apartment sizes are very nice, he picked the smallest because it suited him but we were shown 3 different apartments and all of them seemed great. [name removed] who is the manager is young but very good at what she does. She is sharp, pays attention, and follows through and I have been very impressed with her and we can always reach out to her if needed and she is available. My friend says that the food is ok, but the portion sizes are a little small for him. Overall we would recommend them to others.

This was a nice community. It was too far from family, and more than we could afford.

The meals and dining service experience is pretty much 5 stars, however we do wish at times their social events or activities could be improved .

Willow Grove has the same layout and was built by the same people of the facility that we went with. The only difference was this one was a little older. The prices were lower and the staff were phenomenal, it just came down to the location and the aesthetics for us.

It's been a pleasant experience. The staff is very nice, and the residents are very nice. I love my apartment. I'm on the third floor so I have a view of the trees. It's clean and easy to get to. Overall I'm happy here.

My family member loves it there, which is a good thing. Everybody is really nice. And they have worked with us in getting our final down payment in. The only thing I would say is the food is not quite as good, and the snacks are lacking. They're short-staffed at times for servers - but everybody is right now. So at times, they have to bring the residents their meals (although they're not charging extra when they have to do that). Another thing that's not quite as we expected is they said they have a van to take residents to appointments, and they do - but only on a certain schedule one day a week during specific hours. And it's actually very difficult to fit appointments in during those times. There's also not a lift on the van. I understand that it's independent living. Even so, it just seems like there's a need for things like that.

We had a great tour experience with Sky Peaks. The only downfall was the location, dad wanted to stay around the area that he knows while he still has his license/independence. We decided that we may re-visit this facility in a few years as things change.

Our family had an in person tour and the gentlemen leading the tour was very nice and friendly, but we did not really care for the dining area. It felt more like a cafeteria, it did not seem very friendly, or inviting and seemed a little dirty.

It's very nice. I like my apartment and my patio. The people are very kind. The food is good and they offer a lot. There is not enough activities as of yet.

The maintenance team doesn't always greet you in a friendliest manner. The chairs in the dining room have wheels on the legs, it would be nice to have the wheels removed to prevent potential falls of the residents. The food is good though. It would be nice if the residents had a chance to suggest different meal options to the chef or community. The community hired a new activities director recently. I'm hopeful the activities will improve since there is a new director.

Our loved one says the breakfast is just awesome, they have so many choices to choose from so there have been no complaints with the meals or dining service. They used to have music, dancing and live entertainment but now the activities are back to being a little limited.

I chose Briarcrest Estates because of the cleanliness of the facility, the staff, and the people were all friendly. It also has a very homey atmosphere. They do provide 3 meals and a lot of other places did not do that. They do not have an activities director at the moment so there are hardly any activities going on, they need to improve there. Overall I would recommend the facility to others.

I would tell others that we are pleased with our experience here overall. The food is not the best in the world. The community will sometimes forgot about the dietary restrictions of the residents due to allergies or diets. It would be nice to see improvements here with the dietary restrictions and options. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The community is always clean. They are short staffed and the community doesn't have a lot of activities for the residents currently. There are staff filling in for other members of the staff fin the dining room as well.

Overall it's a pretty good place. The people are very friendly. Everybody says hi and talks to each other, and we sit together at meal times. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They get you everything that you want if they can possibly do it. They're very friendly as well. I feel good about the apartment, and it's big enough. We have a good size living room, and a bathroom with a door in between the toilet and the sink. We also have a laundry room, and a full kitchen They also come in and clean once a week, which includes changing and making up the beds with clean sheets.

Court at Pringle Creek is a good place to be, I would definitely recommend it to others. It's a very nice place with very friendly staff who do take care of you. You won't feel like you've left your house to go to a retirement community, they really do make you feel like you're at home. I was especially impressed with the rooms and how hands on the staff are. if you do need assistance, they are right there. Their response time to the call button is extremely quick. They also offer PSW at no additional cost, and any help whenever its needed. They do laundry for your linens (bedding and towels), and housekeeping once a week.

The community is very organized and all the activities I have participated in I have thoroughly enjoyed. The dining service is nice, but the meals are a lot to be desired.

I liked this community also it was just older. The location was also further out than where I wanted my loved one to be at. I wanted them to be somewhere where they were familiar and could get around as they needed.
