The staff have been very helpful and supportive in the process of getting us installed in our new apartment. The apartment is roomy and comfortable, everything was very clean when we moved in. The meals are good and there is an option if you don't want the main dish. Additionally, there are several different activities listed daily for the residents to participate in. There is in-house connection for tv and internet.

I love my studio. I expected a single square space but there's a cutout that makes for a comfortable bedroom. The living area has big beautiful windows. The food is consistently good. They do mess up sometimes

It's an older facility but they keep it clean. The community is very friendly and welcoming. The general staff is very nice and seem to genuinely care about the guests. They were very accommodating with working with us on a budget. Mom has made many friends already. Pet friendly so she gets to keep her dogs. Tons of activities for all different interests. Fairly spacious room for a 1 bed. Overall it's been a positive experience and my mom loves it there. I have chose to do most of the maintenance on my mom's apartment. That would be my biggest complaint. They are very responsive when there is an issue but I think the quality of work the maintenance guy provides is poor.

[name removed] provided a really thorough and good tour. I really like the fact that I am close to my family up there. The facility is clean, bright and spacious. I would hope that it is everything it appears to be. At this point I am considering the possibility, though I have quite a few hoops to jump through before I can actually commit.

I am very HAPPY at ECHO RIDGE. I have been here almost 2 months. The residents are very friendly. They have several activities to do here. Still trying to organize ALL of my belongings. Looking forward to getting involved with all they have to offer. Thank you for recommending Echo Ridge to me.

The room is a great size with a nice layout. During the first month, our experience was excellent. The food, housekeeping, and staff were all wonderful, and we were very happy with the care provided. Unfortunately, things changed after the community experienced a major staffing shortage. Since then, they have eliminated several meals because of staffing issues, and we've had to take my dad out to eat at times. The dining experience has also declined, with popular food items routinely running out and the menu becoming much more limited than it was initially. Housekeeping has also become inconsistent. There have been several weeks with no housekeeping services at all. During our visits, we've noticed spills left on the hallway carpets for days—sometimes nearly a week—and there have been been multiple occasions when the common area restrooms were out of toilet paper or paper towels. As far as activities, the schedule seems fairly repetitive, with many of the same games and activities listed day after day. Unfortunately, my dad hasn't been feeling well enough to participate much, so I can't fully comment on the activity program itself. Overall, the community made a great first impression, but the ongoing staffing shortages have had a noticeable impact on the quality of dining, housekeeping, cleanliness, and overall services. I hope they are able to resolve these issues because the community showed a lot of promise when my dad first moved in.

Staff were cooperative, pleasant, helpful and supportive. Food was average and facility was clean. My brother was only there for respite and although scheduled to stay for a month only stayed 2 weeks. Activities were limited , room was ok. I would have liked him to reside there but he had other thoughts unfortunately, currently he is at home but that's time limited.

[name removed] gave a very informative tour and answered all our questions. The facility is in a quiet location and the main building seems well maintained. The exterior of some of the cottages needs more maintenance and the landscaping throughout the community needs a complete overhaul.

There are various sizes of apartments The staff is very There There helpful! The residents are friendly but some are a little cliquey. There are various sites of apartments. Ours is small but okay for us! The services are good. We have adapted well to the changes of life style.

For the price, the grounds and activities are great. The rooms are tiny. also, having a kitchen in the common area can be a detriment to those who enjoy cooking or baking. For a value for cost, I would give 3 1/2 stars, but that is not an option.

The staff at Holiday Manor are so lovely. The improvement would be in the activities. While [name removed] is a nice woman, they are a little bit loosely coordinated and the residents do not seem to find them stimulating.

What we like the most about the community is that their staff are very friendly. The activities director has already asked my mom for ideas and has added an activity that my mom asked for. My mom has already made friends with a group of residents.

It seems like it would be very caring and be a good place for respite care. The suite seemed quite adequate.

Staff was helpful and informative. Place was just what my mother needed. She seems to happy and has made some new friends.

The place has been mostly good. We've had some issues with mom understanding payments. And I hope you can help me with finding a memory care place. She has really gotten confused. And particularly her short term memory. It's getting worse everyday.

Very nice tour with [name removed]. The public spaces are very nice and well kept. The units we toured were a bit small but have everything needed and in a convenient location.

They've been having issues with not enough staff. dining and cleaning has been impacted but they've communicated to the residents what's going on. there's a new maintenance guy that's been catching up on repairs. still satisfied with our choice!

Staff friendly & caring. We have a great 2 bedroom corner apt. with lots of windows. Very clean (remodeled after burst pipe a few yrs ago). Food 80%. Only one chair exercise class by a real person. Others are on You Tube - but it's a good 1/2 hr workout. There is Bingo 3-4 x a wk., Corn hole, Rummikub, Mexican, Rosary Communion, 4pm service on Sunday, Bible Study, prayer group, Monthly book group, arts & crafts. etc. I do cook some despite no stove. I have a toaster oven, crock pot, rice cooker (it can boil eggs)...there is a stove in activity room which can be used by residents which I will use if I ever make cookies. We no longer drive. I use the transport an M-T 8:30 - 2pm or I use Uber. I have walked to LIDL (less than 1/4 mi) on Album side sidewalk. Mostly order from WalMart Plus (Galleria Supercenter).

It is a lovely place, but I don’t believe it is for me. All meals are included but meal times are 8 AM, 12 noon, and 5 PM. The biggest meal of the day is at noon. These times would not work well for me. I’m not sure I want a place that provides all meals.

Great location! Wonderful community atmosphere, very clean public spaces and exterior grounds well maintained, although small. Would have liked outdoor sitting areas. Studio units were clean but small. One bedroom was preferable.
