The staff is kind and caring beyond . Plenty of activities. Just pick the ones you want. Even the clients are wonderful and helpful. It is a big change but it grows on you. Lots of freedom. House keepers come once a week and clean our apartments.

There should be 2 elevators in this facility. If a fire, how would all the assisted need people get down the stairs? Has very long hallways, very tiring walking. Feel pkgs should be more protected...they're left on floor below mailboxes. Very nice....employees are very helpful.

She is happy there so far. She loves the food and activities. There is a remodel going on which was a bit of a challenge moving in but we are looking forward to the improvements to the building.

The transition for the ladies was tough. Remodeling was taking place at the time, and some staff changes did not help. Overall, however, the experience has been okay.

Everyone is out and about and very social. The dining area floor gets pretty gross.

The facility is in a great location, the premises and building is beautiful. All residents that we met while moving my dad in were super friendly and kind.[Name removed] and the staff are amazing. The staff appears to have a great relationship with many of the residents, genuinely showing care and compassion. Overall a wonderful experience.

Management tries very hard to. BUT several people have quit which overburdens the others. AND it's not friendly to diabetics with no change expected. It's probably as good as most and certainly better than many. So I would recommend it

Friendly people. Look around. Make sure the place is what your looking for.

I am happy here. The meals are good and easy to eat. I do feel that they do not offer enough exercise opportunities and less equipment than I would like. The apartment size is large.

The staff made a tremendous effort to help mom get acclimated. After over 60 years living with the same person and him suddenly gone it was a big adjustment. The staff really helped.

I have been about four years. The setting couldn’t be more beautiful. The building is newly redecorated. The food is good. We have four items to choose from each meal. The staff is caring and this place is small enough we are like family. It’s nice to have people who care.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of activities. Need to stress this is an independent living situation not assisted living.

Echo Ridge is situated on a scenic hill with trees flowers and wildlife around. The residents are friendly and so are management staff. We have a new maintenance worker who has performed several fixings in my apartment and has done a good job and works hard. A major drawback of Echo Ridge is the food quality is not as good as it should be.. Also, the turnover of residents as well as workers is high because they either can’t afford living here or they don’t make enough money to work here.

It seemed closer to a hotel and being on vacations. The price was more affordable we were able to contract with nursing services as well. I would recommend it. All staff is very friendly and helpful

They have no security at night for those people living there. The front door is open. They really need a security guard at night. I know that they are on a strict budget but safety is important. It is not a secure place at night

The staff are amazing, and the apartment size is good. The food is good, with some room for more variety in alternate options. There are activities available, and adding a few more could make it even better especially on weekends.

I enjoyed my visit and the staff was friendly. My brother has been there for five days and I think he is very pleased with his apartment or just pleased to get away from me. Only complaint I have is if a resident can’t make it to the dining to eat there is a $8.00 charge for staff to deliver food inside of the building.

Food is good but not great. Main building lobby always clean as is dining room. Units are kept clean by friendly staff. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Cottage unit is quite spacious with lots of light. Welcoming of pets and supportive of those who need a pet. Countless activities available for any who want to participate. Participation is encouraged but not forced.

The staff is all very nice and available to answer questions and help with the residences needs. The one bedroom is very spacious with a large walk in closet in the hall and a regular one on the bedroom. With a balcony as well.
