Since I've been here (6months) the administration and people have helped me to get use to the community. There is a monthly and weekly schedule for food and activities which helps to know what is going on each day! Man its helpful if something needs to be repair or how to work something. All is good!

I would give all categories a 4.......nothing is perfect. Holiday The Lodge at Cold Spring is welcoming and friendly. I would recommend to a friend.

I'm currently a resident at Holiday Kalama Heights. Overall, my experience at this facility has been good. However, what they need most is more staff. I hear from the other residents that have been here longer than me that the quality has gone down after Atria took over ownership of the facility. The management says that they can't find people to work. No one seems happy with the new owners.

All of the staff at Victoria Park are very willing to help. If you go take a tour with them, you will get a free lunch and be able to try the food. It is a good place to live.

The facility is older but nice. The staff was very professional and always helpful when needed. The food served was good. I do think that they could have offered a few more activities. Apartment sizes and layouts are adequate for the needs. We would highly recommend Palmer Hills to others.

I would highly recommend. We picked this community because my dad liked it the best & he loves it there. The tour experience, is what sold daddy on moving there.

Very personable staff.. clean.. good recreation programs .. . I do think that the residents needs to be offered more fruit and vegetable choices at their meals. The apartment sizes and amenities offered here are pretty good.

Everyone at the Holiday Warburton Place is very friendly and staff is responsive to request, and my mom really likes her apartment. We would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones

I would recommend fully The Manor for anyone needing an independent retirement community. We initially chose The Manor as we felt it had the care my dad needed, the staff were incredible, and the facility itself was great with diverse activities - pool table - card tables - etc.

Only two washer, dryers per building. Would love to have more or a stackable washer/ dryer in apartments. I picked this community because, of the price, and ameneties. Resident garden with harvest going to kitchen in the fall or late summer and have a fall festival. Just a suggestion. It is nice living here.

My experience is based on how my mom feels there. I would say that it's a great place for seniors that don't have severe disabilities. It's a very clean, well maintained facility. The only downside is the food. They could up the quality of some of the meals they offer. Other than that, it's been a great experience.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Niagara Village. The staff is excellent. The food is very good. However, they do have trouble keeping housekeeping and dietary staff. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I like the friendly staff but my parents have not yet arrived. We gave it a 4 out of 5 because place is charging a fee if my parents don't want to eat in dining room. They are very private people and I think staff should respect their wishes.

Our family had an in person tour with Holiday Forsyth Court and it was a great tour experience but it sat on a busy road and the apartment rooms seemed to small for our loved one.

I would tell people to shop around things change.The staff has changed. We picked this community, because of the price and staff. The tour experience was fine.

Very short staffing is causing a multitude of deficiencies. The location is ideal and the units are quiet. There are lots of suggestions that we make to improve on the activities and the food, but we the response we get is "corporate has to approve that". Currently I would not recommend Echo Ridge.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday The Woods at Canco. Overall, her experience at this facility was good. The staff at this facility are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Comments: After a 2 week respite stay my mother decided to move permanently and did so on [date removed]. She's been at Niagara Village for 2 months now and she has settled in nicely and appreciates the variety and tastiness of the meals...one of the main reasons for moving. We also use the independent contractor services that are in house for some personal care for her. Overall we as her family are very satisfied thus far, as is my mom.

For a non assisted facility it's quite a family orientated place. Located near by shopping, and activities. Good people and friendly atmosphere. I picked this community, because it was recommended by the veterans and saint vinnies, who have helped me and my wife tremendously.

Each of the staff are very friendly and helpful at Holiday Warburton Place. The housekeeping is light, but sufficient. They come once a week and that includes changing sheets and towels. The food is three times a day and I find it to be very good with great variety, fresh fruit and vegetables, and deserts for every lunch and dinner. They also include ice cream about three times a week. You can invite guests for meals too, for only $5 each. The activities include exercise, book club, bingo, the game of Rummikub, and sometimes art. But it seems only 6 to 9 residents participate at each. There is a small bus that can take you to medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Also, trips for shopping on Wednesdays. I would recommend this facility to others.
