I enjoy the family atmosphere, new friends I have made. The activities are fun, interesting, and sometimes even educational!

It's bright, open common area spaces, people are happy, lots to do, variety of food at every meal from 3 prof chefs, well kept facility, and price was affordable. I would recommend to others.

I like living here a lot. Even though I don't ride it very often, we haven't had a bus for a while. I like the exercise class bit feel we need a room of our own! The meals are ok, but most times they are not hot.

The Edgewood Downs Community is friendly and caring. The facility is conducive to maintaining and improving one's health on a self-directed program. When choosing an apartment, location is important. My apartment is two doors away from the laundry room, activity room and the doggie courtyard. My dog loves it here.

The food seems to have dropped a little in quality. The activities have a good variety. Repairs are done quickly We like living here because we have made several good friends The staff are very friendly

Biggest complaint is food - meals many times way too much spice. Food tastes frozen rather than fresh would like beans & cornbread, some red meat some food doesn't go with. Staff is friendly & helpful. I want to comment on mgr. mgr wants to help.

What our family likes the most about the community is - -it is clean and well kept facilities - the food service is good -Mothers and Daughters service is average - price to value proposition is very good

Overall, my dad seems happy there. One issue we have come up against is that his LTC does not recognize Peninsula as a viable facility. As a result, we may need to move him out soon. I'm expecting details from his LTC carrier any day now.

Some of the staff are very friendly, others, quite opposite. I feel mom is safe and that is what is important.

There has been significant turnover at Bridge Park; three managers, three activities directors, etc. The facility is owned by a hedge fund which has no clue how to run a retirement home, and mistakes have been made. I believe this has reduced the number of residents. However, the building is wonderful, the location excellent, and the residents friendly. We are close to the bus lines, have group transportation, there are flat areas to walk, including a courtyard next to the building. Monthly rent is not yet as high as in many other independent living places. I believe Bridge Park is likely to improve under current management.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Vista de la Montana and overall things have been okay for me at this facility so far. However, the food has too many carbs and not enough protein. I have also had issues with housekeeping that have yet to be resolved. Otherwise, things are good. Overall, I would recommend Holiday Vista de la Montana to others.

My dad is a resident at Holiday Niagara Village and everything has been good for him so far at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and the meals and dining are also great. The care services are good. The activities and the value for cost are okay. Overall, I would recommend Holiday Niagara Village to others.

For us the location was perfect (city but not urban-feeling and lots of trees), the cost was in our budget, and the room came closest to what we were looking for, particularly private balcony to outdoors.

The staff at Holiday Durham Regent are very accommodating. But they do need some more staffing. The apartment sizes here are ok, I would say they are pretty small comparatively to what we looked at.

I have lived at Country Squire for many years now. The staff and residents are always very nice and accommodating. Our housekeepers do a great job. Overall I am very happy with my decision to move to Country Squire.

My name is [name removed]. I have lived at Country Squire 5 years now. I just celebrated my 99th birthday at the Community with all my friends and family. What I love most about living at Country Squire is I get to relax and not worry about the upkeep of things around the home and the breakfast is wonderful here.

We do like the staff, they are wonderful! Also, all of the residents seem very happy for the most part. My dad and his wife seem to enjoy meal time, although they don't necessarily like all of the food but that's to be expected. Some of the disappointments are them getting to the things in the apartment that are not working properly/are broken. I know the facilities, maintenance people are probably full up with lists of things to fix, but with elderly people it's important to stay on those lists. We can't really grade the nursing care very well, we have not officially ordered up a regular nurse to cover my dad and his wife yet, so I can't give that a fair rating. Some of the things that are part of the costs within these facility, our transportation and Internet. Unfortunately, the Internet does not necessarily reach the back of the property, so we have still had to buy Internet for my dad's apartment. Transportation is OK but it is not regular, so my father is not using it much.
