I would recommend to others, but it depends on the person and what kind of life they currently have. It fits my life. May not be right for everyone.

Living at Rancho Village has been very comfortable among friendly people, and I really appreciate that I was able to lease here as quickly as I needed. The management is very friendly and overall the food is good as long as your diet isn't limited. Housekeeping is done regularly, but needs improvement for the staff don't often do all they are required. For those with limited mobility, an apartment not far from the elevator is recommended as there is only one elevator. I only find that the decor, namely the paintings, need improvement! Overall, the residence is lovely and most would enjoy living here. If a person can afford the cost, Rancho Village is recommended.

The staff is great but the menu could be better along with the options and food quality. However, we would recommend this community to other families.

They will not pick up our loved one when they fall, but also not assisted living facility. The food not good. Have selections but my mom isn't liking most food. I would recommend this place

Usually the food is acceptable but often my loved one has complained about meats being too tough to chew or eat. My loved one often gets a sandwich from the fridge as the dinner served was too spicy or just not appetizing. A few times at Holidays the residents were given boxed lunches as there were no staff to prepare holiday meals. My loved one complained that if someone needs say a bandaid or Tylenol, they are on their own as the office won't help them, that my loved one and other residents have been told they are on their own. There are too few elevators, and the two they have are extremely small. They really need to have a few new larger elevators installed. That would be easily done with one at the far end of the of building ( cantilevered over the driveway) and another at the four story sky light near the front door.

Holiday bridge park did not work out for my sung. Great facility just not a good fit. What we like the most about Holiday Bridge Park is the friendliness of staff, activities, and the values to cost. We would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

It's ok. Not top of the line but they do try. My parents complain about the food. Way too much salt. They do seem to have a more permanent cook. They just remodeled and everything is nice & clean.

I find this a very friendly, homely place to live. Since I am an interevent. I join in with cleaner that appeal to me you are not force to do other than.

The staff are really nice. I do not like rugs, in my room because of my allergies and my asthma. Just wish room was vacuumed better.

For the most part, I enjoy living here however I find many of the meal are very poor quality. (not worth the [fee removed] a meal)! But some of them are great.

Turnover in manger GM, AGM, cook Sale Director, Activity Director- Also Servers in last 4-5 mos. Tonight's meal (pork noodles, no pork noodles) Quality of food ie cheap sandwiches staff now very friendly and help fall.

Meals could be better, especially in the evening. Overall they aren't too bad furniture needs to be cleaned or updated combating ouch do better.

It's a very lively place. If you want to go somewhere to die. This is not the place. Let me tell you they living life to it's fullest and I love it and so grateful for redwood retirement. Apartments have way more space then we thought. My dad has a one bedroom and a small kitchen-et. Which is great for when he has company he can offer his guess drinks or a small snack. They were even accommodating enough to put him a ramp outside his door that leads outside.

I would recommend. They are good and caring.

Burlington Gardens is such a cozy and welcoming place! The staff are super friendly and really go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The place is always clean, and the meals are great—tasty and varied! They have lots of activities to keep everyone engaged and active.

I think the community had a lot of positives, but I was worried about dad's safety. With only one elevator going up and down and most of the people on the second floor not able to get out during a fire. There would've been a lot of issues. Had there been an emergency such as that. Staff was qualified and friendly and helpful. Food was really pretty good, just not always the healthiest. They did great for being such a busy place. The cleanliness was kind of isolated at times when they did not have enough housekeeping staff. I think they have corrected that now. The staff would always go out of their way to help my dad with different things like transportation, helping him get to doctors appointments, making sure he got the food that he ordered, also providing a place for me to stay when I visited from out of state. The residents were awesome! I think the activity Director did a good job of gathering the community together for different events.

My dad needed some medicine maintenance but otherwise was healthy. I liked the social aspects and felt he would do very well there. The other options seemed too "nursing home ish".

I would say 'check it out!'. It's a positive place, friendly, eager to please, reasonable enough, with good people, both staff and residents. It's defined a different way to live.

Overall I am very pleased with Holiday Valencia Commons. The staff are caring and helpful to my mother. Her onsite caregiver side is fantastic ([facility removed]). The food is top quality. Mom is in a newly-renovated room so the carpet and paint are nice. Maintenance is quick to respond if there is a problem although parts orders seem backed up with the suppliers. Spectrum tv reception is excellent and there is a hair salon on site.

Overall the residents are friendly but some people stay in a click and don’t let people in. The food could be better and not always hot. Residents have said things have changed they used to have good food and more activities. They lost their bus driver and activities director are gone so that makes things difficult.
