I like the facility. Clean and up to date. Staff has been an issue, but the GM is getting it in order one area at a time. I'm very pleased with [name removed] the GM. And [name removed] the Sales Manager who has been here 10+ years. The food is absolutely horrible. There are a lot of residents that have moved out just because of it.

The staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. They welcome suggestions and feedback and are always willing to help with anything they can!

I will give the facility the following: 4, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5. My mom has already left Aspen View. She had a fall and tore her meniscus after she was there about 3 weeks. Her dementia has worsened greatly and she needs more care. Likely she always needed more care but I didn't know how to evaluate her and I didn't realize how far her illness had progressed. She was forgetful but seemed much better when she was in her old home and surroundings where she had lived for 20 years with the same routine. Moving out of her space really brought her disease into focus. If there was someway to evaluate more upfront that would be helpful. Aspen View was great. Just not the right place for my mom.

The main thing that comes to mind (he was there a year ago) is their failure to honor their larger portions promise. ED frequently left mealtime still hungry, and he was always ignored when he asked for larger portions, even though he was told he could do so.

I am comfortable with life here! People are very friendly here- both staff and residents. There is a bus available to take us to appointments or even shopping. Sometimes the bus will take us to a local activity like a ballgame, or a play, or just sight seeing. There is parking for residents cars, and even covered parking for a monthly fee. There is a variety of daily activities to take part in, or the 3rd floor library if you like a good book. Special entertainment is offered from local outlets. Missoula is a beautiful place to live and enjoy!!

These folks have been helpful with every aspect of and for the needs of everyday living. From cleaning up spills to changing ones towels or linens to helping out with small emergencies, they're there to help.

The manager and the staff is wonderful. They work tirelessly to take care of the needs of the residents. The atmosphere overall is friendly and welcoming.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The meals are good. There are a lot of activities. Don't force me to use 200 characters for a review.

Alexis Gardens is very welcoming and the staff seems pleasant and willing to help. I feel comfortable with my mother living there. My mom generally enjoys the food, which is high praise because she is notoriously picky. Alexis Gardens was very accommodating with finding the right space for her on the first floor. My only complaint would be with the communication related to billing issues.

Make sure of the transportation situation, if that service is something that is important to the new resident. The apartment size is adequate, amenities are okay.

Overall happy with the building improvments need to be made but still very happy, activities are fully active which is fun for residents who need stuff to do. She does do beyond her way for fun events

.Cleanliness of the facility, could have cleaned rooms more frequently. Friendliness, had an issue with theft in the apartment, management was somewhat apathetic bit generally speaking the management was good. .Quality of care - Not Applicable, residents live independently and are responsible for hiring their own care givers. Food, sometimes food was great, but at times it was mediocre at best, and my father did complain that portions were small. .Activities, staff tries to get residents engaged, but many residents prefer to stay in their rooms. .Value for the money, overall the price was reasonable when compared to other facilities.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We are undergoing some remodeling and everything is kind of hectic around here.. But I can say I like it here. I've been here for a year now and I'm making new friends.

The staff are wonderful here and the residents seem very happy. I helped my parents move in for a 1 month respite but it was not fully successful as the on-site 3rd party care team has to prioritize full time residents. As a result, my Dad was not able to get the level of personal care that he needed. Very nice facility though.

There has been a tremendous amount of turnover in all staff positions since we moved in one year ago. With each change policies change. This would not be the place for someone who is tied to strict routines and expectations. Flexibility and patience is a must here!!! They subscribe to a food service which brings food dictated through a corporate office located on the East Coast. There is no wiggle room for the chef to access fresh fruits and vegetables which are plentiful in this valley. I believe they do the best with what they have in the kitchen.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The residents were open and willing to talk about their experiences. The facility could use some updating. Location is great with shopping and food nearby. Millions made our tour informative and fun.

I would recommend. It's a very friendly place and has a lot of activities available. It was within our price range, availability and what we liked when we saw the place.

She just moved in a little over a week ago so I don't have answers for every question. So far it seems great! Communication with the family has not been the best. Room sizes and amenities offered are great.

We chose Birch Heights because the location is close to family, the price was right, and the value for everything included was great. All of the staff have been super helpful. I highly recommend this facility to others.

Quality of care was a little bit of an eye opener. Probably good for the price, but there is no "care". They are not allowed to help someone up that has fallen, just call an ambulance. I think the place fills a needed niche. It is more affordable than most options in the metro. However, it is more of an independent living with some services. People are friendly enough and helpful.
