This is a bright and light-filled environment. The residents are very wonderful to be with. The promised transportation and apartment cleaning are problematic. I greatly enjoy talking about/discussing the wonders of the world during meals.

I moved in on [date removed] of this year 2024 so far my experiences have been very pleasant people pleasant the residents seem very happy. The staff are very helpful and very pleasant as well. The grounds are very nicely kept and also have a very pleasant atmosphere

Some significant turnover of staff. Need more local control for food and menu. Overall good but can use some menu help. Communication could be better but with resident service and the staff. Overall good value

The coordinator at Andover places amazing and he go out of his way to help do everything. I can’t wait to tell all friends about this place He does amazing job driving the bus he also make sure the residents get to there destination

They are an independent living place, so care is not really an issue. But when the residents use the "need help" button they are given, the staff (as long as on premises) are helpful and caring! The activities they do have are good. My mom has progressed in her dementia, and we are waiting on the availability of a bed in a nursing home in OC, so doesn't really participate in most of the activities. They could do a better job of informing the residents of upcoming activities. Despite what other residents may complain of the cost, but for the availability, etc. It's a great value. For my mom's one bedroom apartment, and everything that is included, paying around [fee removed] /month is good. She has had one increase since moving in 2 years ago, so I'm sure the base pay, if moving in now, would be more) they try to keep costs down as much as possible, and don't increase the rent more than once a year.

I have been satisfied with my experience except for the lack of handicap parking. There are only three spaces in the front of the building. There are many residents that use walkers and wheelchairs and the only place the curbs are cut and ramped is at the front and rear entrance. The rest of the curbs are very high, causing residents who park there to walk a long distance to the only place where there is no curb. The front door opens automatically as someone approaches, but the rear door in the resident parking area does not. This causes residents using walkers and wheelchairs to struggle to get the doors open.

Well our first bill did not show all the promised credits. Got that straightened and then they charged us a late fee. Overall though the food is good and the people are helpful. The place is clean.

If I am being honest I would not recommend this place as far as I, and many people would say. Transportation is not the best. The food is not good and that is concerting to many people as well as the service!!!

Management and sales were great! They need a few more activities for younger residents I think they could do a better job cleaning in most of the common areas.

Echo Ridge was OK when he got there, but it could have been a little better. It continue to go downhill, food quality, and sometimes not having any food. Staff not always around. We ended up finding someplace else for him. I would definitely not recommend this facility

The place is very clean but lack of staff has impacted my loved ones room. A lot of things are not happening and quality of food is not good. People running it are great and doing the best they can. Community is great, people are great. It's probably a bad time to ask me due to the recent group of people that left. It makes some of the tenants concerned about that.

I should tell you that my stay at Holiday Villages was wonderful. It was like staying at a 4 Star hotel. The staff was very friendly and they remembered my name and knew what my food preferences were.

My main concern about Peninsula is the quality of meals-this is the one thing my mom has concerns. I think the residents have brought this to the attention of admin multiple times but things don't change. Overall it's been a nice experience at Peninsula. They are very helpful and the staff is very friendly. We love that HomeWatch has an office in the building too. The food is our only concern

Facility is open and clean. Staff is kind and approachable. Food is hit and miss. They could use an upgrade in that category. Also, might be helpful to know that the rooms have bedrooms, not like the studio's that most offer in the price range.

My experience @ Durham Regent is excellent although I'm a smoker & it is a non smoking community but I have learned to follow the rules & smoke outside in the designated area. I enjoy the food & the service. I'm constantly meeting new friends. Happy hour is very communicative with a variety of music & treats. The Community Sales Manager was a excellent in service, she assisted me with a new mattress & a few home furnishings & a microwave to get my new place comfortable. Overall great Service.

We have no opinion when it comes to the care services and the activities. With the meals and dining services based on my mom's experience, the meals can take up to two hours to complete. They are understaffed . She seems to think the quality of the food has gone down since she has been here (since date removed). Based on the experience we have had with Holiday Crescent, I would recommend this community to others.

Mom fell twice at Blair House. The first time she broke her hip. The second she shattered her shoulder. The second time she fell, she used her "call button" and 911 took her to the hospital and didn't notify anyone. Not the people who run the place, not her caregiver, and not my sister or me. Now this was a call button from Blair House. We were all frantic when her caregiver came to her in the morning and she wasn't there. Anyway, I hope that never happens to anyone else. I will say the management and workers were excellent. However, with her shoulder and hip, she had to go into a nursing home and she deteriorated quickly and passed away last November.

We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one has not participated much in the activities. However what has made it such a great experience so far is their staff team. We recommend this community all the time to others based on our experience and we will continue to do so.

My loved one was previously a resident at Holiday Willow Grove for a short time. Overall, the experience at this facility was good for my loved one. However, my loved one ultimately needed more care/attention and we had to move to a different place.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Kalama Heights and most everything has been great for me here at this facility, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The activities and the value for cost are great. My only concern is that they are always short staffed and that the meals take one and a half to two hours. They need to pay better.
