We love the career longevity with the staff and many residents. It's a cozy, comfortable community managed by people who genuinely care and are invested in making it a wonderful environment for their senior residents. There have been frequent top-management changes but the new manager seems to be very proactive regarding improvements. Food has been the big concern for us over the past year, as they only had servers basically and no actual chef and the food options were far below expectations and they would often run out of what residents were told would be available - very disappointing for everyone and we considered moving Dad. They have recently made changes to their dining staff and now have more than 1 chef and Dad has been much happier (and optimistic finally) about a quality future there in all respects. I should mention that Dad is very pleased with the frequency of activities and opportunities to get outside the community and shop or tour local establishments and historical sites, which is a top priority for him as an independent-living senior

My sister never give any 10s but they really do watch on the cleaning side and for what we pay at this time. Would recommend staying here. This community was selected for one primary reason... cost. It was what she could afford & offered the amenities she needed. They have done (not quite finished) a complete remodel/refurnish of all common spaces since she moved in end of January. The color scheme is on trend & it looks nice, but I have to say, the painters were sloppy. Paint on things it shouldn't be on.

You arrange you own independent HHC with teams they have approved to work there. Level of care can adjust as need adjusts without having to move to another facility. The apartment sizes are comparable to other places we looked at. Mom is in a studio.

There is not overnight staff. Limited variety of activities. They should survey the residence to see what they'd like to be involved in.

Only had 1 real issue. We were told just one month notice was needed. The brochure says no notice required. Sales needs to adhere to that. All other staff members were amazing.

With age and increased health concerns, my grandmother realized she was no longer up to taking care of her house anymore. After doing some research and touring a handful of facilities, we eagerly selected Aspen View in [date removed]. All of the common areas have recently been renovated but still manage to maintain a cozy atmosphere. Above all, what stood out to us were the friendly, active, and involved the staff and residents alike were. Our family got the overall sense that our grandma wouldn’t be left alone to hide or isolate herself, which was very important to us. The wide range of activities, performances, and 3 daily opportunities to dine with others all foster a warm sense of community. While grandma does report some room for improvement regarding the food quality, she is otherwise very pleased with the care she receives at Aspen View.

The kitchen is a disaster . The facility is quite nice, especially since the remodel. [name removed]'s services are an extra bonus. Can't say how much I appreciate her and the cna's.

The staff are caring, it's clean, it's beautiful and modern with activities. the food isn't great but it's livable

From the moment we walked into the door on our tour, we could see the genuine care being given and shown to the residents. Every staff member we interacted with during the tour, leasing and move in went above and beyond for my Mom. Since she has moved in she is very happy with the staff and the amenities, plus the food is delicious!

My dad's main complaints are that he wishes the food was more nutritious and that the water wasn't so hard. Other than that he's pretty happy there

My dad is a lieutenant of one week. He was not the one who initially chose this facility. I was attracted to th atmosphere and the move in special. [name removed] and [name removed] stand out to me among the staff that we have acquainted ourselves with mostly for the hospitality they display. [name removed] has introduced us to the residential ambassadors, one of which is a nearby neighbor now. We have not been able to take advantage of the meal plan due to a myriad of reasons. I will be looking into having his food delivered on some occasions. There are a couple of areas that require maintenance but we have been made aware that Andover is between maintenance workers at the time. We are monitoring my dads comfort and contentment making the transition from living on his own terms to a more structured environment with no stove. Our original contract expires in June. That will give us the time to know where we stand moving forward.

Bridge Park has great accommodations, wonderful and dedicated community staff, friendly residents, good food, a lot of activities offered, and set in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. I am extremely happy here!

Recently remodeled, still trying to finish up the detail work. Could use some touch up cleaning in the public areas. They seem to be short staffed, but the people who do work there are willing to help out in almost any way possible, regardless of their position or title. The people who work here are the best part of the facility.

I think they could improve on checking daily on their residents(Knock on door) at a certain time every day. Everyone wears name tag New residents have another resident bring them to meals and show them around. First few weeks are so important. Welcome meeting for new residents, to go over rules (garbage, meal times, how to use washer/dryer, when is cleaning, not feeling well , how to get your meal ) Have snacks that residents have access to all day long (fruits, snacks) if they miss a meal. Room for improvement would be adding another elevator!

In regard to cleanliness there is big stain at bottom of toilet [name removed] didn't like. Otherwise she was happy. She was happy with her apartment and loved it. Very happy with the staff.

Not feel been here long enough to comment yet. Do like the looks of the grounds & the food is pretty good but that’s about it for my view so far. This is pretty much all the words I can think of to say about Hidden Lakes at the Fountains.

Everyone is overwhelming nice and attentive. Dad says they run out of main dishes a lot. There are not a lot of activities, but they have been increasing it. All the places we looked at were honestly great. It really for us just came down to location. So far it's been great though. The staff are wonderful. Always there to help, super friendly and caring. My dad feels safe and well taken care of. So even though it came down to location, it ended up being a great choice. My dad is more laid back so Holiday is a little quieter.

The draw backs like any place are that there are established cliques and new people do not always feel welcome. The food should cater more to the needs of the clients, offering substitutions for low sodium or diabetic friendly options even if they change the main menu daily and offer the same 4-6 options for diet restricted individuals. Most staff is very helpful and accommodating of the needs and requests of the individuals they care for.

Summerfield is an awesome place for independent living. I highly recommend it as one of the Resident Ambassadors. Our entire staff is exceptional. GM is very easy to work with and extremely helpful depending on your situation but also suggests it recommends other helpful recommendations

Everything was at least a 4, except for the food. Dad said it tasted terrible and the so-called chef is an [removed]. Who feeds high carb foods to a group of diabetics? No, I would not recommend this community to other families, a senior deserves good food. The other staff is absolutely spectacular
