Good place, the food isn't as great as we were lead to believe. The communication with the staff is excellent. They are quick to follow up. The room is beautiful and there is an option for patios and balconies. It is not considered a nursing community or home. This did create some hurdles with VA benefits.

I chose Maple Downs because of the value for the money. The food here is really good, you have 3 choices every day for each meal and they are chef prepared meals. It is in a great location, close to shopping plaza and is very convenient. I would recommend.

I do recommend, they are helpful and accomodating
We chose Aspen View because they gave us a great deal, they were on top of it and kept in touch with me, and they were very forthcoming with any help I needed. They also have loving hands health care which is a nurse agency that comes in for extra care and they have been awesome. They went above and beyond for us as we had to move my mom while we were out of State. I would tell others that they do not have someone at the front desk 24/7 so that has been an issue. The food is also not good, but they are working on it. Other than those issues, I would recommend them.

I would recommend this community to others and I already have. The staff is very nice and take care of the residence and make sure everything is nice and clean. They have a lot of covid appropriate event to keep the residence engaged

The Perfect Place for Aging Mom or Dad

My experience with Willow Gardens
We chose Willow Gardens because they had availability when I needed it. The cottage that we are in is very tiny for all of the stuff that we have. Overall, everything here has been pretty good and I would recommend.
