Met with [name removed], sales manager. Very friendly woman. Toured the facility and had lunch. Rooms we looked at, two different floor plans, seemed adequate. Cost per month would be acceptable. Everything combined.

The site was mediocre at best. It didn't appear well maintained. The food was quite acceptable but the wait staff were barely professional. The apartments were of adequate size but were not special. We visited locations that were superior to this one I would not be proud to live there.

So far so good! It's a nice place, my mom likes it, and she's making friends. The smaller size of the building is very good for those who have trouble walking far. 4, because the apartment was not clean when we came to move her in (I had to clean the kitchen, fridge, bathroom) but otherwise it's been good

It's been a very accommodating facility for my mom. Most of the staff is pleasant. Unfortunately the food isn't very good a lot of the time. There are loose carpet squares in the hallway that are a tripping hazard and need to be replaced.

I'll tell you the food is good not great and the place is nice and clean. My studio is good size the staff is helpful when you ask . The cook staff is very good we have a chef and 2 souchefs.

The faculty and the people were very impressive and welcoming. I enjoyed the experience and appreciated all the courtesies afforded to myself and my son. Even though Cedar Ridge was the first facility I’ve Visted, it remains high on my list.

Everyone is friendly 5. My biggest issue is management and the lack of desire to be exceptional Food is start heavy, high in sugar. Not very Assisted. If you didn't show for a week the leadership didn't notice or do a wellness check. Cleaning is daily. I would do this again. I've made great friends. Holidays are very lonely with only a sandwich or boxed dinner. Microwave is not included in rent

What we like the most about the community so far is the long term residents there and the bus shuttle rides. The units are on the larger side, it's extremely safe and within 5 min driving distance to the closest cluster of grocery stores, banks, pharmacy, book store, hardware store, and target. The elevator to the second floor has a camera

They are very caring and eager to help you make your transition. We moved here as my husband (87) wanted flat surfaces to walk on year round - condo community we enjoyed had sloped streets - not good for his neuropathy, feared falling. He wanted to be free of maintenance responsibilities It hurt his back to standv& do dishes. Our retirement agreement was I would cook & he would do dishes.For mos he would ask how many pans I'd use! Being a planner he wanted us in place before one of us dies so the other wouldn't have to make decisions in grief. I am 85 & am adjusting to no kitchen, no W/D in apt.

My mom says the food is not great but tolerable. The cleanliness in the common areas is not good. I've visited my mom several times in the past month and there are places that haven't been cleaned especially around the elevators. Also the garbage cans fill up quickly in the laundry room and trash is piled all around until someone decides to take it out, but doesn't clean the area. At least one dryer on 2nd floor does not dry clothes properly.

Staff and residents are great. All area are well kept and clean. Food Service lacks variety and taste. Guessing this is a corporate issue. Maid Service not always reliable. Difficulty keeping maid staff.

My mom is you're social, so for her it is all about the activities they offer. She has regular Zumba classes and participates in bingo and name that tune. She lives for the music nights and gatherings with the other residents. Oh and only complaint is the food. Sometimes bland and repetitive.

Pleasant environment, convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby, food is only fair.

I really like Holiday Willow Grove. You can do your own thing if you want or they have plenty of planned activities also for you to do. The food is good too. The breakfast is a little early- it would be better if it ran from 8:30-9:30. It's hard to get to sometimes and I think not just for me but others too. It would also be good if you could go down comfortably in a nice robe. It's nice they have Church here also available. The keys work good on the doors after hrs.

Meals are good, housekeeping is good. The place is always clean, the snow is always removed from the side sidewalks in the parking lot in a timely manner. The only complaint we have is that they state that they offer activities, besides watching football games or offering bingo a few times a week there are no other coordinated activities to attend.

I am really happy with this facility. My biggest issue in searching for a home was the lack of communication. The contract (?) was not shared with me until we were already living there. I assumed that someone from your group would accompany me on my visits to each facility. Messages left were seldom returned. In any case thank you for your assistance.

The food is excellent. The apartment is pretty small. The location is great. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

Everyone is helpful and understanding. The only complaint I've heard is about the food. The facility is well maintained, clean and provides many activities and daily transportation for the tenants. The move in was easy and the unit was just painted and new carpet laid. Cable equipment was already in the room, we just had to hook it up ourselves. The wait staff is very good with the tenants, and calls everyone by name.

As far as social activities there was a nice variety offered. Transportation provided for appointments and outings. Dining services were limited on times which can be a drawback for those who don’t eat super early with breakfast or in general for those who prefer an open dining. Commons area closes at 7 so if your loved one has a later time of day they like to hang out this would not be accommodating. Staff were friendly and knew the residents names which shows a personal touch. The buildings are definitely dated, although the commons building has been updated. The biggest drawback for us was that it was outside to get to/from apartment and commons areas. Meaning uneven sidewalks, long walks depending where the apartment was located which for us poses a safety issue. If you have a loved one that is overall steady and stable then that may not be as important and this could be a good and affordable place.

Exemplary staff and Administration. Great meals, We were mindful that it wasn't just a good meal for the visitation but consistently good! So relieved my brother is in safe, kind environment.
