Friendly staff however we think they need more than one matinance staff. Areas need paint. We really like the great variety of meal selections. Outside grounds seem well taken of. Need to make sure the inside is painted regularly

I had a good experience with patient care, and services rendered. My only issue, was I reside outside Canada, and responsible for the financial payments for family member. At times the billing process was cumbersome and problematic.

My loved one was bed ridden so she did not do any of the activities and most everyone there was really nice and the community was very clean. Overall our experience was good. Staff were all friendly & facility was very clean. The care giving had some issues, but mostly it was a good experience

The building has just been remodeled and the staff are very good with the residents. It is a great place with a great location. It has been a positive experience.

The activities used to be plentiful but since the activities director is gone don't know what is happening. The staff has been friendly however I am disappointed they don't have a dietitian.Sometimes there is not enough staff so housekeeping doubles as kitchen help.. If people don't have family or friends to advocate for them it can be frustrating.

I might move soon, but not much else to choose from currently. The community is clean, but don't like the new décor, all gray, cold, depressing. We had great staff last year, now all but one have quit, some of the new ones not very friendly. Limited transportation times and days, driver just quit, but no free alternative offered, waiting until new one hired whenever that may be. Inconsistent food quality and taste, limited meal options, uncomfortable dining room because chairs have wheels making it hard to rise safely. No permanent activity director for almost a year, now the new one is trying but activities are mostly boring and some involve petty gambling. With the value for cost I guess you get what you pay for.

I would recommend it for peace of mind. It had controlled access and lots of amenities. I would say to a friend that it is a bit pricey. That I loved the layouts of the apartments. That I liked that they had three meals a day and walk-in showers. I also liked that the managers seemed to know the tenants by name.

Holiday Fleming Point is a great place, our loved one is happy there and the staff members are friendly.

My brother is no longer there he had some some anger issues, and he didn't get along with the staff. Not my top choice due to the age of the building, it needs updating. At meal times, it was not restaurant style as other communities are. Residents sit at the table, a cart was brought around, and items delivered. If you were late sitting down, you missed out.

I would tell others that the visit when we were trying to decide was great. They were very helpful with the paperwork.Since moving in, there have been some issues. The hallways are not kept clean but the rest of the areas look good.

The staff at Holiday Woods at Canco is caring. The housekeeping is unreliable and inconsistent, when service is provided. The meals are not the best quality, for a diabetic particularly. They are caring, just not executing well.

I am currently a resident at Holiday Warburton Place and most everything has been great. I think that Holiday Warburton Place has decent value for the money. I recommend this facility to anyone.

I would not reccomend Montara Meadows. The property was run down. The elevator went out four times while I lived there. My husband is in a wheelchair and he was alarmed because we couldn't get downstairs for four days once. They had to deliver our meals. The change over in kitchen staff was constant and the same with housekeeping. The staff tried their hardest to have corporate to change their policies but our challenges were never taken care of.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Indigo Pines. The meals are great most of the time. The move in was easy. I would highly recommend this facility to others. Communication with family could be improved a bit in terms of facilities and staffing changes. The staff are wonderful. Housekeeping is spotty in the apartments, not enough consistent help.

I get this information from my loved one: The activities director is amazing. The facility is affordable compared to others. They need to bring back biscuits and gravy. Don't skimp on how many options offered at each meal.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Holiday Redbud Hills and the overall experience was very good for her. Unfortunately, her needs were a greater concern than we realized. After a short time, it was obvious that we needed a Memory Care facility. She was wandering and not eating and very confused, in general.

What few staff remain are awesome. My loved ones tell me that the food is bad and just seems to be getting worse. I have not asked for specific details though. The other residents there are very friendly! The only complaint is the food.

The facility was kept clean. Staff dropped the ball on mom's apartment. Aids independent of MD. The group we hired was pretty good but had staffing issues. Local management was available and likable but sometimes his behind blaming corporate for certain policies.

Facilities are old and need updating. Staff is very understaffed and we are not receiving what was promised and paying way to much for benefits. They could improve on the meals by listening to the residents suggestions.

My parents moved into Holiday Alexis Gardens about a month ago, and are very happy. Food is good, activities are available, and staff are professional and helpful. They are doing some renovations, which it will be even better when it is complete. It is all-inclusive. Meals, Direct TV, internet and all utilities are included. Phones is only thing my parents needed. They do light housekeeping, and all provide alert buttons for emergencies. I am really happy my parents chose to move to Alexis Gardens.
