The dining room gets too noisy at times, a lot of new people here, no idea where to sit.

Staff is wonderful at Holiday Columbia. It has been a good experience for my dad since moving out his home to a senior living community. I love that he has private balcony on his apartment where he can go outside anytime. It really helps his mental health. I would recommend Holiday Columbia. The only area for improvement is the dining experience but they have new ownership that is working on resolving these issues.

I think it's a great place. Although I don't live there my wife lives there and she is not as thrilled with it as I am. It's going to take time for her to get used to living without me there with her. Such is life. But, I would recommend The Maples.

After initial very bad treatment by salesperson [name removed] , director [name removed] & rest of staff respectful - some security issues, single elevator for few months - food was great, but limited meal times & choices. Based on the experience I had, I would maybe recommend this community to other families.

I have been assisting people here at Ironwood Estates for four years now. I run the customized care company Our Family. Ironwood is surrounded by an amazing community of people that require different levels of care. The people here care for each others safety and have a great relationship with one another. I promote independence for people participating in the fantastic programing. I strongly recommend people to learn more about Ironwood.

It is most necessary to join in the activities too meet people of familiar and like interests. A delightful friendly place to be.

They do not participate in the activities. They do complain about it being costly but I do remind them that utilities and meals are included. Handy man work needed has been a lengthy waiting process. They're comfortable and it has been fulfilling their needs. Overall experience has been great. The trolley transportation services have been more limited to what they expected.

They have excellent people and I would recommend to others.

I would say it was a positive experience. Lots of variety for meals and they do get to know the people and cater to their needs. Yes I would recommend and have to others.

I would say 4 on all of them but food and that is hit or miss. All the help are great. We are now just about all remodeled and looks great. People are great. I would recommend it

The staff is amazing and helpful. The food is not great and they run out often before everyone has a chance to get a meal. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I'm okay with it. Local tenants who have checked out other places claim Red Bud is cheaper and better food.

The Grizzly Peak residence is set on a grassy area that is dotted with well-trimmed bushes and many trees that change colors in Spring blossoms and Fall. Grizzly Peak is well managed providing a variety of activities For Seniors. The dining area is pleasant. Servers are A+

This is independent living, so no care beyond general maintenance is expected. The staffing concerns have led to some usual choices being curtailed. I don't typically play Bingo, and communal movie viewing doesn't appeal. Trips afield on the community bus don't allow enough time at the destination for my taste. I have been a homeowner since 1977, so my experience in the rental field is extremely limited. My main concern now is that rent increases in the future could render my place unaffordable. Based on what I hear from other residents, and what I saw on my tours of various places before I made my choice, I would recommend this place.

The actual workers seem to be pretty nice. The management is kind of invisible and doesn't engage much. The food is the main complaint from everyone there. The price is fair...not great. A little overpriced. Actually just wished there was an option for rent that didn't include meals at all. I would recommend Hidden Lakes to others.

I hate very little experience with Warburton Place. My loved one seems to be well fed, watched over by Essential Care team to my satisfaction and so far a good value for the money. I live out of town and am glad that I found the Warburton for my loved one.

The staff was helpful , it took us months to get her refund after we gave notice. They withdrew her rent after the notice anyway. We were assured she would be able to get VA spousal support, and I worked for 8 months getting the details. The route of paying the patriot company may do better for some. Kind of wish we had tried. We just got the run around with the VA. She loved the facility and the room cleaning and staff, but it was a lot of money for such a small space. It was a lot to downsize her life to basically a hotel room size. The upside was her meals were very good, and that was part of her trouble to stand to cook. She enjoyed being with other people. I wish she could've afforded it.

The people here are mostly very nice. I have been treated with up most respect. The staff is very good to me.

We had a very good tour of the facility. The facility was very clean, the staff were very friendly and greeted residents by their first names. We had lunch but weren't too impressed by the food that day. Service in the dining room was good. The menu looks impressive. We found the grounds well taken care of. It is not located in the area of the city we would prefer. It is also a little pricey for us.
