[name removed] gave a very informative tour and answered all our questions. The facility is in a quiet location and the main building seems well maintained. The exterior of some of the cottages needs more maintenance and the landscaping throughout the community needs a complete overhaul.

There are various sizes of apartments The staff is very There There helpful! The residents are friendly but some are a little cliquey. There are various sites of apartments. Ours is small but okay for us! The services are good. We have adapted well to the changes of life style.

For the price, the grounds and activities are great. The rooms are tiny. also, having a kitchen in the common area can be a detriment to those who enjoy cooking or baking. For a value for cost, I would give 3 1/2 stars, but that is not an option.

The staff at Holiday Manor are so lovely. The improvement would be in the activities. While [name removed] is a nice woman, they are a little bit loosely coordinated and the residents do not seem to find them stimulating.

What we like the most about the community is that their staff are very friendly. The activities director has already asked my mom for ideas and has added an activity that my mom asked for. My mom has already made friends with a group of residents.

It seems like it would be very caring and be a good place for respite care. The suite seemed quite adequate.

Staff was helpful and informative. Place was just what my mother needed. She seems to happy and has made some new friends.

The place has been mostly good. We've had some issues with mom understanding payments. And I hope you can help me with finding a memory care place. She has really gotten confused. And particularly her short term memory. It's getting worse everyday.

Very nice tour with [name removed]. The public spaces are very nice and well kept. The units we toured were a bit small but have everything needed and in a convenient location.

They've been having issues with not enough staff. dining and cleaning has been impacted but they've communicated to the residents what's going on. there's a new maintenance guy that's been catching up on repairs. still satisfied with our choice!

Staff friendly & caring. We have a great 2 bedroom corner apt. with lots of windows. Very clean (remodeled after burst pipe a few yrs ago). Food 80%. Only one chair exercise class by a real person. Others are on You Tube - but it's a good 1/2 hr workout. There is Bingo 3-4 x a wk., Corn hole, Rummikub, Mexican, Rosary Communion, 4pm service on Sunday, Bible Study, prayer group, Monthly book group, arts & crafts. etc. I do cook some despite no stove. I have a toaster oven, crock pot, rice cooker (it can boil eggs)...there is a stove in activity room which can be used by residents which I will use if I ever make cookies. We no longer drive. I use the transport an M-T 8:30 - 2pm or I use Uber. I have walked to LIDL (less than 1/4 mi) on Album side sidewalk. Mostly order from WalMart Plus (Galleria Supercenter).

It is a lovely place, but I don’t believe it is for me. All meals are included but meal times are 8 AM, 12 noon, and 5 PM. The biggest meal of the day is at noon. These times would not work well for me. I’m not sure I want a place that provides all meals.

Great location! Wonderful community atmosphere, very clean public spaces and exterior grounds well maintained, although small. Would have liked outdoor sitting areas. Studio units were clean but small. One bedroom was preferable.

Staff is very friendly and responsive to requests. Resident has not chosen to participate in any activities at this time but we have hopes. He seems very happy with the food. Apt size is good.

Rent is cheaper than the assisted living facilities. They do have independent care givers.

The rooms are a decent size! It's a good menu, but it gets tiresome. The staff is nice and helpful! Others should check it out!

I stayed with my Mom for the first week of her moving in. So I got to eat the meals, deal with the staff, and engage in the activities and the overall community. That week left me confident in knowing the quality of care and the support available. It was a 4 out of 5. The only complaint I have is there does not appear to be enough serving staff for meals. Breakfast is lightly attended as only a 1/4 of the residents come down, but it can take an hour after being seated to get lunch and dinner. There is only an hour allotted for those meals.

The team at White Oaks was very welcoming and knowledgeable. They all seem to care about the location, team and residents as if they were all family and it was their home. I observed staff helping other departments without being asked- a sign on commitment. They are doing their very best with a shoestring budget. The location was very well kept and not outdated. The residents seem very invested in improving their environment as well. Only drawback/place for improvement would be the struggles with finding a driver.

Overall clean facility yet the weekly cleaning is not always reliable. I would recommend to others.
