the place really is nice just a few minor problems that were worked throygh

This community was very nice looking. It was a beautiful facility, everyone was friendly, and they were really bending over backwards trying to accommodate my loved one. Unfortunately they just didn't provide the sort of care we were needing, but it was a really great place. The residents were a very upbeat, active, and social crowd, and I feel like she would have fit in great.

Mon will not move in until this Saturday. but during the registration the folks at Walnut Woods could not have been nicer. The entire facility is spotless, her apartment is roomy and well laid out.

Very helpful staff despite the turnover. Friendly, caring and concerned staff, good food with plenty of choices and generally content residents makes for a pleasant experience.

very very nice here&the meals are first class. the apt is has a walk-in shower tub & a small balcony. plenty of activities.

It looks like an old house in front. It seemed like a great place but too much of a drive for us. We just adored the woman who was in charge. She was lovely. Now we're kind of sorry we didn't choose this one.

It is a very good place. I really enjoyed it. They have a very caring, and the rooms were nice. There is a lot of community kind of stuff going on. They have transportation available. It seems like it an all inclusive kind of place. My mother has Alzheimer's and we put her in to have a 3 month trial will be up in the end of December, so we will re-evaluate the situation again then to determine if she should stay there. I like that my mother still has a bit of freedom.

My mom loves Andover Place. It is the perfect place for her at this time. The studio apartment is the perfect size. The bathroom is spacious. The kitchen counter is big enough for a microwave, and coffee pot which is all she needs since she is served 3 delicious meals a day. The location is convenient for everything type of location that she attends and the view from her patio is beautiful! It also a plus that She is only about 5 miles from my house!

It was very beautiful and if it wasn't for another location here in Chula Vista, I might have chosen them. It was very pretty, it was just location that was inconvenient for me. The rates were really nice. I had a meal there and it was very good.

Great staff. Very clean facility. Good size apartments. Food that my mom says is wonderful. Staff is accomodating, friendly and knows everyone by name.

Usually everything's really clean, they come in my mother's room every Monday and clean, change the linens and stuff like that. Everybody's very friendly, they have a lot of activities, my mother chooses not to participate in a lot of them. I think she went and played bingo one time, she does play bridge twice a wekk. I think she's started to like it a lot better, she's started to make friends, she mingles some but not a whole lot. She's made friends with the group at the table and her bridge friends which is pretty important to her and she's actually referring it to different friends. My mother's kind of a negative person, she likes to complain and she complains about the food because they don't put onions in her salad or things like that, but she asks for onions and they'll bring her onions, so that's just my mother. I knew it would take her awhile but she's started to like it and she's having her hair done and dressing up.

It's not an assisted facility. It's a retirement community. The meals are good. I haven't had a chance to participate but from what I can see and the people I've talked to they're very happy with the activities they have. They have horse racing, bean bag baseball, bridge - they seem to have a good variety. It's a convenient location between thousand oaks and Simi Valley. Medical facilities are convenient.

We have been thoroughly impressed with this facility. My Mom absolutely loves it there and has found many new friends and activities. She has 'perked up' considerable since living there. It is wonderful to see her engaged in activities and with other people. She is 92 and this place has given her a sense of safety and security. She feels listened to and cared for there.

Both my Dad and step-mother have settled in well and are enjoying their apartment. It is much more spacious than the other facilities in the area that we looked at and many (including theirs) have patio or balcony so they can enjoy the outdoors during good weather. There are many activities for them to participate as much or as little as they want. All in all, they seem to be very happy with their choice as the location is secluded yet accessible to all the shopping, banking and physicians and the hospital.

Copley Place is a very nice community. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Our loved one doesn't participate in the activities but they seem to have plenty of them for the residents. We are very pleased with Copley Place and would recommend them to anyone looking for a community for their loved one.

Greenwood Terrace worked with me. They were able to accommodate my parents income to the rent. My parents are in independent living so they don't receive any care and I can't comment on that. My mom does complain about the activities. She said they just do the same things like poker on a certian night and bingo on a certian night but not a lot of options or out of the box activities. Of all the facilities that I talked to and went and toured, Greenwood exceed all those other places. I'm glad I found them.

A Place For Mom really, really helped me, I was surprised by their informative and quick response. We needed a quick turnaround and they assisted with that, very pleased. My loved one thinks the food here is great. Everything looks clean so I think the housekeeping is okay, too. They do a lot of stuff at Village Gate and always invite the residents to participate. They are an independent living facility that I would recommend to others no question.

Very nice senior community. Friendly and attentive staff. Concerned that it is not locked for the residents' safety.

This community was my mother’s choice, we looked at several communities in Colorado and in Nevada and she ended up choosing Montara Meadows. The staff is really friendly and shows the passion they have for what they do. They reach out to the residents and any guest that are visiting. They really make the effort to interact with the residents and guest. The prices are very competitive and they offer a great value. The do have lots of activities and my mom is always staying busy when she choose to participate. We are very pleased with her choice and would recommend Montara Meadows.

I selected Fleming Point for a loved one because when I walked it I got a good warm feeling. It was clean and invited compared to other places I had toured. The staff is friendly and the food is good.
