The staff had been going above and beyond working multiple jobs. Always courteous and smiling. Even through the staffing shortage and other events in the building. Please put the activities on the back of the menu's.

There were things that those of us who have been here long term loved that are now gone. For example.. the library we had was full beautiful, now it is only 4 book shelves. The Chapele we had with the beautiful cathedral ceiling is now a puzzle room... the artwork that was remakes of classics have been replaced with abstract modern art. Before the building had a warmer feeling. Now the building is so cold. I still enjoy the residents and staff even though this no longer feels like home. I am happy living here and not about to leave, just wish they had not made so many drastic changes.

I came from a different facility that was very classy. This was a more comfortable, cozy and warm facility to me which is why I chose to move here. The staff goes above and beyond there required duties. The servers are all cheerfull, polite and friendly.

The people and the staff have been friendly and welcoming to me since I moved in. I feel bad for the overworked kitchen staff, I feel they need to hire more staff to support the kitchen. I like to have freedom to choose what activities I participate in, or choose to stay in my own apartment. My favorite activity here is karaoke.

What we like the most about Holiday Farmington is how nice the staff and residents are to newcomers!! The food needs to be improved. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Farmington to other families based on the experience.

Viewing the waterfall from out cottage is a joy. Even my husband enjoys watching and listening. Having meals delivered is great when my hubby isn't feeling up to going to dining room to eat. Having a larger staff lately is quite improvement time wise (meals served faster and housekeepers avaliable. so relaxing to look out our windows and view all the trees or go out stroll the walks by them downside is not receiving some things promised or stated.

Staff is very friendly. Grounds are beautiful. Apartment is a great size. Activities have been fun for my mother in law. Although she has only been 2 two. We are working on that. She doesn't remember what she ate half the time so I cant tell you what she thinks of the food

My sister is still there and likes it just fine. Would recommend

The food menu has good and improved choices. The chef listens to our concerns. The activities are fun and there is plenty to do. The rooms are nice. The staff works hard to meet our needs in dining and other areas.

I like the renovations ... certain places are really nice. The thing that I like least is the food. Soup choices are terrible. My apartment ids fine .. I like it very much. I think the facility is nice the way it is. More nighttime activities needed.

This is an Independent Living facility…not an Assisted Living facility, as we thought, and mentioned that term multiple times during our visit, never corrected. There were some problems initially, the first room was unacceptable, but, when we made our concerns known, it was corrected . Problems with laundry and housekeeping, but, more or less resolved. The food is very good, activities for the able and interested, and the grounds, though not really “ walkable,” are landscaped well and neat. It is also in a very safe part of Poughkeepsie.

I'm hard to please I'm particular. I'm ion a good mood today because we had scrapple, a good way to finish breakfast. DO i feel like it's home, not exactly. Nut it's not bad comparted to the alternatives. The servers in the dining room are excellent.

The staff is pleasant, there are a few interesting residents, and there are plenty of activities. The food is frequently quite good, but the meat can be tough. The enchiladas are tasty, the deserts are often decadent, and the servers are entertaining. They do repeat the same food items too frequently. My housekeeper is thorough and quick and has an excellent personality. The laundry is usually available when you need it.

Seems like these choices are quite personal on facility, vibe and cost... others should do their research. Holiday hidden Lakes might not be the newest facility but it was my mom's first choice

My name is [name removed]. I've lived here for almost a year. I have made lots of friends. I appreciate that fact that you cook for over 100 people. The food is good and I enjoy it very much. We have an outstanding maintenance director. Cleaning service is good and I appreciate it. I would like the hard wood cleaned more in the hallway in front of elevator. Would love to set up a buddy system.

We have been at the Victorian on Feltham for just three weeks , but so far we have nothing negative to say. The staff here are very good, hardworking and interactive with residents. The activity lady goes above and beyond to inform us of daily activities and keep us up to date on what is coming up. Management is so far terrific. Meals are varied and for the most part tasty and nutritious. I like that we can enjoy a coffee and fruit or muffin anytime and have a friend join us. Positive experience. We have not yet taken advantage of the activities but plan to soon.

I’ve been here at The Springs of Napa about 1-1/2 years and am very comfortable here. People are friendly and helpful. It is a casual relaxed atmosphere. There are various daily activities which you can attend (or not) as you wish. You can be as busy as you like, or you can just sit in the pretty courtyard and listen to the fountains hit the water in the pond. In the spring you can enjoy watching the yearly arrival of our “Might Ducky’s” and the babies that soon follow.

The activities are offered however I am not a regular participant but there are activities offered here which is a great gesture. Staff: I find the staff to be very accommodating. The dining staff is also accommodating.

All is good except the food is only fair. I would recommend this community to others.

Food is always top notch gourmet, staff are friendly, positive, helpful and very caring. Activities are plentiful and varied. I gave a 4 as I made one alteration request on the apartment and was told sure no problem. I've asked for updates over the past few months and always told the alteration is not a problem, the maintenance man is very busy and will get to it soon as possible.
