Bridge Park is a beautiful community. So far. I am very satisfied with being here. The food and service can be improved. I would give them a 4. I would recommend Holiday Bridge Park to others who are searching for a community.

My aunt was probably only onsite at OT for 6 days although she technically lived there for about 4 months. I was onsite frequently enough to see how it was run and they had lots of activities, the food looked good and overall I think she really would have enjoyed herself there had her health not declined so rapidly. Her apartment was really nice with a gorgeous view. I would recommend it to anybody, especially people needing some assistance because they can contract with the caregivers on site and most likely get better care than they would from an assisted living (based on my experience with the assisted living she was in before and conversations with others who had relatives in assisted living).

Overall the staff is very nice and professional. My loved one struggles and feels like he is rushed in the morning. He was a person to sleep in and starts his days slowly. Also the gal that has cut his finger nails has been rough. Your services are greatly appreciated and you all are prompt. Thank you

Staff really helpful and caring. Variety of activities. Lot of choices to appeal to all residents. Staff tries to make the residents are aware of activities. Help residents with getting to various activities.

Residents are friendly and inclusive.

It is a well constructed facility with a fair number of weekly activities. Good, quality residents and welcoming staff. We feel it is a great value for someone who is able to live independently.

I just moved my mom in a couple of weeks ago and so far I’ve been happy with it. The people have been nice and helpful so far, but we haven’t had to talk to a lot of people quite yet. I think I need to give it a little bit more time Before I give it five stars but we are happy so far. My mom doesn’t love the food, but I feel like she is still adjusting. I will do another review and few more weeks.

They advertise chef prepared meals however they are pre made meals warmed up on site. Many residents complain of high salt contact and it is not adjustable

Staff overall seem to care about the residents. Of special note is that they can accommodate all levels of health. As an elderly parent ages further and their needs change, it's nice to have the advanced care on site rather than having to move to a different facility.

The community is great, the staff are amazing. Evening dining could be better. Definitely would recommend!

Housekeeping of room could be better. Having on site PT and the as needed healthcare services of Wings Of Love make it worth the money. These services aren't included in the rent but are an extra expense. But it makes a full assisted living site unnecessary. Overall nice community would work fine.

I guess the main complaint from my mother in law (and rumor amongst the residents) would be the quality of the food. I can only say "rumor" since I never personally ate there. Staff was always pleasant and kind! Loved that! OH.... I would love to see the flooring fixed, especially on the 3rd floor in her old hallway. These seniors trip over their own two feet, and those humps under the carpet nearly took me out every time! Thank you for being that safe spot for her for this period of time.

It has been positive experience all around. Staff are all great. It is a well maintained facility. Dining is nice. Bus driver is awesome. Activity's are nice. A lot going on. Grounds are well maintained and pretty. My only complaint would be there seems to be quite a bit of staff turnover. I think that may be normal in that type of environment. Almost forgot, when Mom got released from [community removed] (where I wouldn't send my worst enemy), we had a week to find somewhere and get her moved. I don't have children or siblings, so it was a challenge. [name removed] and [name removed] did everything they could to make it easier. They even offered to put furniture from the display into her apartment until I could get help moving Mom in

I found The Woods to be heavy on residents with more needs than I expected. Definitely not independent as I would define it. Having said that, I met some really lovely people. The food is a very sore point among residents. The quality of product, the level of preparation expertise (quite low), the paucity of choice you'd be hard pressed to find resident who wouldn't like to have better food, better prepared.

renovations were ongoing when we visited. cleanliness is a 5 other than renovation clutter. there are a lot of activities to do. We only went twice to look at the place a year ago. While my uncle decided to continue living on his own. He is still interested in the facility for the future.

They are pretty good here with the residents! I don't see a problem letting you know whats going on here! Mostly the location and the price

One of the reasons we chose this facility is because they allow their residents to have pets which I think is really important. And they also had fun and unique activities for the residents. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My mother in law complained about the food, but I didn't think it was bad. The facility is clean and her room was very nice. Unfortunately she is now in an inpatient Hospice facility.

Visited a few weeks ago and was shown around by the General Manager - she was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Called her today to move forward with moving our parents to Orchid Terrace and she informed us she was no longer with them. We are looking for a different place now. No one else there made us feel the way she did when we met her. Genuine and authentic. Community was nice, clean and our lunch was good. Apartments are nice. Many of these places are the same, sometimes that one person makes the difference.
