Very clean community. The staff is attentive and kind. The apartment is nicely laid out. The food is average. Activities are good.

To date, everything and everyone has been fantastic. It is a nice room and the food is good. I would recommend Holiday Manor to others who are searching for a community.

Redbud Hills is a lovely place with very nice people. I was welcomed by staff and many of those living there, during my tour. I look forward to calling this place home.

It's a relaxed environment, there are behavior specialists to help with people an situations, the food is good, the soups are great and there is lots of good entertainment and activities to choose from. Very nice, but sometimes they don't watch the elderly closely enough. For example, my mom fell down on the floor and was there all day and they didn't notice, I just happened to go there and found her. But, that's in place of offering privacy. So, not their fault, but the danger does exist.

I liked the place. The layout was good. The staff was friendly. Long hallways. However, they have a bench in the middle if one wishes to rest. My background check came back good for criminal but not good for financial. They do not seem to take into account the fact that I make a good amount of money with my pension and my social security. They wanted someone to guarantee my rent payment. A friend said she would do that. She was turned down because her credit score was a little below what is required. Again, the Lodge did not take into consideration that she has about [Amount Removed]. The Director of the lodge asked her superior if an exception could be made, since I was told that I made a good impression on the staff and that they would like me to be a resident at the Lodge. However, she was turned down. I would like to live at the Lodge, since they have two one bedroom openings and it seems like A pleasant place to live. I am still working on getting someone to guarantee my rent payments.

Overall- it's good. The staff is always helpful, the facility is well maintained. Unfortunately my aunt is still trying to settle in, feel comfortable there and make friends.

Getting served in the dining room takes too long. The servers are great but the system is cumbersome.

Everything is there and people take advantage of them that can. The nurses are helpful and the food is not good, really. But I would eat it. So....I would recommend going to several different places and having lunch there.

Staff worked very hard to help my dad get into the facility in a place that fits his needs very well. Staff was wonderful. Residents warm and friendly. My problem was with the physical building. Units had halls to bedroom and bath so narrow a lot of residents had the doors removed to give a smidge more room. Kitchenette was teeny and no micro or cooktop. Laundry down the hall and only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the one I saw. Was was told the other room had 2….. There was to be work on the plumbing the next day throughout the building and I was told they need anew roof.

The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and supportive. The quality of care is good, but they are often short staffed. There are always activities going on. The dining experience is amazing! It's run like a restaurant. The food is great. The servers are punctual and know most of the residents by name. My mom's apartment has not been cleaned very well. The laundry process needs work too.

The facilities is clean, the kitchen and café staff are very friendly according to my sister-in-law. however, their management/office staff are not as responsive to questions. I would recommend this establishment however, overall we are very happy.

We are both very pleased with the service we receive from our current housekeeper. Mona, goes above and beyond with the cleanliness of our unit. Friendly service with all basis covered as far as seeing we are satisfied.

The open friendly atmosphere people like each other and the and the property was in immaculate condition I decided when I walked in that that was where I was going to stay.

Very nice facility that is undergoing somerenovations. Staff was very nice and knew all the residents.

The property is currently undergoing renovation. Tour guide did his best to show facility. Probably better suited for show 3-4 months from now.

Food is always the main issue. The staff is very pleasant and approachable. They're always helpful. Overall the facility is clean. I don't know if housekeeping comes as often as what the agreement was but still it's nice there.

The staff is very sweet. According to mom the food is so so and takes forever to come to the table. The rooms are clean and nice! They have studios which are good sized! They have little kitchenettes but no stoves.

After my dad and I visited there and one other place, he was more in favor of the price at Holiday. I felt like it seemed more comfortable, and home-like than the other place we had seen. I appreciate that it's independent living, but there are services available to any extent that a person needs. I would definitely recommend that people check it out when they are looking for a place.

I think the staff was great. But maybe would want to see transparency in in cost. The apartment itself is just plain, but has a nice layout. I really do want to emphasize that the staff was wonderful. The maintenance person the coordinators everyone is super friendly and was very helpful.
