[name removed] are very nice and will let you know that they want your family member there. The room that my family got is on the 3rd floor and the air in the apartment is not the best. I like the smallness of the home also.

Clean, friendly and affordable and that is true of holiday redbud. I would recommend holiday rosebud to others.

The facility is always clean and staff very friendly. Only less than a 5 would be the food. Sometimes they run out of menu items.

It's a safe and clean environment. Friendly and attentive staff. The food is plentiful and good tasting. For the rent, a very good value. It does have a few struggles, the biggest are having nicer and well cared for outdoor spaces and an outdated fitness room. Improvements have been promised. My parents have been there for two months and are very happy.

Maple Downs does allow private care givers to the facility. Each must be met and approved by the administration staff, but many residents in the building have their own caregivers (however, there are private care teams already established in the building to accommodate several residents). It is a unique situation with this establishment. Additionally, they have just done some beautiful renovations and hired a new event coordinator who is doing a great job at creating activities that are becoming quite popular. The only negative I would say is the food could be better and the dining schedule is strictly fixed. Overall I feel it is a wonderful safe place for my parents who are currently able to live together in their own place with care we have hired to ensure they have assistance as needed. Otherwise one would be in a nursing facility which means they would be separated for the remainder of their days. The property is gorgeous and well kept for walks or simply sitting on a bench.

I was it White oaks for a year. The food! I really enjoyed the group of people I was with that meals I went to two different tables with Different people. I really enjoyed that! I am basically a loner but I really enjoy people. I didn't really join in on many of their events but overall I really want to go back there.

Overall we're pretty satisfied with the help we got from you. We think we will be well pleased with Aspen View.

4 because of the food, she doesn't like southern food. Misleading because on the website there's a pic of a spinach salad with grilled chicken that looked really good but they don't serve that. There's some good she does like and she likes the interaction with the other tenants there

Because in my opinion new washers and dryers are needed. Other than that , the staff is wonderful. The food is good. The residents are pleasant and welcoming.

We weren't there long. Shortly after the lease was signed, my parents deteriorated beyond independent living. The staff were understanding and made every effort to make my parents comfortable.

Sales manager is very helpful and kind. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Genesee Gardens to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The things that were problematic were my own personal feelings, not the fault of Holiday Springs of Napa and probably wouldn't apply to anyone else. I came from a large house and I'm finding the apartment quite small, especially the"kitchenette". I can deal without in-unit laundry, but I'm struggling without a dishwasher.

My parents stayed at Sherbrooke for anone month trial visit. The staff and residents were very friendly, welcoming and inclusive. All did their best to make connections and welcome my parents to ensure they felt welcome and comfortable. There were many activities available throughout most days but at times they would have to organize the activity themselves at the scheduled time or cancelled due to short staff. The food was good but not home cooking. Entertainment booked to come in for pub night and sing songs were great. While it was not home, it is something they will consider in the near future.

Lots of activities for residents. Good value compared to other facilities we looked at. Clean and modern. Food could be better.

The friendliness is what really stands out. The community is close to Washington Square.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sheldon Oaks. The room was perfect and newly painted. The food was alright but could have been improved I had fractured my tibia and was in a wheel chair for 3 months. I am still having lunch with [name removed] who is a tenant there. The management should have been more helpful to stop the tenant above me on the second floor from purposely hitting the floor above my bed (studio apt) at 6 am every morning.

Frequent change of personnel. No continuance Had to submit documents several times! Email fallow up very slow! Some attitude problems from AdvisaCare! Staff not communicating promptly with families! Need more care staff and more patience with tenants. Admin staff are friendly and helpful. They have good and nutritious food and very good activities - art painting, gardening, bingo and a gym. Musician singing live. Library, movies. They charge whatever they feel like and adding services without families approval. Had a had time communicating with staff leader!

My/Me & my daughter live here and our experience is overall categories 4 Clean ! Caring ! Kind! Helpful to meet our needs so far! We are here as neither of us drive All staff are kind & helpful Apartment sizes is perfect for our needs! 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Living area with refrigerator area with sink & microwave dining area sitting space with tv We have a puppy so... ALL are HAPPY

The facility is dated however they were updating which was nice to see. We loved everyone from intake to kitchen staff we thought was so kind. Everyone was concerned for my mother in law and made sure she ate and brought her food if she didn't go to the dining room even if she didn't order. They checked in on her all the time Sometimes it was hard to reach admin staff, left messages that did not get returned Food can be improved. What was served was good just need to consider people of that age may not be able to chew it or may have swallowing issues and have different offering to accommodate during eat meal.

Well, after being there a year the increase from [fee removed] a month more and the service is not any better was not impressive to me. The bus service was terrible the cleaning housekeeping service was terrible and a friend of mine had his rent increase [fee removed] a month with no improvement.
