Staff and residents are great. All area are well kept and clean. Food Service lacks variety and taste. Guessing this is a corporate issue. Maid Service not always reliable. Difficulty keeping maid staff.

My mom is you're social, so for her it is all about the activities they offer. She has regular Zumba classes and participates in bingo and name that tune. She lives for the music nights and gatherings with the other residents. Oh and only complaint is the food. Sometimes bland and repetitive.

Pleasant environment, convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby, food is only fair.

I really like Holiday Willow Grove. You can do your own thing if you want or they have plenty of planned activities also for you to do. The food is good too. The breakfast is a little early- it would be better if it ran from 8:30-9:30. It's hard to get to sometimes and I think not just for me but others too. It would also be good if you could go down comfortably in a nice robe. It's nice they have Church here also available. The keys work good on the doors after hrs.

Meals are good, housekeeping is good. The place is always clean, the snow is always removed from the side sidewalks in the parking lot in a timely manner. The only complaint we have is that they state that they offer activities, besides watching football games or offering bingo a few times a week there are no other coordinated activities to attend.

I am really happy with this facility. My biggest issue in searching for a home was the lack of communication. The contract (?) was not shared with me until we were already living there. I assumed that someone from your group would accompany me on my visits to each facility. Messages left were seldom returned. In any case thank you for your assistance.

The food is excellent. The apartment is pretty small. The location is great. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching for one.

Everyone is helpful and understanding. The only complaint I've heard is about the food. The facility is well maintained, clean and provides many activities and daily transportation for the tenants. The move in was easy and the unit was just painted and new carpet laid. Cable equipment was already in the room, we just had to hook it up ourselves. The wait staff is very good with the tenants, and calls everyone by name.

As far as social activities there was a nice variety offered. Transportation provided for appointments and outings. Dining services were limited on times which can be a drawback for those who don’t eat super early with breakfast or in general for those who prefer an open dining. Commons area closes at 7 so if your loved one has a later time of day they like to hang out this would not be accommodating. Staff were friendly and knew the residents names which shows a personal touch. The buildings are definitely dated, although the commons building has been updated. The biggest drawback for us was that it was outside to get to/from apartment and commons areas. Meaning uneven sidewalks, long walks depending where the apartment was located which for us poses a safety issue. If you have a loved one that is overall steady and stable then that may not be as important and this could be a good and affordable place.

Exemplary staff and Administration. Great meals, We were mindful that it wasn't just a good meal for the visitation but consistently good! So relieved my brother is in safe, kind environment.

The place is very nice. People also are very nice. Only complaint by my mother is that sometimes the meal service can be slow because of not enough staff at times.

What we like the most about Holiday Copley Place is that it is a newer facility, the people were great when my mother viewed it and the pricing was better than most we visited.

I would say the responsiveness to my contact during the signing and move in phase was great. I always have a number to text and even now, if I have a question the response is quick. The facility is nice inside. Plenty of options for sitting/gathering. Inside offers a beauty salon, which is nice. The food options offer a variety, my dad has said all the meals have been good.

My mother and her husband moved here due to Home became too much to deal with as Health issues with her husband started impacting her overall well being. They made connections with neighbors here and were supported when things changed for her husband and then when he passed her 'friends' helped her still feel connected. She loves her view of the woods and talks of the deer that visited them, seeing her neighbors when they walk the 'quarter mile' sidewalk around the facility. Yes, she grumbles about the amount of time spent in the dining room for each meal, every day; but, she's thriving.

What we like the most about the community are the people and the area. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Briarcrest Estates to other families based on the experience so far.

Meals are good with a lot of choices. Yes I would recommend it!

Staff very friendly and caring. They watch out for your loved one. Good size apartments, lots of amenities. Free cable, wifi, life alarm, light housekeeping.

The staff is good. I like the food . I am okay with things around here. I just gave it a four because no one is perfect its a good place.

Place is kept up with for the most part. My grandmother says that the food is not always the best or is repetitive. Room size is perfect she has the studio. She loves most of the staff.

Lovely place, beautiful, large two bedroom apartment with a very pretty view, served a tasty lunch with friendly residents all around, personnel who greeted us were very personable, (friendly) and answered all questions. Our recently widowed daughter lives nearby and decided to invite us to move in with her and our two high school grandchildren. We decided to give it a try and are enjoying it very much, but we did ask for them to keep us on their list of interested prospects for a while because we liked it ... a very nice place!!
