I'm hard to please I'm particular. I'm ion a good mood today because we had scrapple, a good way to finish breakfast. DO i feel like it's home, not exactly. Nut it's not bad comparted to the alternatives. The servers in the dining room are excellent.

The staff is pleasant, there are a few interesting residents, and there are plenty of activities. The food is frequently quite good, but the meat can be tough. The enchiladas are tasty, the deserts are often decadent, and the servers are entertaining. They do repeat the same food items too frequently. My housekeeper is thorough and quick and has an excellent personality. The laundry is usually available when you need it.

Seems like these choices are quite personal on facility, vibe and cost... others should do their research. Holiday hidden Lakes might not be the newest facility but it was my mom's first choice

My name is [name removed]. I've lived here for almost a year. I have made lots of friends. I appreciate that fact that you cook for over 100 people. The food is good and I enjoy it very much. We have an outstanding maintenance director. Cleaning service is good and I appreciate it. I would like the hard wood cleaned more in the hallway in front of elevator. Would love to set up a buddy system.

We have been at the Victorian on Feltham for just three weeks , but so far we have nothing negative to say. The staff here are very good, hardworking and interactive with residents. The activity lady goes above and beyond to inform us of daily activities and keep us up to date on what is coming up. Management is so far terrific. Meals are varied and for the most part tasty and nutritious. I like that we can enjoy a coffee and fruit or muffin anytime and have a friend join us. Positive experience. We have not yet taken advantage of the activities but plan to soon.

I’ve been here at The Springs of Napa about 1-1/2 years and am very comfortable here. People are friendly and helpful. It is a casual relaxed atmosphere. There are various daily activities which you can attend (or not) as you wish. You can be as busy as you like, or you can just sit in the pretty courtyard and listen to the fountains hit the water in the pond. In the spring you can enjoy watching the yearly arrival of our “Might Ducky’s” and the babies that soon follow.

The activities are offered however I am not a regular participant but there are activities offered here which is a great gesture. Staff: I find the staff to be very accommodating. The dining staff is also accommodating.

All is good except the food is only fair. I would recommend this community to others.

I have lived here for 3 years. I love the family atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food servers and housekeepers are great with so many different people to please they are amazing. Fun activities good friends I'm home!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Mom has not done a lot of the activities but they do try to include her when they know she's interested. I can only go by mom's comments on food - and sometimes it's ok other times she doesn't eat there. My honest two cents is it's a nice place but there are learning curves, and you need to be aware when looking, that it independent living. We had a couple of things happen and learned if you have an older parent there that you need to be their advocate. Mom seems very happy and enjoys the friendliness of the staff.

The Holiday is working out ok for my parents. There has been a few things that they were not happy with, but they are figuring it out. The cleaning service doesn't always happen and it's frustrating because that is part if the rent. There has been a few other issues, but for the most part it's been going ok. It's not easy to go from owning your own home to an apartment. The physical therapist [name removed] is wonderful and the residents are very nice and so are the caregivers. I don't know if they will be able to afford staying there long term, but we will figure that out. I hope this is helpful.

Meal situation charging you [amount removed]for food you bring to your room or someone else is not fair. We already pay for meals in our fees. Need steady help. Always short of housekeepers. Need outdoor space to relax. Help is very stressed out due to short staffing.

My experience at Holiday Golden oaks is pretty good. The staff the people are great! Every day is a new and exciting adventure here at Holiday Golden Oaks. I recommend this place to others who are looking for a place.

This place is meeting my needs. But Medicare is preventing me from getting the help I need. They have taken away any hope that the quality of my life will improve. Like the place and I have met some very nice people. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good.

Activity coordinator is very good, bus driver is excellent. The events are mostly for sales strategies. I am happy here however the bus service has a limitations to where we can go for appointment .

only 1 elevator for the whole facility. Crowed at meal times. Yes, we would recommend Holiday Birch Heights to other families based on the experience. As long as they understand the elevator issue. They were wonderful to us when my father in law passed.

Place is great with the exception of the menu and food. And they need to get better carpet cleaning company. I do worry a bit if some of the residents don't need a little more observation at times. Some of them seem to need more care than is available there without paying for private duty part time help.

Staff is excellent, very accommodating. Activities are very good. Very pleased with the food and dining room. Comments on the building and room - elevator has been out of order too much and requests to have issues with the room fixed have not happened in a timely fashion.

I thought it was a beautiful place . It was always clean & pleasant. The staff was friendly & accommodating when you needed help. My mother's stay there was a good one.

[name removed] was fantastic to work with and so was the rest of the staff. The facility was just finishing renovations and it was clean and bright.
