I would recommend to others. We picked them because of the location.

The place is very clean. The quality of the food, and the small quantity, leave a lot to be desired. I would recommend Warburton Place to others.

My experience is a very positive one. I. Am happy with my apartment, the staff is very friendly and eager to meet our needs. If I have a need, there is always someone to help. The food suits me, not always my taste but always nourishing

Poor food supplier, Cisco, substandard produce dried out old chicken turkey. Chef lacks judgement and or adequate budget. Fish is improving lately.

I know it sold to new owners since my mom moved in. They are short staffed a lot and there is a lot of turnover. No consistency. One day the food is good the other it is not. my mom won't eat undercooked meat or vegetables and that happens often. There is no credit issued when staff is short, i.e.no housekeeping services, but still have to make full payment.

The staff has been very helpful in accommodating in meeting the needs of my Mother. The dining room and food have not disappointed. There is always something going on there, activities of all kinds as well as entertainment.

My rent covers all my basic needs. Food is mostly good, apartment is comfortable and I can find lots to do. Glad I came here at this stage of my life. Good location in a quiet area without much traffic. Good walking paths on the property.

The community is served by a staff concerned for the comfort and well being of the residents. As a resident you are encouraged to join the various activities provided each day. As change becomes necessary the tries to help resident move into a new comfort zone.

I would recommend to others. We picked them because of the price per size of unit, bright and clean, location.

There is only one elevator in the whole building so people with limited mobility have a challenging time during the meal rush periods.

All food and utilities included within and proximity and price. I would tell a friend, that the transportation isn't as easy to manage last minute and the meals have not been as up to par as when my parents first moved in.

[name removed], who is the resident at Thornton Place. He is satisfied with his experience there, and feels that it is a safe place to live. Also it's an improvement over his previous living situation, which is what our family wanted. I'm grateful for the help your organization has given us and very thankful that he is in a safe and pleasant environment.

I would recommend to others, but it depends on the person and what kind of life they currently have. It fits my life. May not be right for everyone.

My brother is 74 and has had a decline in his mobility among other health struggles. He could no longer manage stairs and we had to help him find a place to live that offered services he needed. Country Squire checks all the boxes and it feels like a community to my brother.

Living at Rancho Village has been very comfortable among friendly people, and I really appreciate that I was able to lease here as quickly as I needed. The management is very friendly and overall the food is good as long as your diet isn't limited. Housekeeping is done regularly, but needs improvement for the staff don't often do all they are required. For those with limited mobility, an apartment not far from the elevator is recommended as there is only one elevator. I only find that the decor, namely the paintings, need improvement! Overall, the residence is lovely and most would enjoy living here. If a person can afford the cost, Rancho Village is recommended.

The staff is great but the menu could be better along with the options and food quality. However, we would recommend this community to other families.

They will not pick up our loved one when they fall, but also not assisted living facility. The food not good. Have selections but my mom isn't liking most food. I would recommend this place

Usually the food is acceptable but often my loved one has complained about meats being too tough to chew or eat. My loved one often gets a sandwich from the fridge as the dinner served was too spicy or just not appetizing. A few times at Holidays the residents were given boxed lunches as there were no staff to prepare holiday meals. My loved one complained that if someone needs say a bandaid or Tylenol, they are on their own as the office won't help them, that my loved one and other residents have been told they are on their own. There are too few elevators, and the two they have are extremely small. They really need to have a few new larger elevators installed. That would be easily done with one at the far end of the of building ( cantilevered over the driveway) and another at the four story sky light near the front door.

Holiday bridge park did not work out for my sung. Great facility just not a good fit. What we like the most about Holiday Bridge Park is the friendliness of staff, activities, and the values to cost. We would recommend them to other families who may need a place for their loved ones
