They are fabulous!! They are very clean! They have been very friendly. She is pretty happy with the activities, they have jewelry making, and horse racing. The food was really good when she first got there, but it's dropped a little since she has been there, probably a 3 at this point. The room is clean and bright, it's a very nice place.

My loved one loves it there! My loved one loves going on the bus trips. They’ve been to the museum and today they are going fishing. Every Wednesday they do a different trip. The concern of the staff is really awesome. The staff is so protective.

Overall we've been pleased with how things are going at The Chateau at Harveston. It's a very nice community, always very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They generally just do a great job, and the staff have been very accommodating to any specific requests we've had.

It’s very stable place, a loving place – it’s like being at home. The people that live there are wonderful – like a large family. The food is excellent. In the front there is seating for people. There is enough parking.

Due to falls and injuries, my parents were no longer safe in their home. I called "A Place for Mom", and within hours I had several choices. My brothers and I looked at Maple Suites first because the location best fit and there was an availability right away. When we saw it, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the entire place, inside and out. The people at Maple Suites are incredibly helpful and understanding of all of our needs. My mother has dementia, and was a bit resistant, but the staff helped us deal with making sure Mum was comfortable. The move occurred within a month. Though a stressful time for my parents and my brothers, we managed to pull it off. Mum and Dad were able to keep their cats with them and stay together in a stress free environment, and we can sleep better at night knowing that help is just a few feet away. My parents love the food. I am very happy to see them eating balanced meals and they haven't complained once about the menu. All around, we know we have made the best choice. They are both happy and making new friends, and once they settle in a little more, I'm sure they will take part in the many activities offered.

Their big meal is during the middle of the day, and they had a lot of potatoes and pasta, and fried foods. That didn't work very well for her lifestyle. They had a lot of different activities if one wanted to participate. There were a lot of options available I thought it was well decorated and seemed to be very clean. The staff was pretty friendly. They were very good about maintenance, and responding to concerns. The other residents were very friendly, and they wanted to get to know her and ask her questions, I think that was a little overwhelming for my loved one.

My mom is moving to her new apartment on June 20th. We anticipate that her living, social and culinary experience to be outstanding based on what we've seen so far. We look forward to having her live happily there for many years.

It's excellent there, everything is just wonderful. It's quite nice. As soon as I walked in I just knew I was going to be, I liked the managers and that they were there and lived onsite. Nothing is forced on you but they let you know where everything is. And the amenities being able to travel, is great. They are very clean, and nice.

We loved this place - if we had to move Mom today, this would be the place we'd move her to. From the minute we walked in we felt welcome, by both the friendly residents & the staff, especiall Nikki,who was just wonderful - she spent over an hour with us, giving us a complete tour & telling us all about the place. It is our #1 choice right now, & we hope to make a decision shortly.

I was welcomed by staff and residents the first few days after arrival. The staff and residents are very helpful, the food is very good and nutricious. The appt's are spacious and well kept.

We loved the atmosphere at Rolling Hills from the moment we walked.. The entire staff is extremely respectful and compassionate. They know every resident and consistently address them by name. The entire facility is immaculate and very well maintained. The activities and amenities are numerous and all included.

They are great! In looking at multiple different places, and they are all expensive, I feel like for what we get for our parents, the value is there. I think they have a good variety of activities. When I first got there I was a little concerned about the fire risk, but they have a good fire plan. We ate there once, and I think it's good food. It's always served very nice, and the presentation looks good. Their location was really ideal for us.

Loved it , but worried about the 3 meals a day and the price for living there. Not sure if ready to have so much done for her.

My parents were victims of a Home invasion robbery last December, my sister and I found that my parents were having difficulties living in the home that they owned for 46 years, so I started to locate a senior independant living facility, I toured a couple of places, but I found that the staff, and the price at the Golden Oaks facility was what we were looking for. the staff was very knowledgeable on the facility and any question that I had they had answers. My Parents moved in the last day of february 2014, and are enjoying the meals, the activities,and getting to know new friends,

I'm very pleased with the service overall. They're doing an excellent job. The staff in particular are great, they're hospitable, honest, and fair. The facility itself is very nice, it's always clean and well kept.

We only used Greenwood Terrace briefly for a weeklong respite stay, but we were very impressed by what they provided and we intend to use them again! My loved one really enjoyed herself here. She loved the food, and all of the activities they had going on. She was busy all day long!

We're glad we chose this place, my loved one is really enjoying herself here! I'd give them 5s across the board. They're great about keeping the residents active here, they've got an announcement system to let people know when meals and activities are going on, which has really helped my loved one develop a routine that she enjoys.

My father lives there. I’ve gone to visit many times. They have activities every day. It’s an excellent place for independent living! I can highly recommend Golden Oaks. It’s probably the best community and I’ve toured quite a few. When you first pull up it’s just such a very welcoming community. Steve, the manager, was extraordinarily pleasant. It’s just a comfortable and nice place and the location is amazing. It’s in a very clean and nice area of Yucaipa.
