When coming to the conclusion that my brother cannot be completely on his own I decided to move him from my house to Genesee Garden. I feel like it was the best decision I could have made because since moving in he had a heart attack and with their speedy response and location they were able to get him to the hospital in a hurry. For that I am truly grateful! The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are all very nice and make sure to keep me updated on his status since I work most of the time. He isn't a huge fan of the meals but only because he is used to fixing his own meals. Prior to the heart attack he was still able to get out and run a few errands from time to time. I cannot say enough about how great the place is! It's like an art museum! Absolutely amazing in every way!

This is a great facility and everyone was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Apartments are like new, spacious and bathrooms set up for safety of the elderly. Meals are excellent and environment is very friendly and inviting.

My mother had to relocate due to the Aliso Canyon Gas Leak in Porter Ranch CA. Simi Hills was THE perfect solution as they allowed my mom's caregiver to stay with her. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, many activities, meals are excellent and there are many healthy choices, the entire facility is super clean. Highly recommend. .

Alexis Gardens is a beautiful and loving facility. My mom wasn't fortunate enough to have been able to stay more than a week due to health issues. In that short week she found peace and made new friends. Thank you to the staff you are a wonderful group of people. And made the whole family feel welcomed. I would absolutely recommend this facility. Thank you for all your help with my mom. God bless you all!

My mother is still taking some time to adjust with everything new and that is understandable. The community looks nice and very clean haven't had any problems with that. It has been a good experience with the staff, but I wasn't aware of some charges that my mother was racking up. The on-site caregiving could be better. I would wish for better commutation from the staff and upper management. I would recommend this community to someone who's loved one is mobile.

I toured this community while looking into senior living for a loved one. I thought Rolling Hills Ranch seemed like a very nice place! It had a comfortable friendly atmosphere, it almost reminded me of a college dorm, but for seniors!

So far, we have had a pretty decent experience here. The staff is professional, thoughtful and attentive. The facility itself is nice and it always seems to be clean and well maintained (at least when we visit). So far, so good.

We still have some unpacking to do but so far my mother is doing well here. The first thing I noticed about the place was the smell it smells wonderful as soon as you walk in the place you smell the food from the kitchen. My mother has made new friends here and is really enjoying her time here. She has done some of the activities which is nice. The food is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My mother blinds had broke in her room and the staff was quick to replace them so their responsive time is great. This is a wonderful place my mother is happy

They communicate well here and if we have any issues they do try and resolve them quickly. The facility is nothing special, but very clean. The staff is friendly and competent. There seem to be a good amount of activities to keep the residents involved and not complacent.

Cedar Ridge is a wonderful community. We were encouraged and invited to visit as many times as we wanted before making a decision to move our mother there. It was a great way for all our family members to see the community and talk to residents. We moved our mother in and she has been thrilled with her apartment and all the community amenities. The residents have been very welcoming and she has made many friends. The staff is professional, friendly, and always available to assist residents and visitors.

My mom has been there one week today and has been made feel very welcome not only by the staff but also by the residents. Although she has not taken advantage of the many activities she has been treated to a private dining experience with other new guests and has been looked after by the local Ambassadors of the residence. She loves her apartment and believe it is just the right size. ( 1 bedroom ) We thank a place for mom and Stacy the advisor who was very patient and informative. Change is challenging for any of us but especially the elderly who have seen and lived through a lot. We are fortunate as we live near by and can help with the transition.

My Mother (Marilyn [removed]) is the happiest person I have seen in years!! She is loving her life at Jackson Oaks!!!!! Everyone has welcomed our family & her so graciously!!!

I think it's great. The staff is just lovely. The food would be about a 7 out of 10. It really is a nice place, I think.

I looked at Copley Place specifically for my mom because they advertise that pets were welcome. This was a huge decision for my mom, since she has lived in her home for 55 years. She was extremely apprehensive initially, but after taking a tour with Pam [removed], she realized what a nice place It was. She moved in November 17, 2015 and approximately 8 weeks later she really likes it there. The people who live their are friendly, the staff is very nice, the 3 meals a day suits her perfectly (she doesn' want to cook at all), the activities are enjoyable. Overall, she is extremely happy withher move. She is exercising more than ever by walking the hall way and taking her dog out. Yes, Rusty, has adjusted well too! This is a perfect plsce for my mom, and since i live in Medina, closer for me to visit.

The amenities are very nice. The housekeeping does a nice job. The employees are personable, receptive, and considerate of the seniors. The meals are very tasty and enjoyed by all, including myself. Loads of activities. Independent living at its best. This is an opinion derived from visiting a loved one for 3 weeks.

The first thing that strikes you when you walk into Valencia Commons is how beautiful and elegant it is. It really is gorgeous. It is like staying in a grand old hotel. The staff is wonderful here and the level of care is excellent. The food and the food service could be better, but the quality of care and treatment of the residents is outstanding.

This is a very nice place that is clean and well run. The staff is always helpful and very attentive to the residents. They made the transition in moving here go smoothly. This has been a difficult decision for us, but I think we made the right one.

The facility and the room here are very nice. It is kind of like an upscale hotel here. The facility is always kept clean. The food service is nice. They offer three full meals and also snacks during the day. There are lots of social activities that seem fun and engaging. The staff is great. They are very friendly and accommodating.

My father in law really loves it. He can be quite picky so this is huge. The staff are excellent.

Very friendly staff! The facility is super clean. They have many activities throughout the day to keep people active and involved. The food is great, with several options to choose from at each meal. It is in a very good residential area, close to lots of shopping.
