I have chosen Hartland Hills and it is everything I had hoped. It is cost effective, friendly. mnagers are kind and responsive. I have been here a little over a week and am all moved in and comfy. Have already made many new friends. reccomend highly!

They have been so helpful the lady that helped us get in went above and beyond to assist us because we had a lot of needs in the beginning. I have been very happy with this place.

We love it. I love it, she loves it. We love everyone's attitude in the place. Everyone is very happy, the people are happy, and the people work there are happy, and most importantly my loved one is happy.

It is very nice. She is very happy there. Everything that was printed was true and positive. It's a very nice place I would recommend them to anyone. They are very cooperative. If anything comes up they do a very good job.

The only issue we had is the food. The need to be aware of the salt content. Some of the food is very high in sodium.

So far so good. We don't have any complaints. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. We chose it because they allowed smoking, which is extremely hard to find. I would rate this a five.

It's a great place for seniors that are independent but might need some help doing day to day tasks such as housecleaning, or might need help with nutrition.

I can not think of anything to improve on. I was impressed by the appearance of the building and when you walk in it is classy and clean and everybody is friendly and nice and everything went real smooth.

It is going great. So far so good. I do not have any complaints at all. This is a great facility.

She absolutely loves The Court at Barrhaven. We were looking at all the locations and facilities one day and ended up being here for an hour and she said this is the place she wants to be. She is still getting acclimated but she absolutely loves it. Her diabetes has been under control which was a huge benefit. She is happy and content.

They are friendly. I think maintenance could be improved. They just have one elevator in the place and they kind of wait till it breaks to fix it and some of their washing machines aren't working either. Considering how much it costs, I just think some of the issues could be responded to quicker.

The day we had our appointment to go look at the place we ended up showing up early which was at lunch time, so they invited us to sit down and have lunch, the food was good,everybody seemed friendly,the residents all seemed pretty happy and they called everybody by names. Besides showing us the rooms to look at they also showed us the other things they have to offer Doctor's room, laundry room, hairdresser, Chapel, tv area, game room ext. In the elevator they have a huge calendar for the month that lets you know what activities they are having and what time and where and they have a weekly calendar to let you know what they are having for each meal. Talked to some of the residents and alot of them have been there for over 5 years and they just love it then talked to a few that just moved in within the last year and they loved it to.The day we went to sign paper work after we were done we got to eat dinner there to. Before my mom lived in an apartment and you could just tell she wasn't real happy and she really didn't have an appetite she only weighed In 89 pounds but since moving her in a little over a month ago she always talks about what they're having for their meals what she likes about it, she made a comment the other day she was getting fat because she's gained 10 pounds but she looks healthier and looks way happier. She is glad she made the move and so are we.

We helped a friend locate this facility, and from everything we've seen they're treating him very well! It's a nice looking clean place and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! He has to leave for dialysis treatments a few days a week at lunch time, and they always make sure to have some hot food ready for him when he gets back!

If I could rate the friendliness of the staff a 6 I would and also the care services.

My parents just moved into simi hills and they absolutely love it!!! It is such a warm, inviting community. The managers are so welcoming and attentive to any questions you may have. The grounds and place itself is so beautiful and clean. The food is amazing!!! My parents rave about it. They are so accommodating to all your needs. We are so happy my parents are in a safe, wonderful community.

I could not be happier with the Rolling Hills Ranch and I have to say that the management team is wonderful. They are the nicest people, and I have met a lot of nice friends, so I am really pleased to be here.

Our experience with Alexis Gardens has been a very good one, overall! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were a huge help during the placement process. We were working within a very limited time frame and they really helped keep things moving. They've also been very accommodating of her needs, and had an elevated toilet and grab bars installed only a few days after she moved in. It's just a very nice place overall, and I could tell even from the tour that the people here were happy and well cared for!

This place is great. It is very clean and comfortable here. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from and everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Great staff and the food is decent here too.

The Victorian at McKenzie was wonderful for my mom. She would have no problem going back for respite care. She thought the food was good and she is someone that is very picky. She didn't complain about anything. She doesn't mix very well with others and she was happy that nobody made her do anything that she didn't want to do. One of washing machines was broken but they quickly fixed it. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All across the board it was a good experience.

There are no words that can describe how wonderful Fleming Point is. It was the perfect fit for my sister in law. The studio apt that went directly outside was ideal.. Now let's talk about the personal. From the beginning Bill and Vicki were compassionate to her needs. There wasn't a problem or an issue that they couldn't resolve. It was so reassuring knowing they was available. Finally and most importantly lets talk about Pat and the aide service she provides. She was a gift from heaven. NOBODY has ever taken better care of her. Her kindness and compassion was above and beyond. My sister in law is in the hospital now and told her friend she wanted to go home. Fleming Point is her home
