Although my Grandma never got the chance to live at The Court at Brooklin Whitby (she remains in the care of Rehab), I was able to spend 3 months with the Court of Brooklin getting her suite ready for her. I met some of the kindest and caring people (staff & residents). I am very sad that my Grandma won't be a part of their home. They are fantastic!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Made our mom very welcome!

I have been very pleased with our experience so far! We moved dad in knowing he could no longer live alone. I wish we had made the decision sooner. He has been more social and eating better and finally gained weight. I would highly recommend this community and the staff were amazing during the holidays trying to accommodate our move and help us get adjusted.

So happy that we chose Waterview Court- mom was in the hospital and the Dr recommended this community- She has met several new friends and eating better- SO thankful we found this place!!

Outstanding facility. Much general open space and facilities. Great programs. Good values on cost/expense end of the equation.

I m happy with the care that my mother is getting from this nice caring community. the staff keeps me informed on any changes hat she may have. the community is clean and enjoyed. I like knowing that she is happy with the menu and the gritty of health meals. My mom is always busy with the activities. I would be happy to recommend this community to other families.

The apartment that my parents recently moved into at this community has been a perfect fit for them. They really like all of the great amenities it has to offer and they have a wonderful view outside there window. I like that they have a common activity center where all of the residents can enjoy a nice social environment. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

I am happy with knowing that the care is a big change for my nephew. The staff is always caring and attentive to his needs .The community is clean well maintained. He is happy with the good variety of meals, but they need to be more flexible with the residents as far as meal times. I like knowing that he is participating in activites with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value of this community to other families.

My mother is doing very well since her move, she is thriving there. She loves the housekeeping girl that cleans her room, she mentions that she is amazing. When I initially moved my mother in, they said they make sure she is active but so far, I don't think they have really followed through with that. My mother has a good friend that she made there. They both are not fans of the food. I have not eaten there but it does not look that appealing. Other than that, it has been a very good experience so far.

My mom has been very happy here! She gets the meals that she needs and has made lots of friends. We were concerned as she was not getting out much and not eating well. This has been the best thing we could have done for her. Since my dad passed I knew that she didn't need to be home alone anymore. Of course she wasn't thrilled to be leaving her home but adjusted and is happier than she has been in a very long time!

We toured this community and we did not see what we needed for my grandmother's care. The staff was nice, bt they did not have a caring touch. The menu was appealing and the community was clean. I wanted something more for my grandmother. The rooms did not have what she wanted. Families might want to consider a tour of this community for the care that is good for them

I have no complaints so far about The Regent! The facility is clean and well maintained for my mother. The staff are sure to take care of her. There are many healthy meal options available to my mother, and plenty of activities for her to participate in.

The community was clean and very homelike. The staff were friendly and my friend has a very nice size apt there with her small dog. It is nice that you can bring a pet. She says the meals are good and I plan to join her for lunch soon. I was very impressed with Waterview.

We are very trilled with this community. My mother in law is really enjoying her time here. This is a great, safe community. The staff is great. They were great with their follow up, and keeping in contact with us. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. Everything is working out very well, and I would highly recommend this community.

This was the best location for us with mom having specialists in Shreveport that they even provide transportation to. The lunch that we had on our tour was very good and the apartments were so much larger than the other places we shopped. I could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend.

While my parents are getting adjusted to living here, it is an amazing place and I couldn't be happier. They meet all of the things my father wanted. They live on the main floor, have outdoor space, and a spacious bathroom. they thought of everything when building. It is very nice. The activities area has a large, spacious bathroom right off the area and that was important to my dad. The dining room is exquisite with a dining experience.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Nice open common spaces with lots of natural light. Model room is perfect; available resident rooms not so much. Much smaller, less light. Otherwise, really happy with all services and sense of care they provide. Top choice as of now.

My mother is doing quite well since her move to this community. We are very pleased with all they have done for us. All the staff members are great, and very helpful. The community looks clean, and very well-kept. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

Essex House is a terrific place! I like my apartment, it is not very large but it is just what I need. The staff is fantastic as well as the other residents. everyone has treated me so well. I really like the fact that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. It has been a very positive experience!

Very nice, seems fairly new, well kept and spacious common areas. The studio was way too small and claustrophobic but the one bedroom was fine. Not much storage space, though. I enjoyed the tour and am considering it but price may be a bit too much.
