I think they do a very good job overall at Montara Meadows! The people here are very friendly, and everyone has been such a big help throughout the whole process! The facility itself is very nice, and they keep it very clean, you always see house keepers going up and down the halls tidying up!

They are very eager to sign. Some fees were omitted (service fee not mentioned). Overall what we are getting is about 3 in value because I feel a little misled. The reason for this is that they are not as responsive once you sign.

Burlington Gardens is by far the best place anyone could ask for. From the first time that I went in for a tour to this present day they have gone so far above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible....they are not only friendly and helpful but they truly care about the residents. It is very clean and they have several programs for everyone's tastes. They have made extra effort in helping my dad settle as it was a very difficult transition for him. I cant say enough about this home. Anyone would be lucky to live here

My dad is doing fine at Hidden Lakes. He has medical coverage and physical therapy that he is enjoying. He has had really good meals there. The staff follow up with him on everything. So far everything has gone really well at this facility.

The carpet should be cleaned out in the halls at Greenwood Terrace. Other than that everything has been really great at this facility. The staff are really friendly. They have enough activities but mom had a stroke and doesn't get around to participate. Overall I am really pleased with this facility.

Everyone that I have met have been really nice at Montara Meadows. When we go to visit we notice the grounds need more attention than they are getting. Otherwise the facility is good. The food is great there also. Overall I think it is a lovely place.

We absolutely loved this place when we came to visit. They of course had no openings, because why would such a great place have rooms just sitting open. We were on the waiting list, but we needed something before we got a spot. A great place though.

The care at Valencia Commons was really good. Mom was so sick while there so she was in her room a lot. We did notice how happy and friendly the residents were there when we would walk the halls. Everyone seemed just really happy to be there. If mom would have been healthier when she was there I this she would have really gotten a lot out of being at this facility.

I can't speak to much about Palmer Hills since it is in a different state from where I live. I will say the staff have been really friendly and helpful here. Overall I am really pleased with this facility. Everything gets a 5 star rating from me.

We are very happy to have our dad at Sherbrooke hts in Peterborough. Since dad has been there his diabetes has been better under ccontrol than it has ever been. He is always raving about the great meals and the friendly people.

We are very pleased with how things have turned out with Fleming Point! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are accommodating and very attentive to the residents! They also do an excellent job with the food! Our search was a very urgent one and I appreciated how flexible and accommodating Fleming Point was able to be in that regard, as well.

Super clean home environment, with wide variety of food choices prepared daily by gourmet chef. Senior residents are active and cognitive making it easy for my mother who is independent with only minor caregiver needs. Spacious one bedroom with lots of natural light and a private balcony. They do have an onsite caregiver and home care service vendors onsite which gives me daily piece of mind that someone checks in on her frequently. She recently fell and the caregiver and managers responded immediately and kept me in the loop.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Palmer Hills! Our loved one is very happy here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the people here seem very friendly!

My experience with Primrose Chateau has been a very good one. The people here are very friendly, the place is nice and clean, and they've got all sorts of entertainment and activities to keep everyone busy. It's a very nice place!

I think Redwood Retirement Residence is a great value for a facility. I think It is a very pleasant place to live with both really friendly staff and friendly residents. We use our own services for my loved ones care.

Thornton Place is a wonderful place. Although mother is moving out now. I am not sure why she didn't like. I just don't think it was a good fit for her. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to be doing an okay job. I really don't have any problems with them. I'd say everything is fine. She has a little studio that is kind of small, but it's okay. Other than that, she seems to do pretty well.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Pinegate, I'd give them high marks across the board. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. They're taking excellent care of our loved one, we're entirely satisfied!

The community has been a warm and welcoming place for my mother. She has enjoyed all the activities that they have to offer, as well as the services. They are on time and the food is prepared well for her. The apartment is pleasant and she is enjoying the experience.

What they can improve on is the time limit that they serve their meals. They serve it like a 5-star, first the water, then all the juices and after that the menu and then after about an hour they bring the meal. To me that is way to long.
