They are awesome! She is the happiest I have ever seen her in my life. They have really turned it around. For independent living she gets lots of specialized attention. I liked that it's big but not too big.

Sky Peaks in Reno, NV has been a great experience for my mother. She was the one who decided she wanted to move in and become a resident. I have had the pleasure of eating lunch there with her and her friends and found the food to be very tasty. There's snacks available all day as well as beverages. Her fees include three meals per day, housekeeping once a week, and laundry for her towels and bed linens once per week. She elected to have her personal clothes laundered for a small additional cost once per week. The staff and other residents are extremely friendly. This is an "Independent Living" community. If a person required additional care, contracted professionals can be hired for an additional cost. There are a variety of activities available to her and the other residents. They are in the process of getting a qualified van driver for extra trips. My mother is happy, busy, and is in the process of making new friends.

Thornton Place is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. My mother passed away really unexpectedly. They were wonderful through the process. They helped us move out. I can't even tell you how much they care about their residents. It's about the people, not the money. They sent us flowers and sympathy cards, and not just to me but to my siblings as well. When I toured everyone spoke to me, and it was clear how much they cared, they had us for lunch because they wanted us to see how the food was. I was shocked, we signed a 90 day agreement, but they were able to rent her room out right away, and were able to work with us to close out the agreement, since it was so unexpected.

I have been very impressed with The Westmont. I really like how they included me in all of their activities and informed me of everything in a way that I could adequately explain to the couple that I helped move in there. They were in a very tough spot and this solution really turned out to be a blessing for them.

They have been just fine so far. Everyone is friendly, and we are pretty happy with them. I don't have any complaints at all so far.

So far they have been very friendly. They are very helpful when I need to ask questions. I'm really pleased with the Greenwood Terrace. It has been an excellent experience. The facility is very nice. The inside is always clean. The care services are excellent. They do a very good job. Everything has been great. I would recommend this community. I'm just really pleased with the Greenwood Terrace. It's great.

I am still simply amazed at how fantastic everyone at The Springs has been. When I began this process, I was actually afraid, afraid that I would not be able to do it, afraid that there would not be a place that my Mom would like or moreover I would like. Well, The Springs has made everything workout and my Mom is happy to be there. Sincerest gratitude for all at The Springs who helped us get there...it will not be forgotten.

White Oaks has transformed my Aunt's whole demeanor. She transitioned quickly to her new home, has made many new friends, is involved in may activities, and is overall very happy. The staff here is always welcoming, smiling, greets me every time I come to visit, and is truly concerned for the health and happiness of my aunt. It was not an easy decision initially, but the staff helped us every step of the way - it was the best decision ever and I couldn't be more satisfied!

Moved my dad to Alexis Gardens first of June. He is so happy there, with delicious meals prepared 3 times a day, lots of activities and a new circle of friends! Management was great to work with as we were making arrangements and selecting a unit, doing so over the phone and with family visiting the site as dad and I were in California at the time.

It's been very nice. I would recommend it. My dad is a picky eater but he enjoys the food here. The facility is always very clean and well kept. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The staff has been very helpful with everything. The value is excellent for everything you receive. I can't rate the care services because it is not applicable. My dad doesn't use the care services.

We've had a very good experience with Forsyth Court overall, it is a very nice place! The people here are so so friendly, and they really did a great job helping our loved one feel and home and get settled into the community. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I like how secure it is. Our loved one has a few memory issues, so I like that the outside courtyard area is completely enclosed, we don't have to worry about her getting lost. It's a very nice place overall, and I would recommend it!

I'm very happy with the friendliness. The food service is great as well. They have house keeping. They also have an exercise group. I'm very pleased with the Briarcrest Estates. The facility is very clean and fresh. The staff is very welcoming, nice, and helpful. I haven't used all the services yet but so far so good. I am happy with this community. It is great.

Forest Pines is a very nice community! The staff here are friendly and helpful, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here. The facility is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to offer the residents.

Very inviting atmosphere. Professional, modern and clean, felt like a cruise ship, friendly staff and residents. I was very impressed. Loved the private balcony feature. Only con is that there is no range or oven in the kitchenette, perhaps viewed as a fire hazard?

I think it's a great facility. It's great and perfect for my mom. I think it's great for anyone who can live independently. You got all the activities going on and your surrounded by great staff. The food is good. I would recommend the Maple Suites to anyone who is able to live independently. It's a nice and clean facility. The staff is very nice. The value is pretty good. I can't rate the care services because it is not applicable.

The Genesee Gardens has been very good. Everything has been going good. It is a nice community. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

My brother is currently staying at Bridge Park. At first he was very resistant to the idea, but he was overwhelmed with the kindness that all the residents showed him. He had never been at a place where people were all so friendly and helpful. The meals were very appetizing for the most part, though my brother has complained about them a couple of times (though I am not sure I can fully trust his judgment).

The Chateau at Harveston has been a good experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. It's fairly clean. The staff has been amazing.

Over experience with The Chateau at Harveston has been a very good one, overall! They've done a great job across the board, the people are friendly, the place is clean, and they've got a lot to provide for the residents. We have no complaints!

The most impressive part of the facility is the management team. They truly seem to care about the residents. They also work with the family on any and all wishes.
