Friendly, clean, food is great. Best of all 'Bright'. Close to all Saanich activities and ability to book the Victorians bus for appointments or excursions.

At Willow Grove the staff are really attentive. I really appreciate that. The facility is very clean. The staff are very friendly. They offer plenty of activities but mom doesn't participate in them at this point. Overall the experience so far has been good.

My mother and I met with Nicky Craig today who took us on a tour of their facility. Nicky was very informative and provided us with all the information for the Kingsdale Chateau. Mom absolutely loved it. If provided almost all of mom's needs. I think seeing the garden in the backyard was the deciding factor as mom was an avid gardener. We always had a garden when growing up. Thank you Nicky. We will certainly be in touch soon.

Having lived in a poorly managed ALF, it is certainly nice to be at Birch Heights, where Management demonstrates "How it should be done." The Dining Room is like a restaurant - the service is professional. We do love it here.

My mom really likes it at Heartland Hills. She has made several friends, there are many activities and she likes the food. I'm so glad we found this place!

My loved one seems to be enjoying herself over there at Aspen View and she likes all the people that are there, residents and staff, and they are all nice to her and that is about all I have to say about the place.

At The Manor at Oakridge the staff really go above and beyond their job. I am glad she didn't have to go into a nursing home. I didn't realize there was such a great alternative. It's been a very good experience at this facility.

We are very happy with them so far. They have been happy with the food and activities and everything. It's bright and happy and very nice. It's one of the best places we have come across.

Overall I think they do a really great job at The Springs of Escondido. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and from I have seen they are very interactive with the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to provide for the people who live here. The only small issue we've had is that some of the maintenance issues we had when we moved our loved one in took a bit before they were resolved.

Overall things are going well at Fleming Point. she macular degeneration so she isn't involved in any activities. I know they provide plenty though. Mentally she is doing really good, it's just her eyes that prevent her from doing certain things. So far nothing needs improvement at this facility.

Our experience with The Court at Rushdale has been a very good one, so far! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they've done a great job making our entire family feel welcome at the community! They got our loved one's apartment repainted and freshened up before he moved in, and they even invited us all to stay for dinner the day we moved him in! I liked that the place felt bright and spacious, as well. It's just a very nice place, overall!

I am really pleased with Genesee Gardens. The only complaint I have is that the housekeeper is not doing her job. She is not sweeping or vacuuming. She really seems to only be making the bed. All the residents say that the housekeeping on the second floor isn't as good as the first and third floor. The food is real good here. The staff allow family to come in and eat free of charge. They really encourage family involvement. She is happy here. She is doing better here than she was at home.

They are very helpful in supporting the whole family. I felt ver comfortable placing my father.

My loved one seems to be doing well there at Vista De La Montana. She likes the people and the meals and the activities and if there are ever any issues they are prompt at getting back to me and letting me know. So far, so good.

We recently placed our loved one in Willow Grove, and while I haven't had a chance to visit personally yet I've heard nothing but good things! We'd originally selected a different community for Mom, but a last minute tour really won her over! The facility itself is very new, and feels bright and cheerful inside. Mom really seems to be enjoying their busy activity schedule as well!

Every time we enter the building you get a warm, good feeling; an aura that radiates. The beautiful, bright dining room and high ceilings make you feel like you are outside. The staff is very courteous, friendly and do everything to make your daily life rich and full. It is pet friendly and our two dogs love the many residents and staff that pet them. The Court at Brooklin has a good location and is close to medical centre, pharmacy, shopping and pet needs. We have a new bus which is awesome for getting to appointments and fun trips. The staff, both full time and students always generate warmth, respect and dedication to their duties. We are very happy here.

I think they do a very good job overall at Montara Meadows! The people here are very friendly, and everyone has been such a big help throughout the whole process! The facility itself is very nice, and they keep it very clean, you always see house keepers going up and down the halls tidying up!

They are very eager to sign. Some fees were omitted (service fee not mentioned). Overall what we are getting is about 3 in value because I feel a little misled. The reason for this is that they are not as responsive once you sign.

Burlington Gardens is by far the best place anyone could ask for. From the first time that I went in for a tour to this present day they have gone so far above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible....they are not only friendly and helpful but they truly care about the residents. It is very clean and they have several programs for everyone's tastes. They have made extra effort in helping my dad settle as it was a very difficult transition for him. I cant say enough about this home. Anyone would be lucky to live here

My dad is doing fine at Hidden Lakes. He has medical coverage and physical therapy that he is enjoying. He has had really good meals there. The staff follow up with him on everything. So far everything has gone really well at this facility.
