Excellent visit, place really impressed me. Residents and staff very friendly. All questions answered. Facility fantastic. Apartments beautiful, my only issue was lack of kitchen appliances, not ready give that up, but there is an alternative for baking etc. Dinning room looks appetizing. Definitely a place I would like to be.

My mother is very happy here. She loves having a balcony with a nice view, plenty of closet space and very comfortable living space. She has not needed care services, so could not rate it fairly. People and staff are very friendly. Small dogs and cats are welcome! Drug store and Dollar Tree are within walking distance. Wish meal plan was more user friendly. They are all included, but served at exact times. Since breakfast is at 8:30, my mother will never make it quite that early. A small self serve breakfast buffet would be nice a couple times a week. So nice that activities are available plus occasional entertainment and crafts. A very nice place for Mom.

It is good overall and the people are great. They have lots of games and crafts, but my mom is more into art and literature and she said the food was okay but not as good as she thought. They really do not have any field trips. and Simi has a lot of stuff for seniors. Maybe they could make an effort into bringing in more speakers or take them to the Senior Center in Simi. They are engaging my mom by getting ideas from her.

We really liked it. It was bright, and people were up walking around, It's what I would expect, but sadly didn't find at a lot of places. It's a very nice place.

They are doing an excellent job. We are very happy with them. It's clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. We don't have any complaints. They are excellent.

It's been great so far. The people are friendly, it's clean. The food is good, she likes it. They have lots of activities and entertainment, exercise classes, and they would have something going on almost every night during the holidays.

This is a wonderful home, the suites are a good size and bright, the services are excellent and the chef, bus driver and staff are all attentive, professional and kind. the only drawback is the cost.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at The Manor at Oakridge! It is a clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly! They seem to take great care of the people who live here. I would recommend it!

They've done an excellent job so far at Quail Run Estates! The meals are exceptional, the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating, and they take take great care of the people who live here! The facility itself is very nice as well, the rooms are always well kept and clean!

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Greenwood Terrace. It is a very nice place with wonderfully friendly helpful staff. If there is one thing where they could improve it would be to have a more organized process to help new residents and their families get acclimated. They are always helpful and always friendly, and mom now absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend them.

They are very good. The people were very good. But they had three floors full of residents. The individual care wasn't as great as it is at a smaller place. We have never found the food to be really lacking, but the ladies always found something to complain about.

They were just great at helping mom move in, even letting us start setting things up a little early. They have always been very helpful, great at answering questions and handling any issues that come up. They have been great to work with, and the management team they have there is just outstanding.

Very friendly residents managers and all associated with this place. I love my apartment. Was greeted by my first name by all as soon as i arrived. I met everyone on my floor around me in about half an hour. I arrived around 5 pm in the evening and my tv was hooked up by early the next morning. The chef went to the pharmacy for me. I think that is above and beyond his job description. Everyone has been so warm helpful and friendly. Sharon A.

We have looked at a couple of places so far. This is one of them. It's very nice and we liked it. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

They've done a great job so far at Echo Ridge. There was some really good personalized service right when they moved in to help get them acclimated to the community. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff continue to be very friendly and helpful.

They were very patient. My dad went back and forth while checking out numerous places, and they were very patient and kind. I have no complaints at all, they have really been great and I would highly recommend Essex House.

It's going pretty well. I really like it. I don't have any complaints about anything really. The staff is nice and it's clean. The food isn't always great, but it's not bad and most of the time it's pretty good.

So far everything is good, and we are happy with them. The staff is friendly and it's kept clean. I don't have any concerns. They are doing a good job.

My sister and I both were very impressed with the place. I even told my husband that we should move there! My mother is there now, and she is very happy. It was a big adjustment, but she is doing well and loves the food. I have no complaints. It's been a good experience and I would highly recommend Vista De La Montana.

It was just a really easy transition for my dad. He was ready to move in the first time he saw it. Everybody was very nice, and it's a great social atmosphere, which dad likes a lit. It couldn't have been any easier, which meant a lot to us considering the timing (mom had just passed away). We would certainly recommend Rolling Hills Ranch.
