The people are friendly and all the tenants are friendly. I really have nothing bad to say. I would definitely recommend them. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the food. My loved one is used to her own cooking, and for her to have different dishes, she is just not used to it, but she seems happy with it.

Overall they have just been great. They are extremely friendly and try really hard to meet the needs of the people that live there. My mother just had her birthday there and they all sang happy birthday to her and made it a very pleasant experience.

Everything that they have done has been wonderful. Rob, the sales manager, as well as the whole staff, has been very welcoming and helpful. They have made it a smooth transition for my mom and for us it has really been great. They have really good activities that she enjoys. I have eaten there a few times and the food is great. I really can't even think of anything they could improve on. We are very well pleased.

We just like the friendliness and we have enjoyed the entertainment that they have had. So far, we have enjoyed being here.

It is a nice place and my grandmother seems happy there.

So far it's wonderful. They love the food. It's been a positive move. They are more involved, and seem happy. The Woods seemed to have a better value for the money. Their people were very responsive to our inquiry, and attentive in showing us around and having us try the food, and following up with us. They went above and beyond and that's why we chose them.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Willow Grove seemed like a very nice place overall! The people here were friendly, and the facility seemed clean and well kept. This would definitely have been somewhere we would be comfortable placing our loved one, however she ended up selecting another property in an area of town she was more familiar with.

I keep asking my mother (the one staying at Valencia Commons) and she keeps telling me that she loves it there and is very happy. She never did get a chance to speak with the cook to express her specific dietary requests, but the food there was pretty decent. There was an instance where she sat down for dinner and had one of the other residents tell her that it was her spot, and she felt like she had to leave that table. I did not like that. Other than that she has made friends there and really seems to be happy.

They have listened to the needs of the family and of our mother who is staying there and they have been very accommodating, going out of their way to meet our requests and help out. It shows that they genuinely care. We really like and would highly recommend them.

Another elevator would be nice, they only have one elevator and it gets a little crowded and people have to wait.

The people are fantastic, they work with you, you never feel like you're being sold a used car. The price was perfect, the location was perfect, the facility is amazing, the food and the dining room were amazing. There are constant upgrades, really a nice place.

I don't think they could do anything better. They were very nice and clean and efficient and they were very cordial. And I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

I think that they definitely seem very interested in all the residents and when my father got sick they came and saw the residents. They went out of their way to do some extra association with the residents which is very helpful.

It's been a great place for my mom.

Things are going very well at Aspen View. It is a nice looking clean place, and the people are friendly. I am completely satisfied!

After doing a lot of research in the Peterborough area, I finally settled on moving mom to Sherbrooke Heights. Mom was very hesistant about making a move at first but Chad & Janette did a wonderful job of making her feel it was her decision to make. She did a trial stay to ensure it was the best decision and fell in love with the place. The staff, meals, and activities are fabulous and their pricing is the best bang for your buck in Peterborough. I would highly recommend them as they truly care about their residents and make it enjoyable!

They are awesome! She is the happiest I have ever seen her in my life. They have really turned it around. For independent living she gets lots of specialized attention. I liked that it's big but not too big.

Sky Peaks in Reno, NV has been a great experience for my mother. She was the one who decided she wanted to move in and become a resident. I have had the pleasure of eating lunch there with her and her friends and found the food to be very tasty. There's snacks available all day as well as beverages. Her fees include three meals per day, housekeeping once a week, and laundry for her towels and bed linens once per week. She elected to have her personal clothes laundered for a small additional cost once per week. The staff and other residents are extremely friendly. This is an "Independent Living" community. If a person required additional care, contracted professionals can be hired for an additional cost. There are a variety of activities available to her and the other residents. They are in the process of getting a qualified van driver for extra trips. My mother is happy, busy, and is in the process of making new friends.

Thornton Place is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. My mother passed away really unexpectedly. They were wonderful through the process. They helped us move out. I can't even tell you how much they care about their residents. It's about the people, not the money. They sent us flowers and sympathy cards, and not just to me but to my siblings as well. When I toured everyone spoke to me, and it was clear how much they cared, they had us for lunch because they wanted us to see how the food was. I was shocked, we signed a 90 day agreement, but they were able to rent her room out right away, and were able to work with us to close out the agreement, since it was so unexpected.

I have been very impressed with The Westmont. I really like how they included me in all of their activities and informed me of everything in a way that I could adequately explain to the couple that I helped move in there. They were in a very tough spot and this solution really turned out to be a blessing for them.
