I moved here after not such a great experience across the street. We are able to be there together, my husband and I. It's more than I thought was available. Everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. All meals are provided 24-7, and are very good. It's gracious and large, and well designed for elder issues. Anything I felt we needed, like an extra grab bar they were able to install for me right away. They are really good. They have an office for home health care on site. They have the beauty shop and a chapel and a small library, and a game area, and they do 4-5 activities everyday. It really is wonderful!

They've done an excellent job overall at The Manor at Woodside. The staff are all very friendly, patient, and professional, and they try their best to make each individual resident feel comfortable and at home. My loved one can be difficult, but they've really gone out of their way trying to make things to her liking. The facility itself has a very pleasant environment, and they keep everything looking well kept and clean.

She is loving it, She is very pleased with it in fact. We got a real nice room. There isn't anything negative I could say, we have no complaints at all. Someone comes once a week to clean the room. They were one of the most responsive places we found, getting back to us right away after we inquired. It doesn't have that nursing home feel or smell. Everyone is very friendly and receptive, anytime she needs something or asks a question, they are very attentive.

They are very accommodating. The food is good, and everything about the place is a very good experience. I can't think of much they can do to improve. One area might be to have someone act as an ambassador of sorts to help the new residents that are otherwise hesitant to get out and get involved with the others to do so.

My mother in law loves it at Hidden Lakes! She is very happy there. They are there for her, and have just been very attentive to her every need.

Friendly staff, very attractive facility, lots to do. Love the 3 meals a day, plus side items like fruit and pastries through the day and love the shuttle.

What impresses me the most about Greenwood Terrace is the fact that they have really taken the time to personally get to know my mom. They do not treat her like just another patient/resident, but like a person that is worth getting to know personally, which has made mom feel as welcome and at home as she possibly can. We have been very happy with Greenwood Terrace and would highly recommend them.

Simply put, they have done everything that they said they are going to do. The staff is very cordial and very nice. We have no complaints.

They need more help. They do seem to be a little understaffed, particularly in the evenings. Other than that, I would say that they do an excellent job. I am happy here and it has been a very pleasant experience.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I would give Birch Heights top marks across the board, it was a very nice looking place! The staff were all very friendly, and it seems like they take great care of the people who live here.

Excellent facilities and value. Level of care was right on point. My mother-in-law's health and mental alertness and engagement has improved tenfold.

Red Bud offers my mother the chance to live in a safe clean place yet retain her independence.

They've done a great job at The Lodge at Cold Spring so far! They're very very welcoming, and great at integrating new residents and introducing them to all the activities. All of the management staff seem very friendly, and the caregivers appear to take great care of the residents. They also do a great job with the food, we got to try it and it was good. Mom felt very comfortable here!

They do everything that they say they're going to do. They do need to do something better with the in-site activities on the premises. The man and woman that run the place are simply outstanding and highly to be praised.

My mom is very happy at The Lodge at Cold Spring, though ome days she wishes there was more activities. The managers that were there when my mom checked in a month ago are now gone and new ones are coming in, so the turnover may be a bit concerning.

Everything is good so far. I have no complaints. My dad really likes it there. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good. We are really happy with it.

They go out of their way to make their people happy. Really satisfied, five stars across the board!

They've done a great job so far at Blair House! It is a bright, cheery place, the employees are all very friendly, and all the people here seem happy! They've got a lot to provide for their residents, they keep everything very clean, and even the food is wonderful! And really, what matters most, is that my Mom seems happy.

I'm doing a whole lot better than I was health wise. They are feeding me a lot better than I was feeding myself. The facility is above satisfactory and the staff is above wonderful. There is plenty of entertainment, if I choose to join in. My only complaint is that when they make an announcement over the PA I can hear the chime clearly but I can't hear the announcement unless I jump up and run to the door. I think they are doing a great job though, I am very happy with them.

we moved our parents there. we are very happy with their services. hen you walk in the front door, you'll see all the lights. it's very charming and friendly. Their food is absolutely delicious. I can't wait to get old enough to live here. it's fabulous. The staff is caring and professional. It's just a lovely place and we love it there.
