We really like the Alexis Gardens as they are close to where we are living. The layout of the community is also very nice as they have a lot of outdoor area which allows for people to take walks around the community or enjoy the local nature. The staff are very friendly and stay in contact with us monthly about the various activities that they are having. The rooms are also quite nice with a modern feel to them.

My grandmother moved to Alexis Gardens this past December and couldn't be happier! The staff is so warm and the overall atmosphere is uplifting. She loves the food, the housekeeping and all the activities. She said it's like being on a cruise! I

I have been living here for over two weeks. I love this place. The apartments are very nice and the food is great. Most importantly the other residents are wonderful. Howie

I have been very pleasantly surprised by the people who live here. So many of them are active and happy and going places and doing things. The meals are excellent, good quality and lots of variety. One thing that has bothered me is that one of the two washers on our wing has been out of order for about six weeks now. I have asthma and the air circulation here is very good, which is one of the reasons I chose this place. I am very happy here!

They do a wonderful job at Rock Creek, they've really made my loved one feel at home! They really go out of their way here to help people feel comfortable, and to get new residents integrated with the community. They've been very accommodating throughout the whole process, and any time we had a suggestion on something they could do to help Dad feel more at home they were right on top of it! The facility itself is very nice looking, it has a great vibe. I really like the open atrium area!

My mother moved into Pinegate 3 weeks ago and she is so happy there! The staff is wonderful, from food service to housekeeping to management! Everyone made it a point to make her feel welcome to a new home. She had been so stressed to have to move out of our home and the transition was so smooth. We feel great about her decision! Everyone is very caring and friendly. There is an upbeat atmosphere evident each time I go to The Springs of Escondido to visit my parents who live there.

I would like the choices of food to be a higher quality. Everything else is excellent. The staff is outstanding. The mangement team is very caring helpful with the residents.

I was very impressed with the Cedar Ridge Community. My friend passed away before she moved in but I did tour the community and was very pleased with what I saw. The housekeepers offered to help as I was moving her belongings in. The two managers on staff were great. I did ask residents about their experience and many had lived there for a few years even though the community is only 8 years old. I did notice many activities going on as I was moving things in, including musicians. Activities were at least twice daily.

My mother is absolutely loving her new place and her new life at Andover! The food is top notch, the people are wonderful and I am thrilled my mother is in a safe and caring environment now!!

The onsite managers are friendly, helpful, and caring. They are personally involved with the residents and make special allowances to assist with problems. The apartments are clean, and well set up. The staff were friendly and the residents were bright, cheerful, and active. It felt like a great combination of home and a resort. Also, the help from A Place for Mom was invaluable. I can't say enough positive about both of these groups.

Mom loved the tour and the facilities. She decided that day that The Court at Pringle Creek was for her. As her daughter, I too was impressed with the services the facility provided. Thank you for your time in helping us find a new home for mom.

I talked to Kelsey. He was very helpful. He called me right away. He definitely understands seniors and what they need. Very nice young man.

Excellent visit, place really impressed me. Residents and staff very friendly. All questions answered. Facility fantastic. Apartments beautiful, my only issue was lack of kitchen appliances, not ready give that up, but there is an alternative for baking etc. Dinning room looks appetizing. Definitely a place I would like to be.

My mother is very happy here. She loves having a balcony with a nice view, plenty of closet space and very comfortable living space. She has not needed care services, so could not rate it fairly. People and staff are very friendly. Small dogs and cats are welcome! Drug store and Dollar Tree are within walking distance. Wish meal plan was more user friendly. They are all included, but served at exact times. Since breakfast is at 8:30, my mother will never make it quite that early. A small self serve breakfast buffet would be nice a couple times a week. So nice that activities are available plus occasional entertainment and crafts. A very nice place for Mom.

It is good overall and the people are great. They have lots of games and crafts, but my mom is more into art and literature and she said the food was okay but not as good as she thought. They really do not have any field trips. and Simi has a lot of stuff for seniors. Maybe they could make an effort into bringing in more speakers or take them to the Senior Center in Simi. They are engaging my mom by getting ideas from her.

We really liked it. It was bright, and people were up walking around, It's what I would expect, but sadly didn't find at a lot of places. It's a very nice place.

They are doing an excellent job. We are very happy with them. It's clean and the staff is friendly and responsive. We don't have any complaints. They are excellent.
