Caring staff that has been willing to go above and beyond to help my Mom settle in and feel at home. The food is simply amazing! My Mom has been there only one week and has already begun to feel at home because of the kindness and patience of both the staff and the other residents. I know without a doubt that I have found the best place in the world for my Mom at this time in her life!

This is a wonderful caring community. The staff has been very easy to deal with. My 88 year old Mom who is living on her own for the first time in her life is thriving.

I chose them for value for what you get for your money, all the amenities and everything that are included. The other thing was that at the time we got a locked in rate, with no yearly increase. The only thing, which a lot of the people don't really need, but I would have like to have seen more garages for parking, they only have a small number of garages.

Everything all around is just wonderful. Staff's friendliness, cleanliness and space, just could not get any better. The staff is very quick to respond for aid. Everyone in any level of management and staff was very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to help. The cost is great and fits within the budget. Whatever concern, they will work with you. Just wonderful and we are very happy with our choice.

From the moment I step in this facility I was greeted with opened arms . This was comforting to know that it was upbeat place for my sister who is fairly young. They gave me assurance that they would do everything within there powers to provide a family atmosphere . I make one to two visits per week and there is never anything out of place. The facility is clean and smell good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food In the cafeteria is very tasty. Sometime I'll drop in to visit my sister for lunch or dinner and I've never haven't had a bad meal. I love going to see my sister because she seem so happy and overall she is doing better.

I went on a tour on Friday to the Village Gate of Farmington and this place was absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful, the cafeteria looks like it could be part of a banquet hall, it's just beautiful. If I was old enough, I would move in myself!

I am pretty happy with it. I don't like some of the meals, they are all edible and some are better than others, but I can't eat that much. It would be nice if they could have some sandwiches or cookies available later in the evening, like eight or nine o'clock. It's a long time between 5 at night and 7, something they could put in the cooler and you could serve yourself would be fine. One of the reasons I chose this place is that the prices for what you get seemed to be better here.

My father had a 2 week stay there which was terrific for him! He made new friends and the staff were very accommodating and helpful to him. I highly recommend this community.

The facility is very nice and the food is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. Not covered by our long term care insurance, so had to move.

Great community, but we need a place where my mother wouldn't have to move again should she need more care.

It's pretty good, the people are very friendly. The residents are friendly, and so is the staff, they are really very caring. They have answered all of our questions pretty efficiently. The food is good, they have been watching out for her and taking care of her. It's kept pretty clean. They have enough activities going on. We don't have any concerns so far.

They are doing a wonderful job, she is so happy there. There is only one concern and that is they have a card getting in and out the door after 9:00, and it's not working. They thought they fixed it, and issued a new card, but it's still not working. Other than that, the food is good, the housekeeping is good, It's clean, and they have great activities. It's working well!

We're very pleased with how things have gone so far with Alexis Gardens! I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a nice looking place, and the staff all seem very friendly and competent. One of the things that drew us to this place was that when we toured we saw a lot of residents out and about. I was also impressed by what I saw of the food!

The staff is definitely a ten. They’re a very friendly and professional group of people. Everything is great! I don’t have any complaints. We were there for Father’s day and the food was excellent. The kitchen has recently been worked on. So for a while they were getting finger foods, but now they’re getting real home cooked meals again.

They are fabulous!! They are very clean! They have been very friendly. She is pretty happy with the activities, they have jewelry making, and horse racing. The food was really good when she first got there, but it's dropped a little since she has been there, probably a 3 at this point. The room is clean and bright, it's a very nice place.

My loved one loves it there! My loved one loves going on the bus trips. They’ve been to the museum and today they are going fishing. Every Wednesday they do a different trip. The concern of the staff is really awesome. The staff is so protective.

Overall we've been pleased with how things are going at The Chateau at Harveston. It's a very nice community, always very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. They generally just do a great job, and the staff have been very accommodating to any specific requests we've had.

It’s very stable place, a loving place – it’s like being at home. The people that live there are wonderful – like a large family. The food is excellent. In the front there is seating for people. There is enough parking.

Due to falls and injuries, my parents were no longer safe in their home. I called "A Place for Mom", and within hours I had several choices. My brothers and I looked at Maple Suites first because the location best fit and there was an availability right away. When we saw it, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the entire place, inside and out. The people at Maple Suites are incredibly helpful and understanding of all of our needs. My mother has dementia, and was a bit resistant, but the staff helped us deal with making sure Mum was comfortable. The move occurred within a month. Though a stressful time for my parents and my brothers, we managed to pull it off. Mum and Dad were able to keep their cats with them and stay together in a stress free environment, and we can sleep better at night knowing that help is just a few feet away. My parents love the food. I am very happy to see them eating balanced meals and they haven't complained once about the menu. All around, we know we have made the best choice. They are both happy and making new friends, and once they settle in a little more, I'm sure they will take part in the many activities offered.
