It's been great so far. The people are friendly, it's clean. The food is good, she likes it. They have lots of activities and entertainment, exercise classes, and they would have something going on almost every night during the holidays.

This is a wonderful home, the suites are a good size and bright, the services are excellent and the chef, bus driver and staff are all attentive, professional and kind. the only drawback is the cost.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at The Manor at Oakridge! It is a clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly! They seem to take great care of the people who live here. I would recommend it!

They've done an excellent job so far at Quail Run Estates! The meals are exceptional, the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating, and they take take great care of the people who live here! The facility itself is very nice as well, the rooms are always well kept and clean!

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Greenwood Terrace. It is a very nice place with wonderfully friendly helpful staff. If there is one thing where they could improve it would be to have a more organized process to help new residents and their families get acclimated. They are always helpful and always friendly, and mom now absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend them.

They are very good. The people were very good. But they had three floors full of residents. The individual care wasn't as great as it is at a smaller place. We have never found the food to be really lacking, but the ladies always found something to complain about.

They were just great at helping mom move in, even letting us start setting things up a little early. They have always been very helpful, great at answering questions and handling any issues that come up. They have been great to work with, and the management team they have there is just outstanding.

Very friendly residents managers and all associated with this place. I love my apartment. Was greeted by my first name by all as soon as i arrived. I met everyone on my floor around me in about half an hour. I arrived around 5 pm in the evening and my tv was hooked up by early the next morning. The chef went to the pharmacy for me. I think that is above and beyond his job description. Everyone has been so warm helpful and friendly. Sharon A.

We have looked at a couple of places so far. This is one of them. It's very nice and we liked it. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

They've done a great job so far at Echo Ridge. There was some really good personalized service right when they moved in to help get them acclimated to the community. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff continue to be very friendly and helpful.

They were very patient. My dad went back and forth while checking out numerous places, and they were very patient and kind. I have no complaints at all, they have really been great and I would highly recommend Essex House.

It's going pretty well. I really like it. I don't have any complaints about anything really. The staff is nice and it's clean. The food isn't always great, but it's not bad and most of the time it's pretty good.

So far everything is good, and we are happy with them. The staff is friendly and it's kept clean. I don't have any concerns. They are doing a good job.

My sister and I both were very impressed with the place. I even told my husband that we should move there! My mother is there now, and she is very happy. It was a big adjustment, but she is doing well and loves the food. I have no complaints. It's been a good experience and I would highly recommend Vista De La Montana.

It was just a really easy transition for my dad. He was ready to move in the first time he saw it. Everybody was very nice, and it's a great social atmosphere, which dad likes a lit. It couldn't have been any easier, which meant a lot to us considering the timing (mom had just passed away). We would certainly recommend Rolling Hills Ranch.

I moved here after not such a great experience across the street. We are able to be there together, my husband and I. It's more than I thought was available. Everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. All meals are provided 24-7, and are very good. It's gracious and large, and well designed for elder issues. Anything I felt we needed, like an extra grab bar they were able to install for me right away. They are really good. They have an office for home health care on site. They have the beauty shop and a chapel and a small library, and a game area, and they do 4-5 activities everyday. It really is wonderful!

They've done an excellent job overall at The Manor at Woodside. The staff are all very friendly, patient, and professional, and they try their best to make each individual resident feel comfortable and at home. My loved one can be difficult, but they've really gone out of their way trying to make things to her liking. The facility itself has a very pleasant environment, and they keep everything looking well kept and clean.

She is loving it, She is very pleased with it in fact. We got a real nice room. There isn't anything negative I could say, we have no complaints at all. Someone comes once a week to clean the room. They were one of the most responsive places we found, getting back to us right away after we inquired. It doesn't have that nursing home feel or smell. Everyone is very friendly and receptive, anytime she needs something or asks a question, they are very attentive.

They are very accommodating. The food is good, and everything about the place is a very good experience. I can't think of much they can do to improve. One area might be to have someone act as an ambassador of sorts to help the new residents that are otherwise hesitant to get out and get involved with the others to do so.

My mother in law loves it at Hidden Lakes! She is very happy there. They are there for her, and have just been very attentive to her every need.
