Our experience with Alexis Gardens has been a very good one, overall! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were a huge help during the placement process. We were working within a very limited time frame and they really helped keep things moving. They've also been very accommodating of her needs, and had an elevated toilet and grab bars installed only a few days after she moved in. It's just a very nice place overall, and I could tell even from the tour that the people here were happy and well cared for!

This place is great. It is very clean and comfortable here. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from and everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Great staff and the food is decent here too.

The Victorian at McKenzie was wonderful for my mom. She would have no problem going back for respite care. She thought the food was good and she is someone that is very picky. She didn't complain about anything. She doesn't mix very well with others and she was happy that nobody made her do anything that she didn't want to do. One of washing machines was broken but they quickly fixed it. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. All across the board it was a good experience.

There are no words that can describe how wonderful Fleming Point is. It was the perfect fit for my sister in law. The studio apt that went directly outside was ideal.. Now let's talk about the personal. From the beginning Bill and Vicki were compassionate to her needs. There wasn't a problem or an issue that they couldn't resolve. It was so reassuring knowing they was available. Finally and most importantly lets talk about Pat and the aide service she provides. She was a gift from heaven. NOBODY has ever taken better care of her. Her kindness and compassion was above and beyond. My sister in law is in the hospital now and told her friend she wanted to go home. Fleming Point is her home

Things have gone very well at Uffelman Estates! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept facility. The staff here has been very friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here! I would recommend them.

Facility is clean, staff very considerate and helpful, location excellent.

Loved the people and property. Brian was charming and informative. The amenities are like an all inclusive resort. Everything you need to be safe, secure and to have fun. Two manager couples live on site. Nursing staff on site. Activities galour. Dining room has menu like a restaurant with 2 specials a day for dinner. We ate dinner there and it was delicious. All well worth the money.

Stamford Estates it is an awesome facility. Their staff is good from bottom all the way to the top. I am impressed with the facility. It is comforting to know that there is a place like this to have your loved ones in. It makes me feel very secure. This facility is really perfect.

I would have to say that the Valencia Commons is a beautiful facility in a very desirable neighborhood. The staff is very professional and they have really worked hard to move both of my parents in there

Everyone is NICE! Had many choices for my parents but chose this as for the price .... can't beat it. Food was a huge concern and overall .... excellent.

Overall I would have to say the communication is excellent, you can contact them at anytime. She is still adjusting, but she is well cared for and they watch out for her and when things aren't right they recognize it and it has been a positive experience.

I don't see this as a seniors residence, I kind of view it as a Golf resort without the golf course.

I love this place! They have been so incredibly welcoming to my grandparents. The staff is excellent, food is great, all together, very satisfied.

I enjoyed the interview. I really liked the place, it was great. I don't have anything bad about to say about it. They were warm and friendly. It was just out of my price range at the time. I can't see any improvements that need to be made.

The reception we received to organize something for my mom was exceptional. The facilities are pristine, elegant and the staff is very friendly. My mom will only be moving there in 3 months so it is hard to assess, but so far so good. Fine-tuning some administrative issues is a little more complex then I would like (cat & mouse chasing); a little disappointed with that. Zofia (head housekeeper) really makes the experience delightful for my mom.

Staff and residents very friendly. showed me units within my price range, and invited me for lunch. Food was good, and the residents I sat with were long time, and all commented that the staff is what made this place stand out. I am leaning towards this home.

It is a little pricey. The services are wonderful though. It is very modern and very well-kept. The grounds are beautiful and the apartment my parents have is huge. I can't complain about anything, except it is just a little expensive. The staff is willing to work with you and have gone above and beyond to help out. They really step up when the need too. Everyone seems very caring. The food looks wonderful, they have a restaurant style dining area.

First off, the common areas are spotless. The dining room is spotless. My Mother-In-Law thinks the food is out of this world. She has a hard time believing food is all inclusive. She has a patio apartment that looks out on the very well kept grounds. This place is a great value.
