Coming to the Kingsdale has been such a positive experience for our mother. The staff at Kingsdale are so friendly and helpful and assisted us in making the move for mom as stress free as possible. Mom's room is beautiful, clean and bright. I have not seen my mom this happy in a long time. She is now making new friends, and now experiencing all the amenities available to her. She is having such fun. Her life now has a purpose. Dining at the Kingsdale is like being at a five star restaurant. The food is great with such a variety of choices and the staff are very friendly and patient when waiting on tables in the dining area. My sisters and I are so happy in knowing that we made the correct decision in choosing the Kingsdale as mom's new home.

It's such a relief to have my mother in a safe friendly envirement. Everyone of the staff bends over backwards to make accommodations and remember the residents and their preferences. I couldn't be happier with the facility and all its provisions including a beautiful and useful outdoor area for residents to walk, sit and entertain family and friends. My mother will tell anyone who asks how she likes it there, "The food is so good!" She also says she loves her apartment, loves Maple Downs, I just miss home. That is the sad part of moving but Maple Downs wonderful staff does everything they can to make the transition easier including putting up with meddling family with a smile and great tolerance ??

My father in law has really adjusted well to this community and he really likes it here. This community looks lovely, everything is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They do offer good activities when the residents are ready to participate. He enjoys the food, they do sever nice meals. Overall everything is going pretty well and I would recommend this community.

I cannot say enough good things about Cedar Ridge. My 93 year old Mom had had infections which placed her in the hospital for 6 days then in rehab for 21. Realizing that she could no longer stay at home I turned to Cedar Ridge. Her room was not ready so they allowed her to stay in the guest room for 2 weeks. Unfortunately she was only in her room for 3 days then had to return to the hospital, then finally the Hospice Home for 7 days where she passed away. All this time the people at Cedar Ridge inquired about her health and were genuinely concerned. As I was there I saw how happy the people were and how greatly they were treated and were on a first name basis with the front office staff. These people get a 5 star plus rating in my opinion.

We toured this as we were looking for options. It was really nice, and we ended up going with a different Holiday location. This was very comparable in quality, but had a more suburban feel. It was more subdued, and just a little quieter than the location we went with. Very comparable though, and I have been very happy with the location we did pick.

Everything is going very well for my mother at this community and we are very pleased. The community looks great and everything looks nice and clean. They have a very good staff at this community. They have been very responsive and helpful. She has tried out some new activities and she loves the meals. The maintenance guy is very quick to fix anything you have problems with. The medical team are great at caring for her, I am very pleased. It has been a great experience for us and I would recommend this community.

I love it here at Durham Regent. It Is warm and inviting from the staff To the residents. The three meals a day are delicious and I enjoy being Served like I am someone special! I really enjoy the activities and Nicki, The coordinator, is a smiley and happy person who loves her job! Housekeeping cleans my apt once a Week and washes the linens. We always have fresh towels and toilet Paper is provided. If you need Assistance, there are aids available For a reasonable price. The Legacy Program helps you with physical And occupational therapy and incontenance issues. Wellness class Is offered four days a week and includes exercise and positive Reinforcement. This is a happy place to be. The smiles tell the story from the moment you enter the facility. I dont Want to leave. This is my family Now and until my dying days. I feel God brought me here and its my Piece of heaven!

I happened to be in the area looking for someplace for my mom to move to. Didn't realize this was for the older crowd, but it worked to my advantage. What impressed me most was how fun it seemed. Everyone was laughing and having a great time. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me understand how to best make plans for the long distance move. I just couldn't convince mom to move here to Shreveport. If I do, this is where she will be. No doubt about it.

Love the place, the people are so friendly

We are so grateful for the wonderful help we received from A Place For Mom! We were successful in finding a wonderful facility for our Father called Churchill Manor. The staff at A Place for Mom and Churchill Manor are so amazing and caring. Thank you everyone

Wonderful "home" for our aunt and wonderful "home" to visit and stay with her!! I pray that if my family needs a facility for my husband and I later in life that we can stay at one like Rancho Village!! God is always on time n so...faithful!!

Placing your parent is a very difficult decision. My siblings and I struggled to find the perfect match for our mother. I am thrilled with Hartland hills. I expected a difficult month of transition. She has just flurished. She is so happy. I could not be more pleased.

My sister had the cutest little apartment here with a beautiful patio and gate, but she did end up needing more care then they were able to provide. This was a great community we loved everything about it. It looks amazing and very clean. The staff here was very nice and accommodating to my sister. I noticed there were lots of activities for the residents. Only things they need improvement on is the food it could be better. This is a nice and friendly community that I would recommend.

I toured several communities before we made our decision. My Mom's main concern was feeling safe, and she tells me all the time that she feels safe at Edgewood Downs. She loves spending time both in her cozy apartment and in the common areas. It's a good feeling to know that she always has people around, the other residents and the staff. She enjoys the balanced meals provided for her and loves that she doesn't have to cook or clean anymore. She likes going on the shuttle to the grocery store and she loves listening to the live music that is provided occasionally. We are very happy with Edgewood Downs.

I would recommend if others have a relative who needs an independent living community, this would be the place to come. My parents are doing well here. The staff will even bring their food to the room so they can enjoy the meal in their room instead of the dining area.

Arbour Lake is a small, friendly, and very welcoming senior's residence. It quickly felt like Grandma's home. Staff is exceptionally helpful and caring. People really went out of their way to smooth the transition and make her feel welcome. A "cruise ship" model is used, and having cruised, I definitely felt the same vibrant, happy energy from the entertainment director. Something is always going on, and food is available 24 hours, just like a cruise ship. Policies are designed to be respectful that this is, in fact, Grandma's home. For example, cots are available for her short term over night guests, and signing in and out is not required. Staff is actually paying attention to who comes and goes. This is the third senior's residence Grandma has been in, and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you, Arbour Lake!

My Mom is happy at The Regent. Things are going great. They're doing a great job. We have no issues. They have plenty of activities. She likes the food there.

Our experience with Amber Meadow has been a very good one! Our loved one really seems happy, and has settled in very well! She can be a hard person to please, but the staff here is friendly, respectful, and welcoming to both residents and their families.

Staff are the most caring individuals we've met in a long time! It's emotional to see the transformation in our Mom. She's gone from existing to exuberant in just a few days! In her words, "I wish I had moved here sooner!"
