The staff is very friendly. They are always saying hi to residents and ask how they are doing. They welcome new residents at the meals. They are always doing activities. The Genesee Gardens is great. I would recommend this community.

The Greenwood Terrace is an excellent independent living facility. The Greenwood Terrace is a very nice community. It is very clean. Everyone is friendly. The staff is very helpful. The care givers do an excellent job.

After several repeated falls, and finally a broken hip, the family knew it was time for Mom to move to a place where she would not be alone all the time. But how do you convince an independent woman that she should move away from the retirement home that she and Dad built together so many years ago? - You visit Essex House! The community is elegant, modern, clean, affordable and SAFE. They have thought of everything. They even referred us to a moving company who "did it all" on the day of the the move. All of her needs are provided in a safe environment while she has the socialization that is so essential. Mom no longer has to worry about being alone. And she is no longer burdened with maintenance on a house, cutting the grass, snow removal, etc. Mom described her new life at Essex House as "excellent". Essex House is a blessing for Mom, and for our family.

They really do fantastic job at Hidden Lakes. The facility itself is attractive, well kept, and clean, and they have a lot to provide for the people who live here. The staff are all very friendly and professional, and I really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure the residents are happy. The staff really engage with the residents, they made sure every gets introduced and participates in activities, and they'll always check in if they see someone has missed a meal or hasn't been out and about recently. And they do a great job with the food here, I've had a dozen meals here and I've enjoyed every one!

the place is excellent i would recommend to my friends of course my loved one is in there they nevre say any thing bad the staff is very helpful and the are a very clean facility i rated the cleanliness a 5 star rating i think its one of the nicest ive seen

I recently visited Riverheights Terrace and thought this community was great. The one-bedrooms were somewhat small but the two bedrooms, dining hall, and other facilities were excellent. Additionally, the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. In regards to the community's "value," I did not get a complete answer about the price of the community since some of the rooms were "on sale." Additionally, the activities were nice but they seemed "cliquey." I wasn't sure if new individuals would be allowed into the various groups to play. All in all, this was a great community and I enjoyed what it had to offer!

The orchid Terrace is a very nice community. The staff are really nice and considerate. They do a great job at taking care of the residents and my loved one. The food isn't to bad. I am glad we chose this place.

They are doing a good job. She is pleased. They have good food, and they are very friendly. They have housekeeping and everyone does a pretty good job. I would rate them highly, it's exactly what we needed.

I would rate them 5+! Andover Place is wonderful, the staff are caring, attentive, and friendly. You really don't have to worry at all about your loved one, and they'll call you immediately if anything does happen! I would recommend them highly (and I already have to many of my friends!)

Valencia Commons has great customer service. Everyone there is really very nice. Overall it is a really nice place and one I would highly recommend.

They like it a lot there. We don't have any complaints. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. The food is fine. The cable took a little while to get set up, but now it's in, and we are happy with them.

I have absolute no bad things about this place besides it could have a few more activities and more choices on food.

I was looking for a couple years to locate a place for ms. Fisher. I selected your company and its the best decision I could have made. The front desk has made it so easy for me to held ms. Fisher in any requests. Ms. Fisher is happier and loves her new home. Plus she loves everyone that helps her daily. A great job by your company. Thanks from me and ms. We really like the Alexis Gardens as they are close to where we are living. The layout of the community is also very nice as they have a lot of outdoor area which allows for people to take walks around the community or enjoy the local nature. The staff are very friendly and stay in contact with us monthly about the various activities that they are having. The rooms are also quite nice with a modern feel to them.

My grandmother moved to Alexis Gardens this past December and couldn't be happier! The staff is so warm and the overall atmosphere is uplifting. She loves the food, the housekeeping and all the activities. She said it's like being on a cruise! I

I have been living here for over two weeks. I love this place. The apartments are very nice and the food is great. Most importantly the other residents are wonderful. Howie

I have been very pleasantly surprised by the people who live here. So many of them are active and happy and going places and doing things. The meals are excellent, good quality and lots of variety. One thing that has bothered me is that one of the two washers on our wing has been out of order for about six weeks now. I have asthma and the air circulation here is very good, which is one of the reasons I chose this place. I am very happy here!

A beautiful community. I believe my mother will be quite pleased.

I loved it but it is more expensive than I can handle at present.
