Couldn't be happier. More friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Spotless. Nicer, larger room than his previous abode at [Removed] at half the price. Food excellent, good variety, fresh bread baked daily, lots of choices and staff eager to please. Accommodate his needs with services on site and transport to medical appts.

This is a great community and great care for my father. The staff is always helpful and friendly to everyone. My father is happy with the food that is offered. My father is enjoying all the activities and keep active with the other community members . We are very pleased with the care and the great value that they offer. Anyone needing good care would love what they offer here.

I really loved everything about this place. The staff seemed to be very nice. The food was great. The residence were very nice and loved living there. The rooms were very spacious, clean and no odors. They allow pets. All expenses are included except telephone, internet, and special care.

Danielle was excellent. She was very welcoming, friendly, informative and appeared to know every resident in the building. She had made arrangements for one of the residents to join our tour to talk to us about her personal experiences in the home and to allow us to ask questions. You could tell that she loves her job.

Alexis Gardens is a wonderful community! My mom has met so many great people since she moved in. The staff is so helpful and friendly to her. I am happy that mom now calls it home. She loves all the activities and the social time she now has. I would truly recommend Alexis Gardens!

This is a excellent community. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. The meals are wonderful and a nice assortment of meals to choose from. There are so many activities for her to do and to stay very busy that is really enjoys to do with others. Other families would really like there loved ones to be under the care of this wonderful community.

I stayed at Ironwood from [Removed] while my wife was visiting ourin the USA. I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous, the choice of food excellent, and the tenants also friendly and helpful. Over all I would recommend Ironwood for anyone looking for a place to live .

My loved ones are slowly adjusting to living at Durham Regent. The staff are friendly, informative, cooperative and seem genuinely concerned about them. I think the food is good and they offer healthy choices. They offer numerous activities for the residents to enjoy. They keep this community well taken care of and I would recommend it.

My family was in an emergency situation with my uncle who had been in hospital for 5 weeks and was not capable of staying on his own. The director of Sherbrooke Heights offered him a 3 day trial which he agreed too. The staff was welcoming,warm and accomodating to his every need. He was not an easy person to deal with as he was a bit distressed and felt like we were forcing him to stay but after 2 days he was finding himself with 3 great meals a day and people to talk to. Also he was participating in the many activities so he decided to stay for a 3 month contract which might continue longer depending on his health. I cannot praise these people who work and support the facility. Sherbrooke Heights is a lovely place to be with many activities and people to keep my uncle busy every day. Much better than sitting alone... Thanks to you all!!

My father at the moment is not enjoying the meals that are being offered. I really wish that the community would update their menu and offer snacks to the residents. This is a major concern because his health is also based on his meals. The staff is wonderful and the community is kept cleaned. The location is wonderful. I really like that my father is able to drive himself to places resident parking is available.

Everyone at Summerfield Estates is very nice and everything is working out very well. The community offers a variety of options for food. They offer many activities that mom enjoys. They have several pianos throughout the community available for the residents to play or listen to. Mom has made several friends and seems to be very happy.

This community is wonderful unfortunately it is not the right place for my mom due to her medical condition. We were able to bring in her own belongings. The staff are kind and the managers are great. The residents there had nothing but good things to say. The community is clean and mom enjoys the food.

i loved this place.. they are wonderful. they are friendly,caring,kind and most of all very personable. they know everyone's name and speak to everyone they see,and pass by in the halls..love the rooms loved the menu. Mr. [Removed], is the best,he is the greatest asset to the place. he will cater to your needs as much as he can.. love that guy !!! Bassie [Removed] another asset ,it's like a great bonus...

A very well-maintained community. LOTS of activities for the residents. Most importantly a very attentive, friendly staff!

We needed to help place a handicapped senior neighbour and friend. We were pleased to hear about Ironwood Estates' pet policy, because our neighbour and her cat are inseparable. When we went for the tour, we were pleasantly surprised about the supportive staff, satisfied residents, delicious food and a great, clean atmosphere where our loved one 's needs could be more than met and where she could thrive. We appreciated the flexibility of the business aspect of her move and would definitely recommend Ironwood Estates to anyone

When I visited Fleming Point it was a warm welcoming feeling. I have not been to another place that can match it. The staff make you feel welcome and the Manager Bill & Vicki couldn't treat you any better if you were their own family. It was clean and has a friendly atmosphere. The food was good and they made us feel very welcome. Even though there are a lot of people it seems like a family atmosphere. This would definitely be my choice when I place my mom. SUPERIOR!!!!

Staff is very easy to work with and they communicate very well. They take very good care of my mom. At meals they offer a main course and additional options on the side. My mom enjoys the food most the time.The community offers many activities for my mom to partake. The community is updated and very clean.

My friend likes the community very much and has made new friends too. She was happy and being here helped her see she is able to be independent. Now my friend is taking the next step forward. She feels that this was a well spent experience. The community was very good to her.

Beautiful facility indoors and out, trees outside every window. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help and accommodate residents. Food is excellent, everything made fresh daily. Third party care provider is also very good, (they will invoice DVA directly for a vet's care), in- house pharmacy is a bonus. Best value for cost, nicest residence we toured by a wide margin. It would be perfect if they could add a second elevator.
