Arbour Lake is a small, friendly, and very welcoming senior's residence. It quickly felt like Grandma's home. Staff is exceptionally helpful and caring. People really went out of their way to smooth the transition and make her feel welcome. A "cruise ship" model is used, and having cruised, I definitely felt the same vibrant, happy energy from the entertainment director. Something is always going on, and food is available 24 hours, just like a cruise ship. Policies are designed to be respectful that this is, in fact, Grandma's home. For example, cots are available for her short term over night guests, and signing in and out is not required. Staff is actually paying attention to who comes and goes. This is the third senior's residence Grandma has been in, and we couldn't be more impressed. Thank you, Arbour Lake!

My Mom is happy at The Regent. Things are going great. They're doing a great job. We have no issues. They have plenty of activities. She likes the food there.

Our experience with Amber Meadow has been a very good one! Our loved one really seems happy, and has settled in very well! She can be a hard person to please, but the staff here is friendly, respectful, and welcoming to both residents and their families.

Staff are the most caring individuals we've met in a long time! It's emotional to see the transformation in our Mom. She's gone from existing to exuberant in just a few days! In her words, "I wish I had moved here sooner!"

The introduction by a Place for Mom to Burlington Gardens in Burlington was the first of many positive experiences. We (5 siblings) are the adult children of aging parents. Our parents were not sure if now was the time to move. Our first phone call to Adam at Burlington Gardens resulted in a considerate, understanding and helpful response to all our questions and concerns. The invitation to come for a tour and enjoy lunch in the dining room was accepted. We were shown the available suites, met residents, staff and had an excellent lunch. Shikha, the Managing Director, is a professional leader with a great heart. The process is complete now. Our parents are living at Burlington Gardens. We highly recommend checking it out!

This community is a great place to live. The activities are fun and good for us. The staff is loving and caring.

Visited my mom for the first time. Was very happy to see the friendliness and kindness the staff shows. The food was good as well as the apartment my mother is in is in good shape. Best thing that has happened to my mom since my father passed away 16 years ago.

Rock Creek is by far one of the most welcoming communities I have visited. I was greeted by Troy who is the lead manager, he was very accommodating and come to find out he lives in the community with his wife Melinda along with another couple, which gives me the safety and security I am looking for in regards to my parents. The residents were very friendly and introduced themselves to me and showed me their scores on Wii Bowling, they explained that they play in different groups to create a friendly competitive environment. Brittany was so kind and generous, she went above and beyond with providing me resources with movers and in-home care. I cannot explain the gratitude I have towards this wonderful staff at Rock Creek! I know my parents will be so happy once they move in!

It is was taking some time for my mother to adjust with the move into community but she loves it now. I am very pleased with our choice to move her here the staff has been just exceptional to us. They are helpful with everything and very accommodating to her and her needs. The food is great and they have a variety of food for everybody there to choose from my mother loves it. This is a very well kept friendly community I would recommend for anybody to move their loved one here.

Simi Hills has turned out to be the perfect place for my parents! I've actually recommended the place to quite a few people since they've moved in and they've been there for about a month now. The staff have been great and they can't say enough about how good the food is there. I'd say this has been a great experience and I will definitely continue to recommend them!

My wife and I visited this community and we found the staff very accommodating and helpful. Jeff the manager is great! Esther, the assistant manger is also fantastic to deal with. Tim, the financial manager was of great assistance to us as well. All the staff are excellent and very personable. My wife and I were invited along with my mom to stay for lunch; the food was excellent and we were all impressed. My mother liked Amber Meadows as soon as she saw the residence and has settled in very quickly. Lastly, we know our mother is in safe hands at Amber Meadows and she is happy to spend her remaining days there.

This has turned out to be the perfect place for my friend although he is still adjusting. The place is always in good shape inside and out and I am even welcomed to walk my dog when I come to visit. The staff are very sweet and responsive and always have a willingness to help. The food is very good and what i really like is that its reasonably priced. The staff have been encouraging him to socialize and I'm sure that with time he'll make that step. I'm hoping he'll join the residents today for some poker! Fingers crossed!

When we found out we'd have to move my sister in law into an assisted living community it was such a stressful situation. We ended up reaching out to A Place For Mom to help us with our search and a weight was immediately lifted. We were provided with a personalized list of options and ended up going with Redwood Retirement. She loves it there! The staff are fantastic! The food is great and what I find to be remarkable is that she is even participating in the activities which she never did at the place prior. This step is definitely an improvement on so many levels and I would absolutely recommend!

Birch Heights is a very nice facility. It is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are very good with the residents. There are plenty of activities for the resident here.

Moving Mom to Aspen View was by far the best decision. The staff are very respectful and strive to provide stimulation for the residents both mentally and physically. The community has plenty of activities to keep the residents active and always attentive to the residents as well as the guests. As a matter of fact, I just wrote a letter to the Director saying how pleased I am! I would most definitely recommend them!

Bridge Park is the perfect place for Dad. Since he's moved in he's making friends and really appreciates the opportunity to socialize with his new neighbors. He enjoys playing scrabble with other residents and can even attend church services on site . Any time I go to visit, he makes sure we go down to the dining room a half hour early to engage in conversation with the other residents. The food is good and I've even heard of residents concerned about gaining weight since they moved in. The staff is caring, attentive and personable. if you are considering moving loved ones to Bridge Park, I'd definitely encourage you to go talk with Nathan, take a tour and share a meal with some of the residents. A great place that I highly recommend.

All of the staff have been so friendly and helpful. My mother seems to love it already. She is participating in a lot of activities already. I really feel good about moving my mom there.

They were very helpful from the very beginning of my visit. I would recommend this home to everyone.
