My husband has since passed away, but we had a lovely experience here a this community. This is a very nice place. They did a good job with caring for him and his needs. I was comfortable with the care they provided him with. Everything worked out well well, and I would recommend this community.

My mother in law likes most of the food at this community. They offer a nice variety of choices. The community is undergoing construction and they keep the community very clean. They have many activities. The staff are nice and I would recommend this community.

We had a good time during my wife's stay at this community. Everybody was very kind and helpful. Tammy was accommodating and nice. My wife didn't like the fact there was an abandoned house across, it wasn't nice to look at. They were quick to respond with some help when we needed it. This is a lovely community, it just was not the place for my wife.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. I like the fact there are many aids available. The staff is great, they have been very helpful and kind. There is nice entertainment and activities for the residents. We are happy with her move here, she is in good hands. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her with. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.

Things are going pretty well in the community. My mother likes her meals they have great taste. The portions of the meals are good. The staff communicate very well with my mother and i. I feel that housekeeping does a great job maintaining everything clean and organized. Activities are offered are on site and off site.

My sister had a good tour of this community. From what she saw the community appeared to be well maintained. We did end up finding a community that fit our needs better. Overall it was good tour, and this is a good community.

The food taste and presentation could use a little updating. Everything else is great the community is kept clean. The staff is very nice they try to encourage and help my mother participate in activities to a level of comfort. They are also very accommodation and helpful. The place is remodeled so the community is very nice and well organized.

My mom has only beeen at Spring Meadows for 4 days, so I can't really give a truthful review yet. We were advised to not visit for the 1st week, so I haven't been back there as of yet. I can give a better review in a week or 2.

So thankful A Place for Mom helped me find this facility. My mom has been living at Heritage Green for almost two months now and so far I don't have any complaints. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They offer a variety of activities daily and outings for the residents, which is great! I feel better knowing my mom is in a safe place and being taken care of.

Things were hard at first with my mother's move to the community. She is much better now and the staff has really worked hard in caring for her. The community is very clean and everything looks very neat and nice.The staff is good, there was a little problem with her medication,but my concerns have been handled.There are nice activities offered and she likes the food. I would say just make sure you stay on top of your loved one medication. This is a nice community and I would recommend it.

I visited last Monday it appeared to be nice enough I took a tour. It was positive with exception of the strong odor at the entrance to the memory unit that lingers. I saw I lot of positive interactions while on the tour between the clients and the staff.

My Mom passed away recently. They are nice people, but we are not one hundred percent sure that this is the place for my Dad since my Mom passed. He is having some memory issues.

Very bright & clean & cheerful. Nice staff. Wish it was a little closer, that they had outings, & that pricing was less. Still considering.

Great first impression. The facility was very clean, well maintained, and the staff knew each resident by name. The cost is a little on the higher end of our budget, but includes more features than other communities would charge seperately (internet, phone, etc). Small pets are permitted on any level of the independent living apartments - a definite plus! Will certianly remain high on our list of options.

We were very happy with what we saw there and spoke to a few of the residents who raved about how good the food is. (when we got there it was during lunch and it smelled wonderful!) The apartments are a very nice size, including the Studio apt. with large closets. The only concern we have is that the day staff all goes home at night and only the Complex Manager is there....she lives on site. We were told that they do conduct Fire Drills and residents are told which stairwell to meet at and a staff member is assigned a certain stairwell to do a head count. At night, there is no one there except the live in Manager, so we are wondering what happens then. The other drawback is Studio apartments are in high demand (because they are more affordable) and they don't have many of them and the waiting list for one is long.

I think they did a fantastic job rebuilding the place. Everything looks brand new. The staff there couldn't be any friendlier. My father in law really likes the meals there, which says a lot. I think the Spring Meadows of Lansdale is an outstanding place. The only problem is that they're not entirely organized because of all of the new people. Other than that it has been very good. I would definitely recommend this place. (Activities Not Applicable)

New facility. Clean. Small. Offers personal care and memory care. Has physical therapists on site.

Most of their activities are not based on sight and i'm really impressed on how they accommodate everyone. My mother has been difficult in transitioning and they do extra things to try and accommodate her. They're doing everything including keeping her suite clean. I can't even think of anything they can improve. They've been good. There always seems to be a staff person helping with this and that. I'm totally satisfied.
