Very nice but expensive to get into.

The staff are very caring with the residents. Their care is a priority. The staff as very friendly and know their residents and can anticipate what the individual needs.

The Villas is a beautiful place. The staff was very caring. Unfortunately my father didn't last 2months there before he passed away. No problem with the Home, he just wasn't used to not being at his home. My only issue was the excessive pharmacy bill. His out of pocket pharmacy expense for the 6 1/2 months before he moved in was around $50. He was charged over $500 for his stay of less than 2 months by Phoebe Pharmacy. His insurance picked up some of the charges, too. I would recommend the Villas. I wish my dad could have enjoyed all they had to offer, food was excellent, programs appropriate and entertaining and as I said, the nursing staff was wonderful.

At first there was some concern about the way meds were handled but things seem to be working fine now. The center seems to be short handed. [Name removed] has to get up at 5am for the nurse to help put on his socks.

The Crossings at Bon Air was very clean and modern looking. The staff seemed friendly and the residents seemed engaged in the observed activities. I spoke with one of the residents who had done and article in a local new paper, and she was raving about the facility and staff. [Name removed] was helpful, and asked to find out answers to question she couldn't answer. They even had a small café where people could gather and have a few drinks (if doctor approved). I can only give a 4 star rating based on a visit, not residence

Friendly staff and a very clean environment

Pleasant, bright. We know several residents here from dad's church. I liked the independent and assisted levels being available and even blended in one hall so Dad wouldn't need to be moved twice. Seemed lively and flexible meal plan was appreciated. Also the 30 day respite care option was s great idea.

This is another great possibility. Great staff. Beautiful Facility. [Name removed] was kind and patient, and was prompt in follow up on some finance questions. This is a bit on the higher end of costs, so need to assess how to make this work

Have a wide range of activities to keep community members active. Sincere desire to keep members active & healthy. My mother has nursing care and they are very vigilent about her needs. Pleasant atmosphere. Would be a 5 star but food could improve a little. Thank you!

Both of my parents are doing just fine here. Some of the communities we looked at they just offered studio apartments and my parents would have had to share a bathroom which would not have worked out but here I was able to get them into a 1 bedroom apartment with their own bathroom. My parents are doing some of the activities the community offers and they are meeting new people. They like the food but if you are on any sort of dietary restrictions you need to monitor your own diet. The staff overall is friendly and nice. We would recommend this community

Mom seems to be doing well now that she is settling in. From what I am being told she is starting to socialize and making new friends. So far no complaints about the food so she is eating well. The staff is friendly and helpful and on both sides, we have good and open communication. Anytime i have been there it has been clean and smells good.

Everything is well since my mothers move to this community. She is fine, and I'am comfortable with her move to this facility. Everything is working out well, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for our family.

As a family, we love the place, however, mom is having a difficult time adjusting to the place, in fact, we are going to be moving her to the memory care side this week. Due to her mental status, my mom will say that the staff is being unkind to her not treating her well but when I call or question the staff when I am there and that is on a regular basis they will assure me that nothing had happened and she was fine. Since mom won't get out of bed the staff brings her meals to her room. The location of the community is perfect it is in my hometown. The one thing that made me feel good about this place it is one story so in case there was some sort of emergency there shouldn't be a hold up of getting people out.

I must say out of all the communities that we have researched and toured this one seems to be the best one to fit my mother in laws budget she pays very little out of pocket and for memory care that is rare. The location is great since it is only a 15-minute drive from us. She is doing well there. The staff overall seems friendly however at first there was an issue with communication but that has been resolved. The rehab whether it be physical or occupational is going well. They keep me well informed of her progress. She is enjoying the food and she is engaging in the activities they offer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My loved one has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going well for her. The staff are all wonderful people and I could have not picked a better group to care for her during this time. She has said nothing but great things about all of the meals and enjoys walks around the building with all the great scenery. Overall I would recommend this place.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed look at there facility. I was pleased with the floor plan and all of the great amenities they had available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for him in the end decision.
