The staff are very good and know what they are talking about. They have a great sense of humor! The residents I live with are very nice and friendly. If anything is happening with you, the staff check on you. You are able to have assistance with personal care for a short time as needed too if you are independent. My husband was here as a personal care resident and they were good with my husband. This is great place to live!

This was a good tour, however, it was just too far out for what area we were looking for our loved one to be in.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our 2nd choice, we really liked it but there was another community that just beat this one by a little. It also was a little more money but we would still suggest others to check out Keystone Villa.

The facilities are clearly of high quality. A prior event confirmed that a high-quality life is possible as long as we are engaged mentally and physically.

We are not able to eat with the residents just yet so we aren't sure about the dining services, but the activities do seem to be pretty good. We would recommend the Chestnut Knoll community to others.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, there were still restrictions we had to wear a mask but it was a good tour. We were able to see the memory care unit. The only reason we did not choose this community which was to no fault of their own, but they lost numerous residents on the memory care side due to covid.

I like the smaller atmosphere here, as opposed to the bigger facilities. I think with fewer residents, each resident gets a little bit more attention that way. The staff are all very nice, and they do a very good job making sure the residents get their medicine and participate in activities. They try to keep them busy as best they can.

One really good thing that I like is some of the executive staff have been there a long time, more than 10 years, which says something for the facility itself. But unfortunately, there is a high turnover of aides. Because of that, the care lacks the consistency that you need with elderly folks. Especially for my loved one, I feel like he needs that reception and that schedule to be maintained. There are some aides that I don't care for, but there are a few that are above and beyond, which is really appreciated. It's almost as though those few pick up the slack for the others. My loved one tells me that most days the food is really good, and other days he'll say that he can't believe they call what they served a meal. They're offering plenty of activities, but my loved one doesn't really participate due to limited mobility. I know they've just now added back in more activities as Covid restrictions have lessened.

We did a virtual tour with Traditions of Lansdale which is the only reason I gave it a 4 just due to those limitations. They seemed very interested in my mother and were good with their follow up after the fact. We had a good experience with them.

I would tell others to check it out, as it is a good community. The communication was good with the staff and families. There were no issues during our stay.

The independent and assisted living facilities are quite nice. I've been involved in music volunteering there, and I have friends whose parents live there, and they love it. The people there were nice and friendly, and the facility looked pretty, although there was not much closet space. But the memory care floor is what stopped me. There were wheelchairs all lined up with people leaning to the side like skeletons, not being engaged.

The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you. I would definitely recommend this community to others. They had a good covid plan in place.

I know that my M-I-L would love the independent living facility of Keystone Villa with it's spacious appartments and ample room in the kitchen. However - since her husband needs help with medications and is expected to need more help in the future and they both require help with bills etc it is not the right fit for us CURRENTLY. We do not want to split them up, which would be necessary here.

I would tell others this is a little pricey, but it is a good place. The environment is nice, and has easy access. The food was ok. The staff were good, and followed up within a day of any questions or concerns I had.

I am very happy living here. We are well taken care of. All employees are very helpful at all times. I think the inside and outside maintenance needs attention.
